於圓方睇完戲,由於商場餐廳價錢太貴,就打算行落佐敦食個平民晚餐。第一次去譚仔三哥吃米線,才發現真的不錯。米線配料十分足,湯底也好喝。我點了豬腩肉,豬潤,及魚旦的酸辣米線。豬腩肉和豬潤也鮮嫩十足,滿分。但魚旦不夠彈牙。米線不會太軟,值得讚賞。最後還order了一客尖椒皮蛋,香味濃郁,十分好吃。下次到圓方睇戲,看來落佐熟尋找地道美食,也是不錯的選擇。…Read More

以往經常到Element溜冰後,就到這餐廳用餐。但於2013年尾結業後,於Element也很難找到類似好味而且價錢適中的餐廳了。今天看到雜誌,沒想到搬到了大眾化的Langham Place。我們到新戲院睇戲後,發現這餐廳正正開業於戲院門口,於是懷著一試再試的心情走入餐廳。價錢比當年於Element好像便宜了一點,對食客來說當然最好不過。前菜吃了炸蝦餅,蝦餅十分香口,而且彈牙十足,價錢也很便宜呀,才$50左右,比起很多餐廳便宜。我們也點了當年一吃再吃的爆炸蟹,味道依舊香味四溢,只是放在桌上已經香味四散了。而每次也一嘗的蒜蓉炒椰菜苗,鑊氣十足,而家十分香口,炒得夠乾身,讚!真的太好了,我們經常也會到朗豪坊睇戲,而每次也花多眼散不知到那裡吃飯,以後趕時間可以在這裡吃了…Read More

今日終於可以唔使再食Pepper Lunch。由於係尖沙咀返工,附近已經有好多好好味韓國餐廳,所以都唔會考慮韓國屋。台灣嘢小台北不嬲都覺得麻麻,又見有間泰國嘢新開(其實都唔知係咪泰國嘢),就試下喇。趕住睇戲都要食Food Court 架喇。其實呢間似走東南亞路線多過泰國菜。由於有新加坡雞飯既源故,一於試下佢喇。味道不錯,雞幾滑,但雞味欠奉。特別值得一讚係三色醬,完全有新加坡味道,加分不少。雞湯就普普通通,唔夠熱,但還可以喇。我還叫了小食炸蝦餅,十分十分彈牙,有蝦味,甚至比雞飯還出色,推介!整體黎講$58係度食到呢個雞飯都好滿足喇。拿拿臨食完就睇戲喇!…Read More

說真的,上年到新加坡旅行,跟本沒有吃到甚麼出色的美食。海南雞飯?肉骨茶?其實呀,對於我來說,新加坡的美食,或者真的不合本人口味。但當中依然一道喇沙是比較突出的。聽朋友說這道喇沙是世界有名的名菜,名列前矛,甚至齊名法國的鵝肝,中國的片皮鴨。在誤打誤撞下,走進了中環這餐廳。午市有甚多款式,而我當然選了喇沙套餐。喇沙和新加波吃到的很相似,蝦湯及喇沙葉配合得完好無缺。當中還有三隻大蝦,數隻螄蚶,算是十分有誠意,湯底鮮香,濃郁,和新加坡很相似,而且配料比星加坡的豐富很多很多。附兩張相片給大家比較一下。這午餐算是十分滿足了,心想,要吃星加坡的美食,也不一定要去新加坡呢,哈哈。…Read More

上星期是一年一度的母親年,我們和麻麻一行五人到了這家店子吃午飯。可能由於是午市關係,我看到很多人也只是Order一碗泰國湯粉來吃,而我們,則Order了大約八碟菜。看到我們的枱面,好不豪氣呀!第一道:燒豬頸肉,燒得十分香,而且最重要,麻麻讚口不絕的,是他們的醬汁,配合起來沒有100分也有99分。第二道:肉碎生菜包,這道菜在那裡吃也有少少分別,幸好這兒的剛剛站在中間,酸辣適中,味道豐富。第三道:冬蔭功湯,這湯十分十分鮮味,有兩雙大頭蝦在其中,看雜誌說他們是用了新鮮椰青,和青檸,果真不假。第四道:爆炸蟹,這蟹呀,只能說是太熱氣了,但好味也是真的。第五道:馬拉盞通菜,普普通通的貨色。第六道:菠蘿焗飯,我覺得不好吃,魷魚好像膠一樣,而且炒得普普通通。第七道:甜品併盆,有千層糕和芒果糯米,也算是清新的飯後甜品呢。而我們還Order了幾杯青檸梳打和椰青,整體味道不錯,就是冰多了一點,很快就飲完了。整體來說這是一頓十分豐富的午餐呀~麻麻地吃得很開心。謝謝你們的招待了…Read More

因為HSBC強積金既關係,途經圓方睇福爾摩斯,因為要同大人食Lunch關係,於是就早一點到圓方找東西吃吧。這裡有一家叫Katong的新加坡餐廳,單看門面就知道夠懷舊了,壞壞的石柱,壞壞的裝飾,真的令我想走入去"睇下有咩Fu Fit"哈哈,除了特別的裝修外,食物也是很不錯的。大人吃了一整碗喇沙,而我則點了一客海南雞飯。可能平時不常吃到喇沙的關係,我們喝了一整碗的湯。裏面有一點點像蜆的東西,也很鮮味。至於海南雞飯,雞很滑,雞飯油香十足。在睇戲前吃了這餐飽飽的午餐後,竟然在入場前有兩大大包爆谷,真是十分開心的下午呀~…Read More

說真的,我沒有試過吃一頓那麼差勁的晚餐。在門口等了五分鐘,心想:太好了,不用等太久,滿心歡喜的隨侍應走入餐廳坐下。環境是不錯的,餐具也算是精美,可惜這只是金玉其外。一坐下,就送來一小碟炒麵和花生,自然就嘗一嘗,普普通通的炒麵罷了。看一看餐牌,價錢十分貴,起碼比起其他的上海菜餐廳貴差不多三成。我們點了一個二人套餐,大概頭盤就是燻魚,小菜有茄汁蝦,醬茶鴨,豆腐乾小棠菜之類吧,還有一個翅湯。價錢大約四百多,食物應該會不錯吧。可惜,他們的燻魚是沒有汁的,和魚乾沒兩樣。不好吃。茄汁蝦,只有四隻蝦,味道也很普通。醬茶鴨,肉質很散,也沒有鴨味。醬汁也很淡,和簿餅包在一起就更加沒味道可言了。不好吃。豆腐乾小棠菜,這個不作評論,也就是清蒸,沒甚麼好吃不好吃就是。翅湯可算是最貼心的,在小小的火在熱著,每一口也是熱騰騰的。真的沒吃過這麼普通的上海菜,說得不客氣一點,就是不好吃,實實在在的不好吃。最後結帳時,竟然要$7XX...對一對單,才發現自己中伏了。原來一坐下送上的炒面要是收錢的,$5X原來陸陸續續送上的菜,又混了一碟蔥油餅,又$5X由$4XX的餐就成了$7XX...問經理為何會有這兩碟時,經理指著桌上吃剩的炒麵及蔥油餅:你地咪食左囉。沒辦法了,就當買了一個教訓,下次小心一點。為了中和這一餐的不快和不值,我們決定今後一個星期不出街吃飯好了...Bad Bad Bad food and restaurant!!…Read More

今日剛巧路過美麗華商場,沒想到在這家店裏看到肥媽在拍輯馬來西亞美食,她的聲音在九丈遠已經聽到,就過來八卦八卦。肥媽吃海南雞飯的方法是:把黑醬油,辣椒醬,薑蒜攪在一起,然後點來吃,看起來好不驚心。真的想知道味道如何。由於在上星期,同時看到了蔡瀾在壹週刊的食評,又碰巧看到肥媽這「看似很美味的」食法,就在當日晚上來試一試。一行四人叫了海南雞,喇沙,魔鬼魚和炒黑椒蟹。哈哈,夠豐富吧。.海南雞的食法是跟肥媽推介的,混醬海南雞,味道如何?說真的,我還是比較喜歡點黑醬油ONLY。.喇沙果然如蔡生說,有不少螄蚶,如果說泰國餐一定要試冬蔭功的話,新加坡餐一定要試就是喇沙吧。味道還真不錯,最起碼某人把湯一飲而盡。.魔鬼魚,我只在Finding Nemo中見過魔鬼魚,更沒想到魔鬼魚也可以吃。第一次吃魔鬼魚,感覺就是:魚骨可以吃嗎?這魚的骨像魚刺多一點...軟軟的魚骨。大家也不知道可不可以吃,當然沒有人拿魚骨來吃吧。但撨在魚上面的醬十分惹味,整體來說這魔鬼不也錯。.重點來了,黑椒炒蟹,十分十分大隻的肉蟹,也很鮮味,配上黑椒十分好食。平日在普通的餐廳很少有蟹吃,某人一看到這餐牌,就說一定要試,這是一個很好的嘗試呢。店子雖小,但菜牌還算豐富,我想我在平日午餐,還會再來,繼續推介給同事這混醬的吃法。看他們似信非信的表情,也夠樂透一整天吧。…Read More

在未嘗過泰國餐的時候,小弟是十分抗拒的,當中的香葉,香茅等的味道,從小就不喜歡。但某一天,在圓方吃過這集團的泰國菜後,對泰國菜有了一點點的改觀。日本餐也好,中餐也好,當中的湯麵十居其九,不是清湯就是豬骨湯吧。也只有泰國菜才會用很多很多的香料去煲這個湯底。當中的甜酸其實是很吸引的,也有一點點清新的香葉味道,這道菜令我由抗拒變成喜歡泰國菜了。還吃了酸辣鳳爪和生蝦刺身,感覺就是一個男人不應該吃那麼多酸酸甜甜的東西,但偶爾一次也無妨吧...兩個人吃一碗粉,兩個沙律,每個人才$70-80,感覺很好!這就叫精明消費吧!…Read More
