見咁多笑臉,就黎試下,兩個人叫左個豬肚湯,半隻咸雞,沙茶牛肉芥蘭,煎蠔烙同潮州炒麵(侍應聽錯黎左家鄉炒米)。先講個湯,完全冇落胡椒,當然一D胡椒味都冇,除此湯味道係ok既,不過咸菜真係好咸。雞色比較白,D骨仲帶血,味道一般,沙茶牛肉芥蘭唔錯,有沙茶味牛肉唔奀,煎蠔烙唔夠香口,不過蠔都幾多,整體食物水準中等,埋單要九百幾性價比唔高,試過就算啦。…Read More

睇左YOUTUBER介紹好似幾好,所以早幾日訂位,尋晚去試下呢間粵菜酒家,訂左7:30PM,七點零到,佢話未有枱要等陣,之後陸續有WALKIN客但佢話要等成個鐘,好多都冇等走人,我地等左15分鐘入得去,地方唔大,枱之間距離較近,我地叫左蝦仁炒蛋、咕嚕肉、上湯浸雞、小炒王、啫啫芥蘭同瑤柱蛋白炒飯。等左大約15分鐘黎咕嚕肉,肉細細粒、味道唔錯,碟頭算大,之後上既係蝦仁炒蛋,距離上咕嚕肉後15分鐘到、蝦仁爽口,蛋亦炒得滑。之後又等15分鐘到小炒王,幾夠鑊氣唔錯,再等10分鐘到芥蘭煲,之後佢話冇上湯雞改左炸子雞,又再等左20分鐘先上雞,雞皮脆肉嫩,唔錯,再之後又等左15分鐘黎埋炒飯。成餐飯就係等上菜,佢唔係成枱菜一次上,係枱枱上D咁,變左先黎既菜凍晒都未有新上菜,埋單時我同佢反影,佢無奈話廚房細,出菜會慢D,我話廚房能力有限就唔好開咁多枱,招呼太多客廚房做唔切D客都走啦,食物同招呼冇問題既,係上菜太慢要改善。全晚等到眼訓所以冇影相!…Read More

見食評咁好,就黎試下,餐廳本身係會所,佔2層,上層雀局,下層用餐,環境一般,勝在新店,裝修新凈。坐低睇過菜單就揀左以下幾樣菜式:啫啫通菜,差不多凈係梗冇葉既,味道初食剛好,但到後來煲底汁多味變咸了咕嚕肉,佢本來出名係冰鎮咕嚕肉,但我地係第2到食過唔太鐘意,所以叫返正常既,黎到雖然熱,但肉唔脆,唔難咬,味道唔錯炸子雞,菜牌冇寫但見食評有人食過就照叫,雞皮脆身,雞肉滑,呢樣最好雖然佢出名係醉鮑魚,但我地揀左椒鹽鮑魚,餐牌寫$50/隻,最少4隻起,兩個人就揀四隻,鮑魚唔硬,易咬冇過火,但鮑魚味淡,後來埋單見佢計$240,我問返唔係$200咩,佢居然講話餐牌唔UPDATE,加左價喎,其實餐牌寫$50都係貼上去,之前見食評係$42,你改左$60人地叫時唔出聲,餐牌又唔改,呢樣真係令人氣憤,雖然成餐飯食物唔太差,服務都算OK,但呢樣野就令人印像大打折扣,其實價錢亦唔係平,兩個人要$7XX落樓,值唔值得黎就見仁見智啦!…Read More

之前睇有個YOUTUBER話幾好就黎試下,係開飯網上訂枱,一黎到就有位(其實都只係半滿,WALKIN都得,不過聽侍應講訂位就冇限時,WALKIN就有),一坐低佢就攞左個雞煲上黎,D雞唔少,但配料唔多,莞茜蔥都冇乜,煮返熱就食得,雞係唔鞋既,可惜醬汁只係停留係雞既表面,雞肉冇乜味。食完揀左個沙嗲鍋底打邊爐,佢就攞左碟海鮮、牛肉、鱔片併龍蠆片、響鈴炸魚皮、水餃同菜黎,唔續樣講啦,只能講海鮮除左鱔片龍蠆片外,其餘都唔多新鮮,牛肉仲差,全瘦咁滯,成餐只有鱔片同龍蠆片比較好,環境冇乜裝修可言,不過服務算唔錯!如果收2百幾呢個價錢,其實出面好多選揀,真心講食過就算。…Read More

見這裡全部是好評於是便來試試,雖然訂了位,但到達時並不多食客,枱與枱之間並不擠迫。侍應推薦他們的海鮮蟹鍋底,但兩個人—來吃不下,二來四百大洋並不化算,於是點了個豬骨湯底,牛頸脊(大)、鵝腸、黑柏葉、魚滑、炸枝竹、水餃和小食椒鹽鮮魷。先講湯底,用豬筒骨並有肉連著,跟粟米甘荀等,奶白色有香味,唔錯。椒鹽鮮魷即叫即炸,熱辣脆口,不過不失。鵝腸有肥油連著並不是得層衣的急凍貨,黑柏葉不是到到有供應,這裡的亦算不差,炸枝竹有別於響鈴,放下湯中要一段時間才好吃。好了,好的講完,就要彈彈牛肉,魚滑和水餃了。說是牛頸脊其實並不是,只是有點雪花的肥牛吧,質素等同在日資超市買到的貨式,這裡連加一差不多要三舊水著實太搶了。魚滑居然加了粉來溝,口感怪怪的,難吃。水餃沒有木耳及很少冬菇,只有甘荀和肉碎攪在一起,大大失分。不知道為何這麼多食評讚好,但是以這餐差不多吃了八舊水來說,我真的說不出好在那裡。…Read More
