一行2人,同媽媽開心外出吃東西,選了早早惦掛在心的Kerry Hotel 的Red Chicken, 很期待,想來好久了。星期五下午4時多,只有我們2人,全場吉位,韓國女店長招乎主動有禮,QR CODE 點餐,選了半半原味加甜辣炸雞加蔬菜水果沙律,2者份量都大,要好努力才能吃完,炸雞即叫即炸,熱騰騰出來,原味洽如其份,甜辣野味討好,沙律令人十分驚喜,能解膩之餘也很新鮮美味,好搶鏡,可以推為Dish of the Restaurant。食完餐飯,有少少失落,原因係佢5點至8點Happy Hour.有7折,收得200幾,咁好的餐廳,好怕佢支持唔住,所以我返家立刻寫返個食評,希望大家多些光顧,不想好店流失。還有,這是海景餐廳,離黃埔站也不遠,大家約朋友飯聚,記得考慮這間。Support …Read More

夏天,胃口不佳,夜晚吃吃沙律便行,入秋了到吃飯時間就餓著要吃,故經常上網找好吃的。轉工,遲些少會離開大埔,趁尚有點日子,密密找心儀的餐廳試試看。 放工一個人,原本想試試開飯主義,但滿座,問店員如果一位是否不用等,她轉身就忘記了我,再加上還有別的食客在等位,為免白等,就轉了吃新明發。店食客多,大家都是吃盅頭飯,我也叫了個豉汁排骨飯連,見份量少,再多加一個燒買。豉汁排骨飯加凍檸茶$36,其實個飯真係幾細,女仔食都唔夠飽要加個點心,男仔我諗要叫2個。 排骨非常入味肉質軟彈,肉有些肥肉連著口感佳,而肉味不濃,感覺調味有輕手加了增味劑,是典型香港茶記味道,白飯可能因為長時間放在蒸籠上飯很軟身,且微微滲了豉汁味,這飯很合口胃,是兒時味道,再加上天氣涼肚子餓,一下子就整碗吃光,吃畢,是滿足的,最少,對得起$27一盅的價錢。間或吃一次是很不錯的,可滿足到口腹需要。燒賣是豬肉函,$15有4粒,不過不失其實比起一般茶記盤頭飯,我會選擇吃這個排骨飯,因為味道的確不錯,若然下次路過一個人吃飯又找不到位子,都會再選擇這店,但不會專程來吃,因為始終心思思想試開飯主義。…Read More

驚喜發現Open Rice改設立深圳版,立時將以往的食評轉載,這已是2007年光顧後的資料。國貿中心後的東北人,旅遊書界紹下往試一試,2人點了個菜就是為了要試均店內的特式食物。炒雜菜約$38,有南瓜、蕃薯、豬肉,樣子甚為討好,但其實是較咸的一道菜,用料調撘不好,肉UN、豆角過淋、南瓜無味再配蕃薯有點格格不入,不好吃。蕃薯拔絲$28 - 想這已是鎮店菜式,是個人喜好吧,炸番薯再加上煮熔了的糖漿,要趁熱吃啊,能一解想吃煨蕃薯之欲望,煻漿涼了起來較難分開,2人吃是太多了,但若再光顧此店,想必都是因為這道菜。羊肉蒸餃子,肉汁鮮味,皮是厚了點,$13,不失為抵吃好吃的菜式冰陣豬耳,看樣子不錯,等比MENU的相片騙了,爽脆欠逢的膠狀物體$3/串羊肉串,熱辣好味,記著一定要點旁邊很香的辣粉,肉就是太細粒醬伴茄子$28,上枱時熱熱的,吃得咀不停,調味較重,若再多加些菜會更好見每枱食客都點羊骨,彷佛好像蒙古人般豪邁,很有風味似的,當然不會錯過,點了一只羊骨$38,骨大如咪高風,肉很少,一陣風的吃完,太咸了,像調味得過了火,試一次便夠了,如果未試過的朋友們,可以不吃下次不會再光顧。…Read More

泡菜、韓式燒烤、石頭飯、韓式年糕是你們的喜愛食品嗎?想大部份香港人也不甚能夠欣賞其箇中美味,但一旦愛上,又會死心塌地的時刻追隨。不喜歡的人會說泡菜咸咸酸酸又太辣、前菜凍冰冰、燒烤易上火、石頭飯似小朋友吃的[糊仔]、韓式年黨又硬又辣。但在我眼中,泡菜醒胃健康易入口、韓式燒烤適合無肉不歡的我,點些醬油加上新鮮蔬菜包著吃配合的天衣無縫、石頭飯味道十足,飯夠咬口熱辣辣上桌,和著各泡菜前菜吃,雙得益章、韓式年糕味道相當刺激,甜甜辣辣的味道會將食客的煩惱一掃而空,還記得有朋友一邊吃著年糕一邊駡辣,一邊不停的將年糕往咀裡送。香港這些韓食店,有些像漢X苑、南山X的沒有半點風味、有些像巨X莊及金X寶般價格高昂物非所值、有些像秀韓國XX般食物半好半差,還是我這個草苑最合心意,雖當然是不及韓國本土食物般美味,但他還是給各香港韓國人解了一點半點思鄉情。我嘛?給帶來了點點韓式情懷。前菜有9款,包括:泡菜、魚片、青菜、魚你、粉絲、豆腐、青豆等,除陣容強盛,一坐下會逗得客人歡歡喜喜外,亦不失它們原有的風味。泡菜味道一般,調味方面有待改進;魚片爽口,帶點甜味,不錯;青菜一般;魚仔很美味;粉絲較硬,給朋友發現粉絲裡有隻烏蠅?!!2人燒烤餐有豬牛雞,份量很足,燒出來的肉片有著難以抗拒的魅力。還有最愛的炒年糕,無可抗拒。石頭飯,軟綿綿的白飯加上少許調味,混和雲耳條、紅蘿白條,愛不惜口。帶甜的蘿白跟軟淋淋的牛腩弄出來的清湯,清甜無比,真是百喝不厭!!不便宜的啊,2人花費約500多600塊,彼貴,但,我會再來的!…Read More

Ann Cat Yes. 食在香港.我地 D 為食人, 生活系香港是幸福事.而今幾乎全世界國家菜式系香港都可以食到,大陸大江南北菜式都有. (唔好食,唔滿意可以上深圳食tim)可以 早,午, 晚 . 食唔同野.去過歐洲的人就知, 一日到黑面包, 意粉. 系外國 D人好少出街食飯. 好貴.系英國先恐怖, 每日用滾水淥熟意粉, 飛水後, 攞支意粉醬汁'節落去'. 就咁攪均食, 每日2 餐咁樣食左年幾. 諗起都打冷震. :( 系咪想死.

店內陳設簡單之餘有點點泰國風味,電視播的是泰國頻道,不錯。途中有一衛生幫人員拿著大喼到來檢查,只見他抄寫了一會便進了廚房,過了十多分鐘出來跟老板說:損左要貼膠布,重覆數片,又再抄寫一會兒。。。原來現在的香港衛生幫是很煩的。先來個泰菜最佳拍檔,done、燈、登、凳。。。青檸梳打。不負所望,相當解渴,一口燒雞翼一口青檸梳打,天衣無縫的配撘。第一位上場的是串燒,醬汁味美,燒烤味足,惟肉質較硬呀齒不好不能吃牛肉。雖串燒並非一百分,但燒雞翼就是真的不得了,給泰燒王挽回不少面子,燒味不足,表面香脆內裡軟滑,每枱也必定有一碟燒雞翼,想必是招牌菜。咖喱炒蜆,咖喱汁配上洋蔥青椒等蔬菜配撘得宜,惟主角大蜆就不爭氣了,蜆有沙,大而無味,還給我吃了隻死蜆!薄餅其貌不揚,內裡一層疊一層的餅皮很鬆軟,即使在桌上放久了也不失其鬆軟的口感,和著咖喱一道吃很不錯,亦給大蜆打入冷宮。抄椰菜苗是朋友V在與我一起光顧小曼谷時的推介,發覺吃下椰菜苗時咯咯聲的很是美味,既多汁又爽口,故這次再來一碟,很有煱氣!豬頸肉生菜包食發:用生菜包著一條豬頸肉,加一匙白飯,加少許魚露,GOOD! 但,在沒有白飯的情況下,豬頸肉很咸,NO GOOD.總括來說泰式燒王價錢合理,部份食物相當出色(就是要靠大家選菜得宜),怕人迫怕人多的我會選擇這個的的骰骰的店子,但下一次來時,要先預備一支水備飲。…Read More
