我沒有想到會在像家一樣的餐廳去寫出不是好評而是劣評的食評。回想由十年前開始每年都會來大榮華報到,從幾年之開始總有種感覺食物的質素越來越差。今年我是真的震撼到了,食物難吃就算了,完全沒有服務可言,我相信沒有再來的理由。可惜越來越多的事和物都只能回味在回憶。最生氣的是半小時能全部上一席的菜,都沒有位置放了,還是要強迫把菜放上桌,感覺是不應該來吃飯的。是否中菜餐廳都不能平均擁有服務態度和食物質素?還是西餐廳把要求都提高了?…Read More

下午同女朋友在黃金海岸沙灘游完水,專程睇埋黃昏日落。然後帶有幾分餓意,就去搵野食 一換完衫就見到有間餐廳,埋去睇一睇,服務員都好主動介紹餐單嘅野,就介紹左個二人餐比我地。一入到去,個陣都已經成七點,外邊天色都好暗啞,只有幾棧路燈照明。唯獨是餐廳內枱上都點有一棧棧爉燭燈,燈光亦不太光不太暗,襯托番爉燭燈上的光,十分浪漫 還有被安排坐卡位,感覺十分舒服!!!開始入正題講下啲野食先 第一道頭盤: 鵪鶉肶波菜苗沙律 而個沙律用波菜苗黎做,配埋廚師特製嘅醬汁撈埋。咬落啲菜到好爽口,每一塊菜都平均沾有醬汁嘅味道。而沙律面頭放左兩隻鵪鶉肶,雖然只係利用最簡單嘅香煎方式。但係食落去好香口,表皮好脆,唔會好多焦,而且啲肉好鮮嫩 第二道頭盤:鴨肝配脆皮蜜餞波蘿 第一眼望落去好靚好特別!面頭放左一塊鴨肝,同樣都係用香煎方式,食落去同樣好香口。而鴨肝下就放左一舊類似點心嘅野,係用一個脆皮酥包住啲糖沁波蘿。我覺得製法幾特別 第三道頭盤:波菜帶子焗珍寶菇&白松露菌忌廉汁煮鮑魚 經服務員解說後得知菇上原來用左波菜蓉加芝士連埋帶子再焗。味道很好 旁邊個隻鮑魚食落去個汁好creamy小小甜,好滑,好入心。而且啲汁好平均入到鮑魚肉裡面,每一啖都好彈牙入味。值得一試 "經過左一番各具特色嘅頭盤後,到主菜啦 "第一道主菜:香煎深海白鱈魚 第一啖食落去,表皮帶脆,並不帶油膩,好香口。肉質細嫩,仲唔會散修修。真係好食 第二道主菜:秘製伏特加酒煮虎蝦配墨魚汁扁意粉 整體都用左廚師秘製嘅伏特加酒煮,虎蝦肉質並無煮到好淋好散反而夠口感。而墨魚汁扁意粉每一條都沾透辣汁的味道,亦唔會煮到淋曬,真係係出面未必食到咁特別嘅汁。同埋好難將全部材料都可以沾透汁嘅味道。實在有口褔  順帶一提,而道菜有分大,中,小辣。服務員推薦中辣係最好食,但我地唔食得辣只選了小辣,已經好入味好好食,有機會一定要試下中辣 總括黎講每一道菜都有佢嘅特色,別具一番風味。仲有每服務員都好nice,每一次都會上菜後加以詳細介紹同埋會說明每一道主菜嘅特色再比我地自己比較選擇,今次成個二人餐都係經過服務員一番解說再簡出黎。簡直係食過番尋味,下次一定會再黎  …Read More
