銅鑼灣地鐵站走大約5 分鐘,就到了酒店,上一層就是首爾家來的時候是晚上 7 點半左右,尚有少許空位,不用等位,頗為幸運勤快的服務員很快為我們兩個端上清水,察覺到他們應該都是韓國人,餐紙上也頗有心思,寫了幾項韓文的意思,很有韓風點了一個二人套餐,包括有牛肋骨、辣豬肉、蔬菜盤、炒泡菜年糕和石頭鍋飯先上的是前菜,前菜選擇不少,有六款,除了必備的泡菜之外,還有海帶、豆芽、小魚乾等,尤其喜愛小魚乾,十分的鹹香因為前菜不少,所以邊吃邊等也不會覺悶,很快就上了第一道菜,就是牛肋骨。韓燒烤肉發出的吱吱聲,以及看到烤肉的顏色慢慢變熟,那種令人垂涎欲滴的聲畫效果,一直都是我吃韓國菜的最大享受之一燒好後便用生菜包來吃。之前聽過高人教路,說最傳統正宗的韓燒食法應該是用生菜包著燒肉,加上泡菜、生蒜片,這樣就是最好吃的。一咬下去青翠新鮮的生菜脆裂,然後是炙熱鮮嫩的牛肋骨肉,還帶點泡菜的香辣和生蒜片的香氣,真是大滿足隨肉還有幾樣蘸醬,例如有麻油等,牛肋骨份量不少,而且醃得入味,點醬直接吃也是不錯。第二樣就是辣豬肉,豬肉自然比牛肉烤得久一些,在烤的過程中,又上了泡菜炒年糕,泡菜味道不算是太辣,一般人也可以接受,酸辣爽脆開胃。年糕炒得火候恰好,軟綿而有咬口,要批評的,就只能批評桌子的面積比較小,放下這麼多盤食物之後就有點捉襟見肘辣豬肉終於烤好了!嘗了一口,是正宗的韓式辣豬肉的味道,香辛過癮,包著生菜和生蒜片搭配來更是一絕。吃到這裡時開始有點後悔,因為我們兩人已經很飽了!想到還有一個石頭鍋飯,真係唔知點食得落!最後的石頭鍋飯還是交給我這個後生仔來消滅,因為見到熱騰騰的石頭鍋飯和韓式甜辣醬胃口又被提了起來。石頭鍋飯最令人滿足的地方就是飯焦,自己攪拌出焦香味道的飯,再和滑蛋、配菜拌在一起,香甜惹味又飽足,竟還讓我生生吃了大半碗石頭鍋飯最後有一點小驚喜,就是原來還有飯後水果贈送,是一顆柳橙。咬了一口,很甜,不過肚子真的太飽,吃不下任何東西了,說來這個雖然說是二人餐,但應該是三個人的份量吧…Read More

其實間鋪幾易認,因為老遠就見到大大隻「天下第一餃」嘅招牌,同埋門口都有啲人排隊,等左一陣就入座餐廳嘅環境幾舒服,大大塊寫滿了做人道理的牆,還有寫住會將收益捐予慈善機構的聲明,感覺有濃濃的老一輩人的社會關懷侍應姐姐很熱心地介紹最新推出的黑松露松茸餃子,但因為我個人不太吃松露,所以還是選了傳統的招牌松茸餃子。等的時候,先自行添加愛吃的醬料,數過有芝麻汁、香辣、麻辣、豉油、醋、醬瓜等八九樣醬料可自行調製,選擇不少最後選了芝麻和麻辣最先來的是「自家製山楂雪梨水」,沒有想像中那麼甜,非常潤喉生津,在炎熱的夏天喝一口真是暑氣盡消接著來的是「至尊松茸豬肉餃」,隨餃還附有一碗狀元湯。狀元湯色澤甚清,味道中正平和,入喉很是舒服,很有老火湯的韻味豬肉餃示範了甚麼叫皮薄餡靚,可以看到皮真是十分之薄;不過相比皮薄,我還是更好奇究竟豬肉是用了甚麼醃料,味道十分之香,而豬肉本身肥瘦得宜,慢慢嚼來很有滋味兩款都是松茸醬,分別是一款較辣。味道有點像XO 醬,十分惹味,但又有點不同,味道只能自己領會。比較滿意的是用餃子蘸後並沒有奪去餃子本身的鮮味,兩者相得益彰又試了點芝麻醬和麻辣醬,後者是我喜歡的辣度,吃得很爽吃到這裡,大概領略到「餃掂」的味道,就是傳統老店那種膾炙人口的風格,和那種爆漿拉絲第一口超正第二三口就覺得膩不同,餃掂的食物第一口不會覺得特別驚艷,但慢慢吃下去就會覺得愈來愈對味,慢慢就會喜歡上如果是講武功門派的話,餃掂應該是氣韻悠長的武當派吧吃完餃子還嫌不夠,最後加點了一籠「中山金咤蒸餃子」。三隻晶瑩剔透的大餃子,賣相看起來非常的精緻。吃下去餃子皮軟糯柔滑,迫不及待便滲出內裡的腐乳漿來,再細嚼時,裡面的豬肉丁十分爽脆,味道和口感都很棒離開時,看見不少年輕人在排隊,我還以為時下年輕人只愛吃部隊鍋呢xdd …Read More

有時好懷念堔圳既野食,今次試下湘聚小廚以解決味覺既懷念。由於有段時間我係堔圳工作,以這種裝修、食物質素和價錢,已屬國內高檔次的飯店。是次晚飯,我和朋友仔叫左絕色雙魚、蟲草花燉雞湯、松茸菌燉雞湯、乾鍋手撕包菜同白飯。絕色雙魚:碟非常熱,明顯地即叫即蒸,見到一個大魚頭分開兩邊,一邊魚頭舖上紅椒碎,而另一邊魚頭鋪上黃椒碎。第一啖魚肉入口,肉質鮮嫩,蒸得剛剛好,好滑,魚肉加上少少紅黃椒碎一拼入口,有少少辣,好味。蟲草花燉雞湯:燉盅非常熱,見到配料非常多,佔燉盅參不多一半。湯頭非常甜美、好清,飲到蟲草味同雞味,值得推介。飲完燉湯之後都飽咗三分一,可建議兩個人share一個燉盅嚟飲。 松茸菌燉雞湯:相對蟲草花燉雞湯,呢個湯頭味較為濃,濃在於松茸菌,貌似有藥材味,湯料亦佔燉盅參不多嘅一半,但仍係好清甜同有雞味,同樣建議兩個人share一個燉盅嚟飲。幹鍋手撕包菜: 菜夠新鮮同爽口,配上幾塊肥豬肉片加紅辣椒,味道比一般炒菜為濃,需要白飯配送。…Read More

今日成班同事包左間私房菜請我食送行飯,同事之前試過呢過話唔錯,睇得出有心機去煮每道菜,味道都還好,於是就提早一星期查詢包場事宜,晏就包場冇min charge非常好。生蠔 + 麥精湯 + 香煎三文魚。威士忌意粉 + 甜品成個場留灑比我同成班同事,可以自由自在飲下紅酒,傾下計大聲講大聲笑。同事坐低個陣已經覺得怪怪地,唔比我睇menu話已經幫我諗左食咩,懶係神秘咁樣。坐低一陣就先上頭盤,大大隻生蠔,班同事真係有我心!接著就上餐湯,細細杯,聞落好大陣奶味,問侍應係咩湯,佢竟然答係麥精湯,我心諗呢班同事唔係玩d咁既野下嘛。點知呢個真心正到不得了,頭幾啖會甜甜地,慢慢飲下飲下會變左鹹鹹地,從未存試過飲湯既味道會有變化,真係幾特別。主菜就係特別為鐘意飲whisky既我而整既香煎三文魚配威士忌意粉,果然名不虛傳。呢份意粉非常出色,賣相很好,三文魚煎得恰到好處,半生熟,調味得宜,以威士忌意粉中的少許酒精味能夠襯托出魚既鮮味。第一次食用威士忌煮既意粉,聞落已經有大陣威士忌味,入口陣whisky味會慢慢滲出黎,好美味,如果加多點配菜會更好。對於呢餐送行飯非常滿意,多謝咁多位同事!…Read More

上星期食完,今次再食依然有驚喜!前幾個禮拜都去過artco食嘢,因為覺得佢性價比太高所以今日又來多次。上次來嘅時候大約係七八點。不過實在太多人係出邊等位所以今次選擇咗放工就即刻過去,大約6.0鐘到。好彩周圍仲未坐滿,同朋友兩人坐低令拎咗餐牌諗住叫嘢食。上次來呢度食嘢,叫咗佢嘅斧頭扒同埋生蠔,兩樣嘢都非常之性價比高,而且味道仲要比同區既餐廳好,artco 33 就嚟變咗做我荃灣區既飯堂,哈哈。所以今次黎又想食啲唔同啲嘅睇吓其他野係咪都係咁好食。例牌送上嘅餐湯,我哋叫咗忌廉湯同埋羅宋湯,正常口味唔會話偏鹹偏酸。沙律同埋餐包都適當嘅調味,沙律預先放醬料,可以幫我地開一開胃。烤西西班牙黑毛豬鞍伴烤菠蘿,我哋叫咗八成熟八成熟,仲叫咗一碗意粉。因為黑毛豬嘅關係所以唔使考到全熟佢已經好有肉味,肉質一啲都唔會好乾,覺得佢係好鮮嫩唔會好老,亦都有少少甜美的肉汁。佢嘅菠蘿係罐頭菠蘿稍為有少少烤過,配埋伴碟嘅醬汁同埋沙律,一啲都唔會太過膩。一啖豬扒一啖菠蘿仲會有清新嘅感覺。另外我哋叫咗個雜菜芝士卷,芝士啱啱好係卷入邊溶化,雖然未做到拉絲嘅感覺,但對但對於我呢啲鍾意食芝士又唔想成餐飯太濟嘅人就就啱啱好。卷內會有啲沙律菜,口感亦都有層次,仲用錫紙包埋食法方便簡單又快捷。黎呢度又點可以唔試吓佢嘅蠔,不過今次我選擇咗唔食生蠔,決定食焗蠔。估唔到生蠔嘅性價比高,焗蠔既味道都依然保持到,一點兒也不輸蝕生蠔。焗蠔雙面鋪滿一層層芝士,而且都幾大隻,一啖放落口層層嘅滿足感就好似係我把口入邊溶化,下次來嘅話一定生蠔焗蠔都要叫。最後有跟餐嘅心太軟甜品,心太軟係即叫即焗,質素就好似甜品店。可以見到佢係流心心嘅,流心太軟實在太好食啦,甜到亦都啱啱好。成餐飯好有罪惡咁,但又十分之好味。…Read More

公司三文治唔錯

九龍城的確是美食勝地,有大量很好吃的餐廳,蛋糕店,糖水鋪等等。所以有時得閒,都會過來覓食。今次就睇中左聯發茶餐廳。因為上次路過,見到唔少人排隊,從此就心郁郁,一定要試下味道如何約了一個朋友來食。在店外排隊時,才發現原來是澳牛三代傳人所開。所以店內,還是有主打嘅炒蛋。不過都有其他嘅創新,例如碟頭飯等等。不過,既然炒蛋係主打,咁一定要試啦!一坐低就喊左一個特餐,再加一個公司三文治。朋友食特餐,有炒蛋,多士,沙嗲牛肉意粉嘅黃金組合。公司三文治就夾有午餐肉,火腿,炒蛋,蕃茄,醬瓜,同芝士。由於朋友嘅特餐黎先,根據朋友定律,好自然我會jam 佢野食,啲炒蛋真心滑!正!完全唔輸澳牛。牛油多士都唔錯,好脆好軟,唔會好似一啲餐廳成塊都浸哂牛油太over ,亦都唔會太輕手好似冇烘過咁,係唔錯嘅一個牛油多士。不過,我都係覺得我食嘅公司三文治好食啲。都幾難形容,總之個包鬆軟,入面夾住芝士,午餐肉同炒蛋等惹味野,又咬到脆卜卜嘅蕃茄同埋醬瓜開胃。不過要投訴!有成四塊咁多真係食唔哂!如果唔係朋友大食就會浪費食物啦~…Read More

過年多人約飯局就小不免,最頭痛就係諗去邊食,咁我之前就係飲食節目到睇到過一間係筲箕灣既餐廳叫「皇苑」,咁上得節目,又見佢介紹得好好食咁,就決定去呢間試試佢。「皇苑」位置係非常之方便,出面可以泊車,又近地鐵站,一出地鐵站你就會見到,係極之方便。當日上去到去,咁岩又拍緊飲食節目,成日上飲食節目絕對係非一般既餐廳。黎之前我已經做好功課,都諗好晒要點啲咩黎食,香港人做咩都要快啊,所以嗌野食都唔可以慢,首先就嗌左個「懷舊拔絲骨」,之後仲有「安格斯牛肉粒」、「翠塘滑豆腐」同「特式蝦多士」。「懷舊拔絲骨」係出面你真係好少見到,睇落你以為平平無奇,食落先知道有幾特別,酸酸甜甜既味道岩岩好,而每夾一舊你都會見到佢拉起一條條絲,煮呢個菜既功夫絕對唔簡單。之後到「安格斯牛肉粒」,口感一流,絕對唔會係香口膠咁難咬,佢仲有配上炸過既茄子,令到成個菜式都好好味好特別。再黎「翠塘滑豆腐」,我敢寫包單你未食過咁滑既豆腐,真係滑到直接滑落喉嚨,有呢碟菜式配幾多碗白飯你都會覺得唔夠,堅好味!最後到「特式蝦多士」,呢個係幾特別,老實講我真係第一次聽同第一次食,炸得岩岩好,好香口既感覺。整體黎講啊,真係俾滿分,每碟菜式都無令我地失望,飲食節目介紹得真係有原因,真係無介紹錯,大家有機會都可以黎試下!…Read More

難得與女朋友一起放早,大家都覺得很久沒有到過黃埔,於是便決定在這個新增設港鐵的地方,尋找美食。我們路過一間酒店的門口,看見路邊招牌「紫荊閣」,恰巧女朋友獨愛紫荊花,於是便決定一探究境。一到「紫荊閣」門口,接待員很有禮貌地帶領我們到坐位。細看餐牌後,價錢原來並不是想像中般昂貴,本想點「叫化雞」,但原來需要早一天才能預訂,唯有下次再來光顧。最後,我們一共點了三道菜和兩個白飯。潮色椒鹽骨,一上桌其實充滿香蔥味,椒鹽骨肉質嫩滑,而且骨的比例只佔小部份,咬落非常彈牙惹味. 一試難忘。中式牛柳,份量充足,雖然賣相和坊間一般做法相似,沒有什麼特別,但咬落肉質軟綿,將飯與汁混吃,一流!菇扒豆腐,豆腐數量非常多,而菇卻相對較少,是唯一一個美中不足的地方。而我最欣賞的是服務。接待員笑容滿面,而且手腳乾淨利落。總括而言,今晚是一個非常難忘的經歷,期待我們下次早放後,都會再來。…Read More

今年真係一個唔錯嘅年份,岩岩收到一份甚佳的時間表,可以有n日day off,不過壞處就係變左唔會去住宿,都多左時間係屋企。但係都搵到一日同以前個室友約出來食飯嘅。不過今次就就我啦,將食飯嘅地點揀左係離我最近嘅北角。食嘅野,都係我所提議嘅依間太平飯店。兩個人,食到嘅野並唔係好多,一個炸蠔餅,再加一份溏心蛋,其實都差唔多飽。飯店嘅環境都唔錯,侍應比較殷勤,傾計都傾得比較愉快,看在你條死友咁慘四日八半,今餐就算豪比你我請啦哈哈。炸蠔餅keep 到平日嘅一貫水準,好脆,而且蠔嘅份量都冇縮水,啖啖都好有飽滿嘅蠔肉,加埋熱氣騰騰,實在係我最最鍾意嘅菜式之一。溏心蛋平日我都唔多食嘅,因為實在有點貴,但以前食過好食,今次就當介紹比朋友試下,平時出街食溏心蛋又好,茶葉蛋又好,滷水蛋又好,通常個蛋白都唔會好有味,較淡,但做得好嘅溏心蛋個蛋白嘅味道真係好正,同蛋香一齊透出來,所以間唔中食下都係幾慰勞自己嘅。…Read More
