餐廳是新開的,在這裹試過happy hour,覺得裝修不錯,華麗又時尚,既舒服又不會太拘束,餐廳又有露天雅座,天氣好的時候,我喜歡坐到 露天的座位,較relax.而且在尖沙咀很難找到這種餐廳.所以今天我專誠約女友來試晚餐,先來一個海鮮拚盆,端上來時,擺設很靚,看得出廚師的心思,盆下面很多冰,上面是海鮮,包括生蠔六隻,大蝦四隻 、翡翠螺四隻 ,澳洲鮑魚二隻 ,波士頓龍蝦一隻 .看到我們不捨得食但真的餓了,好先來一口白酒,再吃生蠔,生蠔外表新鮮,但不是肥美那種,味度帶淡淡的海水味,ok大蝦肉質結實及很鮮味,正:)翡翠螺味度ok,澳洲鮑魚,估唔到鮑魚肉質可以有這彈性,爽口,味度剛好.有驚喜:)主角波士頓龍蝦,肉質彈牙,多膏,好味,很快海鮮拚盆已吃剩一盆冰再來一杯白酒,好味.未夠喉,再點了女友喜歡的Caesar Salad 和我喜歡的沙樂美腸pizza.Caesar Salad有蒜蓉飽跟的,沙律菜新鮮,蒜蓉飽很香,好味.沙樂美腸pizza,pizza上面沙樂美腸,芝士等材料豐富,味度小小辣,好味:)未完,未完.:)還有甜品,甜品是侍應生細心推介的,我們試了一個有朱古力外層,裹面有芝士味的cake,味度頗特別,我喜歡,但女友覺得一般.終於我們把以上所有食物吃光,沒有浪費廚師的心機及食物.很滿足和完美.…Read More

自從我4月份在星架坡第一次試過黑胡椒炒蟹,那種胡椒香味及蟹肉的鮮甜味,很特別,非常美味,聽聞在沙嗲軒也有胡椒蟹,一於去試.這裹位置是在4樓平台,我們的座位在露天位置,會有車輛經過,但不會太頻密,是可以接受的,在角落位可以看到小小海環境也舒適.我們已訂了位及已留一隻焗胡椒蟹,原來這裹是焗的.胡椒蟹上檯時,很香和星架坡的胡椒味差不多,只是蟹較細,無法再認,要落手食啦,胡椒香,辣味適中,只是蟹肉乾身了一點,肉質不夠 Juicy,我的手也變了胡椒手 :) 味度不錯 :)星洲炒蘿蔔糕看上去才料很豐富,有蔥,蛋,蝦仁,蘿蔔糕等.味度帶甜和很夠味 :)咖哩炒雜菜粉絲,唔好意思,已食了部份,才紀得影相 咖哩味不夠,雜菜粉絲中規中矩.其實我們也點了油酥餅配咖哩炒雜菜的汁食,油酥餅一客兩塊,應該是即制,很香,配咖哩汁食不錯 :)我們是為胡椒蟹而來,也沒有失望.整體不錯 :)…Read More

時間已兩點半左右,午飯未食,經過寶靈街,看見這間舊式燒臘店,想起約十年前間中在這裹食午飯,那時覺得這裹方便自已,質素還可以及價錢平;今天再試,裝修和從前差不多,都是八十年代的感覺,叫了燒肉飯和湯,燒肉睇落多了些小肥,兩件大白菜,賣相一般,燒肉小小鞋,外皮小小脆,質感一般;飯是暖的,不夠熱;豬骨雞腳湯,有半碗是豬骨雞腳湯料,足料,夠熱及夠味:)當時都幾肚鵝,但質素一般,盡量食了七成,三成浪廢,真不好意思:)可能現在很多燒臘也不差,相比之下,他的燒臘不太好吧!…Read More

我在這間印尼餐廳已食過很多次,但還是第一次為它寫食評,今次我和三位好友一起去,去到樓上已無位,幸好樓下有一張台,只有坐樓下,其實樓下有三至四張四人卡坐,燈光較樓上光.大部份人喜歡坐樓上,因用餐氣氛較好.今次我們四人點了:燒醬雞,巴東牛肉,豬肉雞肉串燒各六串,馬拉盞炒通菜.燒醬雞是我的至愛,我每次也會點這道菜,烤雞,汁少少甜和辣,但越食越辣越開胃,我們連汁也要來撈飯,所有汁也無剩:),巴東牛肉我反而是第一次食,咬落牛肉很滑和腍,我不知道是牛的那部份,味道很濃,送飯食一流,須然油多了些,我們也把它吃光.豬肉雞肉串燒,兩樣也燒得很香,我較喜歡豬肉串燒,肉質較好.馬拉盞炒通菜,通菜炒得很香滑,還有幾隻大蝦仁,通菜咸了些小,送飯吃較好,其實味道是不錯.這餐我們一男三女共四人,食四道菜,只食剩一串雞肉串燒,很滿足,真的吃不下了:)…Read More
