This place is a total rip off, crab is very small and even after the so called promotional discount, I find their prices are overpriced for its quality, crab is very small, the duck feet and abalone are super tiny and salty.The quality has gone down since last time I went there.Also the manager named TXD was rude, sneaky and unprofessional, his mission is to piss off patrons so he feels like he has little pathetic power over you, when issues arose, he claimed that he was the only one in charge, so patrons can’t bring it up another level of management.Honestly for this price, there are better restaurants where they cherish their patrons more.Definitely won’t go back. This seafood restaurant is a absolutely scam. They refused to openly weigh the seafood in front of us (which is a common practice at seafood restaurants) and then when the bill came, they charged way more than what they told us initially.The little plate of boiled shrimp we ordered, they charged us $260+ for less than a pound and the lobster initially he said it’s around $500+, but they ended up charging us almost $800+.Avoid this place unless if you want to get ripped off. We have always been a big fan of black sheep and frequent diners at their chain restos. However this one I’d say, probably ppl can skip this one!The portion is ridiculously small, the tiniest taco (2 bite-size each), even for a 100lb female like me, I feel like if you are on a diet THEN you should go.... hard to imagine for a 180lb western man to eat there, he will have to order maybe 10 tacos.I also ordered the three cheese quesadilla for my 3 year old, and when the dish came, I seriously wanted to ask them if it’s kids menu portion.... 3 tiny pieces of quesadillas combined into the size of my fist I believe.And there’s no meat inside at all, I guess only some cheese. For the same price, At Cal-Mex, you will get an adult size quesadilla with at least some chicken and cheese inside.Even the little coleslaw they throw in Is like during famine time.Overall, I think we will never go back although I personally love Mexican food and have always supported Blacksheep. DO NOT go to this restaurant! They cut down the portion to half and raised the prices on the menu.I went there for lunch with my mom for lunch the other day, ordered two set lunches. The soup is 20% full of the tiny small bowl, I thought it’s someone else’s leftover, only 3 pieces of kimchi, rice was half a bowl with my short ribs. Short ribs taste was fine.Even for a petite girl like me, it’s not enough, then the staff tried to scam me for the ice cream so they misrepresented to me that my set would include coffee or tea, so I told them I would not add ice cream until I decide later, when I got the bill, thé lady named Juna (she claimed she’s the manager) charged us both lunch sets the price with ice cream, so I told them we didn’t order the ice cream, juna said, the price is either ice cream or tea n we had tea.Later on the way out I found out she lied to me and they did over charge us. so I asked to talk to her manager, this lady lee Chinese lady was rude n denied the staff misrepresented n refused to refund the extra charge they put on my bill!It’s pathetic to lie to patrons had horrible attitude when caught! I don’t understand, how is it possible to treat patrons with zero respect and yell at people in public just because they think they own the shop!Their food is average at most, but yelled at customers and rated as the worst service in HK. I happened to go in this neighborhood for tennis yesterday and after that, I was craving for some yummy protein yet healthy dinner. After browsing around I saw that there's a new Healthy Chicken opened in Qbay. So I decided to give it a try...Who doesn't drool over the warm juicy rotisserie chicken whole leg?So I decided to try the chicken leg meal with salad, added the guacamole also. it's my first time trying this lunch place, the food honestly is not the greatest, I guess it's because of the $118 offer, which attracts tons of traffic. I read some other comments and realized someone said its "worst service ever"!!!I happened to be around the area so I thought I'd give it a try.....There's an Asian guy at the bar counter, he has awfully terrible service, I initially asked nicely how this self serve works, he didn't explain clearly how it works, no one was cleaning the plates on the table and I wasn't told that you can only use one plate, he came up to my table and gave me unprofessional attitude by telling me "next time....remember to use one plate"...x10 times like I was a criminal!!! Also claimed he's the "owner" so I can't complain to anyone else about this.....never had this kind of treatment in Central....I am not sure if it's language barrier or what, his rude attitude towards customer is unacceptable, is it just because it's cheap????he should go work at a local tea restaurant!!! or if he truly is the owner, I'd say "good luck" maybe you can soon open another one at Sheung Shui!!!…Read More
