今天被一位店員用強行點單的行為 羞辱到了。她在我桌上扔了一張菜單 暗示我不點單就走 當時旁邊也有其他顧客 感覺真的是很不禮貌的行為 我之前點的餐飲被收走了 可能她不知道 但也不應該這樣對待顧客吧我坐的紅色沙發椅的坐墊是向前傾的 很不舒服 我有短暫的把腿放在另一個沙發椅上休息一下 被Grace看見和指責後 我有立刻放下腿來 如果是因為這件事對我 特別關照 也是說不過去吧 希望能挑選和擺設一些舒適的座椅和沙發 也希望能加強職員的基礎培訓…Read More

廚房裡做點心的 員工應該戴口罩比較衛生哦

去過這裡三次 都是午餐時間 因為是一個人吃 一般都坐吧台 對著做點心的師傅 發現他們邊做點心 一邊互相傾解 感覺不戴口罩的話 好像不太衛生 想想自己剛吃的綠色蝦餃就是這樣做出來的 有一點潔癖的我 有點…另外一個不太滿意的地方是 雖然白開水是免費的 但是服務員不會主動給你 要開口問 才會給。和翠華的規矩一樣了 但是感覺這裡的檔次應該比翠華高才對嘛。樓下的南小館都做到了每人一落座 就立刻奉上一杯玄米茶哦。希望管理層的服務意識要跟上。雖然室內設計上餐廳感覺很高檔 但是服務水準又和大眾茶餐廳差不多，那樣就未免讓顧客覺得不匹配了。…Read More

今天早上去點了一杯美式咖啡 打算使用筆記本電腦在此工作1-2個小時 沒想到試遍了店裏的大部分插座 都沒有電！我去找店員求救 他拿自己的手機試了一遍 發現的確是沒有電 最後叫我去店門口的一個沙發位 說那邊的插座應該有電。不過後來我沒有去坐 因爲覺得店門口容易被 打擾 不太容易專注工作 我把美式咖啡退了 找了另外一家咖啡店工作。後來，我在想咖啡店是不是故意停掉店内的插座 好讓顧客不會在店内逗留太長時間使用筆電。可是這樣的話 應該反而會流失更多顧客吧？而且讓顧客一個一個插座去試 很耽誤顧客的時間誒 不如乾脆在店門口寫明 “本店不提供插電服務！" …Read More
