冇驚喜變有驚喜既生日晚餐

話說一到伴侶生日, 就要搵D 特別既餐廳慶祝一下~但係又唔想一味食西餐懶係浪漫, 又貴又唔係話有咩特別..咁岩最近FB見到呢間開左冇耐既日式居酒屋, 有串燒有SAKE, 見到D相已經覺得幾吸引就即管試下, 順便食個男友生日飯。好在事先BOOK左位, 安排左個靠窗既2人枱, 幾有氣氛, 環境幾舒服因為明明係望到廚師一邊現燒串串, 但係竟然一D都唔覺得好油煙(平時去食串串..一定會搞到D衫有酒煙味好似我落場燒咁款)一坐底就侍應哥哥行埋黎做個簡單介紹, 對菜色形容同解釋都幾詳細, 好等我呢D選擇困難既人唔洗諗爆頭首先叫左2杯野飲, 一杯大關桃味梅酒, 唔太甜之餘有桃既清香味! (唔中意甜既我..最後係飲左2杯)另一杯叫左杯無酒精既啤酒比壽星仔, 本身都怕會好怪.. 無酒精既酒係咪冇酒味架..? 點知飲左啖, 係同啤酒一樣味, 仲幾有麥味! 岩曬要開車唔飲得酒既人士。至於食方面, 佐酒小食都揀左幾個..<辣拌鱈魚腸漬> 細細碟辣辣地, 夾住紫蘇絲一齊食, 好好味, 好岩送酒。<山葵魚餅> 勁得意既排列, 加入山葵同柚子塩, 明明只係一塊魚餅, 味道竟然好過癮好清新。<日本地雞唐揚> 就係普遍出面都會食到既炸雞, 睇落炸得乾身, 本以為係好乾, 我錯啦.. 入面係juice既, 仲要好大舊下,雞味濃郁, 因為佢係用日本雞做食材。 $52 黎講我覺得係好食過出面D炸雞好多又唔貴既。<炸蟹肉餅> 咬落好酥脆入面係好香濃creamy既蟹肉薯蓉, 出面個汁聽介紹係龍蝦汁, 個汁好味到我地用下面伴碟既菜沾黎食<吞拿魚腩牛油果沙律醬> 男友最愛TORO, 旋風吸入串燒系列係可以揀汁燒或塩燒, 我地就咩都試下, 2樣都唔錯. 不過已經唔記得自己叫左咩係汁燒咩係塩燒….<大蔥雞> <雞肝> 經介紹知道, 日本雞係日本係可以生食既, 佢地呢個串串燒完你食落可能會覺得唔熟, 不過正正個特色就係做法要燒得有DD咁多唔熟, 先好味喎..即管膽粗粗試下, 雞肉又未至於好唔熟, 反而食落肉質更滑, 至於雞肝我就食慣熟到乾曬個隻, 呢個熟度我都係有少少驚驚地..不過男友話好正, 食埋我個份.. (我話驚驚地咋嘛! 又冇話唔中意食!)<牛脷薄切> 牛味濃, 脆脆地口感, 好味<牛脷厚切> 不過呢個仲好味, 肉質軟又牛味濃, 差D想叫多串, 不過仲有幾樣野食黎緊, 忍一忍先<日本年糕> 一共有4舊, 頭2舊外脆內煙韌,加埋煙肉燒更加香口, 不過後2舊有少少燒唔夠, 年糕未夠軟  <薄燒和牛蛋卷> 呢個勁啦, 睇相都知, 個蛋正既, 不過要share食, 如果唔係一串就飽左架啦(扮細食mode)最後再加個<冷烏冬> 手打烏冬, 超級煙韌, 係超級個隻! Size唔算大, 係食左咁多野既情況下, 加個細既凍烏冬, 岩岩好。後話…由於男友突然黎接我放工直接去食飯…完全打亂左我個plan..買唔到生日蛋糕.. 係好guilty個陣.. waiter哥哥介紹左甜品, 話好好味但係唔係成日有貨, 好受歡迎, 問我地要唔要試下..心諗.. 冇蛋糕都比個甜品甜下佢啦.. 就要左1個桃味1個柚子味試下啦!一黎到… 哇…. 心諗: 洗唔洗呀!! 咁鬼Cute早知帶枝蠟燭黎吹啦! 一食番唔到轉頭.. 雪芭FEEL, 個桃真係桃黎, 個柚子都係真係柚子黎. 不過應該唔係攞黎食因為雪冰左, 應該係攞黎裝雪芭既姐個桃清清甜甜, 柚子酸酸甜甜( 唔係幾食甜野既我, 唔小心食曬成個桃味..真心好味)By the way, 原來呢間餐廳有outdoor area, 有D景睇下, 不過冇影相, 因為當我想出去個陣咁岩落雨…..Anyway 我會為左個誇張cutie 既甜品同埋杯大關桃梅酒再黎, 下次上黎試下坐佢個outdoor飲杯野吹下水…Read More
