A simple rice bowl took them 30 mins to prepare and the staff there didn't seem to be sorry for the ridiculous waiting time. Considering that the dish is a simple one and should not have taken more than 15 mins to prepare, I consider this not acceptable. The flavour of the dish was merely OK so it's not worth the waiting time. The environment is not very clean, you can see dust and other unindentified particles all around the floor.
