The place is conveniently located at CWB, HKD188+10% for a 2 hrs all you can eat and drink Japanese buffet including beer & sake if it ends by 7:30 pm on the weekdays. The food were surprisingly good and fresh and most were prepared according to individual order, the service was also very good. 昨日去IFC看電影前進入此店，叫了一碗榨菜肉絲湯麪。地方十分整潔，防疫距離亦很充足，服務也OK，但食物質素就不敢恭維。不論是其榨菜，肉絲，麵質或湯底都是十分十分的一般，而湯麵的溫度只是微溫-中溫！我覺得食物質素做得不好可能是技術不夠還沒得説，溫度不夠就完全是沒有放心去做！當然溫度不夠可能是店本身的政策而不是廚房的問題，因除了烹製時間要加長，可能他們亦不希望食品熱度因而拉長了客人食用的時間，因而減慢了其轉枱的速度！所以他們亦不理會質素不質素的問題，反正無論是什麼原因，就是十分差勁的一碗湯麪！…Read More
