星期日到位於新港中心2/F 日本美食横町新開張 原鉄道咖啡店火車主題一早已經打電話訂好位，講明要有動畫景象模仿卡車內佈局的卡位，去到時職員對我地講等一下執好枱可以入坐，但其實見吾到有任何執枱情況🤣一路等…. 後來經我地再三追問先話比我地知:｢你地遲咗6分鐘😳我地遲5分鐘就已經張你張枱比其他顧客（但其實我哋黎到時見到有位女士系度問緊嘢我哋要等佢問完先同到職員講到左都有幾分鐘啦），一路冇見到有帶其他顧客入座，所以非常不滿😡，邊度訂位都會有10-15分鐘比客人走盞啦😫，職員講可以安排另外一面冇動畫景象卡位，我哋當然不同意👎🏻，佢又話去執下枱安排我哋去入座🤭又執枱….最後安排左我哋去後面車廂有動畫景象的6人枱比我地，仲問滿吾滿意，大佬我哋系訂卡位嘅😯不過算數吾等啦😅食物就普通但不是重點，重點系服務態度和制度😫雖然職員系有禮貌的但一路喺度敷衍客人，之前已經睇過有其他顧客評論職員選擇性招待客人，今次真的領會得到😢不快經歷不推薦此餐廳❌…Read More
