屋企附近商場開咗間新嘅日韓料理,週末懶得煮飯過嚟探探店。一打開餐牌就俾佢嘅壽喜燒套餐吸引到,分為三個價位,有美國、澳洲同日本和牛,唔使二百就食到日本宮崎和牛,感覺都幾抵食。餐牌入面有介紹壽喜燒嘅食法,對新手小白都非常友好,好貼心。食材一送上枱,我哋一見到啲和牛嘅質素已經知道冇揀錯,油花分布非常綿密,色澤鮮嫩,而且份量仲要唔算少,配搭上前菜、蔬菜同烏冬,絕對唔擔心食唔飽。牛油煮溶之後將牛肉輕輕煎熟,加啲壽喜燒汁,再沾上蘭王蛋,入口嫩滑又重牛味,特別欣賞佢嘅壽喜燒汁唔會太鹹,適合唔鍾意重口味嘅朋友。鮮果茶同檸檬茶賣相亦相當有誠意,甜度適中。…Read More

今個週末終於帶咗小朋友嚟朋友介紹嘅富來農莊,貪佢一個場地有哂大人細路都啱嘅活動,而且價錢又唔貴,自駕過嚟仲有免費停車場。我哋兩個大人一個小朋友,除咗BBQ之外揀咗$130嘅遊樂套票,有哂小朋友最鍾意嘅活動,比散買抵玩好多。一入去有超大嘅草地,有好多唔同類型嘅攀爬架,放電一流。最好嘅係佢就喺正燒烤區對出,大人燒嘢食嘅時候都可以離遠望住小朋友玩,各自各精彩。小朋友至愛嘅撈金魚,魚嘅數量好多,簡簡單單就撈到十條魚,小朋友好有滿足感。大頭蝦好生猛,好多都有膏,係用倒鈎勾佢上嚟唔使用餌,小朋友都操作到。嚟到農莊當然唔少得餵小動物環節,兩隻山羊都好好胃口,搶住食草好可愛。BBQ爐旁邊仲有做小手工嘅攤位,大人食嘢嘅同時小朋友都絕對唔會悶親。夾公仔機同遊戲機當然唔少得,不過實在太多嘢玩,小朋友都冇特別扭計話要夾。場內仲有好驚喜嘅吹泡泡機,絕對會令小朋友尖叫,泡泡用強力吹風機吹出嚟,營造到好似落雪咁嘅場景,最正嘅係啲泡泡可以維持到好耐都唔消散,小朋友超鍾意玩!BBQ方面都係一啲比較大路嘅肉類同丸類,最推介嘅當然係自己釣嘅大頭蝦,自己釣自己燒自然特別好味,飲品方面包汽水一罐同水一支,另外可以自行加購雪糕雪條。…Read More

準備已久嘅project終於完成,為咗好好慶祝一下,先生信守承諾帶我嚟食鐵板燒,對上一次食已經幾個月前喺深圳,食材份量比較少,略嫌有啲意猶未盡。今次揀咗位尖沙咀呢間日式鐵板燒,網上評價唔錯加上地理位置方便,我哋一個星期前就預約定。晚市有兩款套餐可以選擇,亦可以散叫。我哋揀咗和牛龍蝦鮑魚套餐二人前,價錢合理,內容超豐盛,仲加入唔少高級食材,感覺物有所值。點餐後侍應為我哋送上沙律同前菜三小點,分別係煙燻雞肉、日本豆腐同蒜頭漬,清新開胃。另外點嘅蝶豆花青檸梳打甜度適中,清爽解渴,有別於一般嘅蝶豆花飲品,餐廳將蝶豆花整成冰塊,當蝶豆花冰慢慢溶化,飲品就會出現漸層變色,超級夢幻。刺身拼盤有牡丹蝦、油甘魚同拖羅,非常新鮮,特別係牡丹蝦,肉質厚實,味道清甜。產自兵庫縣嘅生蠔體型巨大,已經細心咁樣落埋酸汁,唔需要額外調味,入口帶有淡淡嘅海水味,鮮甜爽口。完成前菜嘅部份,師傅向我哋展示今晚嘅主菜,海鮮拼盤極度吸睛,巨型伊勢海老配上鮮艷奪目嘅蝦膏,非常邪惡;仲有大大隻嘅鮮活南非鮑魚,仲不停郁緊,令人食指大動!除咗海鮮,當然唔少得將會用嚟做薄燒卷嘅A4鹿兒島和牛同日本黑毛豬,色澤嫩紅,油脂分佈均勻,賣相吸引。伊勢海老煎香之後加入用蝦膏煮成嘅醬汁,鮮味濃郁,配上羅勒汁獨有嘅香味,更加激發出伊勢海老嘅鮮甜,加上彈牙嘅肉質,令人回味;蝦頭嘅部份會留返稍後煮湯用,唔會浪費。完成一道咁高質嘅海鮮之後,侍應為我哋送上間場嘅茶碗蒸,加入咗松露嘅蒸蛋又香又嫩滑,面頭淋上鰹魚汁,底下鋪咗少許木耳絲,令口感同味道都更豐富。南非鮑魚用海帶蓋住去煎保持鮮嫩,咬落去爽口得嚟唔會太韌,配上自家熬製嘅鮑魚汁同新鮮昆布一齊食,香味更突出;另外師傅專登留低鮑魚肝香煎,係平日比較少食嘅部位,只加入少許鹽調味,細嚼之下非常香口,十分出色!和牛同黑毛豬薄燒加入鮮筍絲同雜菇,口感豐富,簡單淋上燒汁調味已經好滋味;伴碟嘅蔬菜亦處理得恰到好處,特別係南瓜同蒜片,前者香甜軟糯到好似食緊甜薯咁,後者又香又脆,令人食唔停口。完成主菜之後侍應為我哋送上剛煮好嘅味噌湯,加入咗龍蝦頭嘅味噌湯鮮香濃郁,非常滋味。鐵板炒飯加入白飯魚乾、櫻花蝦乾同鰹魚乾,口感非常有層次,仲有自家製嘅酸梅醬,酸甜解膩。食咗一半之後仲可以加入鰹魚湯同芥末做成茶漬飯,另有一番滋味。最後侍應為我哋送上紅豆雪糕同焦糖多士,焦糖多士入口香脆,帶有濃濃嘅牛油香,非常邪惡。餐廳食物質素好高,新鮮嘅食材加上師傅嘅巧手,無論係烹調嘅過程定係食物嘅賣相同味道都令人非常享受,另外必須一讚嘅係侍應服務親切熱情,對菜式嘅講解亦非常仔細,非常推薦!…Read More

情人節要工作,但仍然要保留小小嘅儀式感,先生特意book咗呢間我想食好耐嘅omakase提早慶祝,位置喺半島酒店嘅basement,門面簡樸低調。Dinner set有兩款,我哋揀咗瀧Taki,有三款前菜、三款一品料理、八貫壽司、湯同甜品,非常豐富。首先送上嘅前菜係鰻魚苗配漬大根,鰻魚苗口感滑溜,配上切成細絲嘅漬大根,酸甜清爽,非常開胃。第二道係令人眼前一亮嘅紐西蘭螯蝦他他,用清澈通透嘅玻璃盒裝住,表面再加上金箔做裝飾,非常精緻。面層用上珍貴嘅紐西蘭螯蝦做成他他,中間係清甜嘅水果蕃茄蓉,底層係蝦膏,主要味道來自底層嘅蝦膏,極度鮮甜,係一道值得細細品嚐嘅前菜。接住落嚟係一道熱食——鱚魚卷,做法類似天婦羅,用鱚魚包住紫蘇葉同明太子,裹上粉漿再炸。侍應建議先品嚐一啖,再加青檸汁,入口非常鬆脆,輕薄嘅炸衣顯得出師傅嘅功架,淡味嘅鱚魚配上鹹鮮嘅明太子,加上紫蘇葉特有嘅香氣,層次分明,成個配搭好有心思。完成兩款前菜同一款一品料理之後店員為我哋送上毛巾同漬物,為接住落嚟嘅壽司做準備,介紹嚟緊會先食四貫壽司,然後會去返前菜。好欣賞餐廳上菜嘅安排,連續食幾道前菜或者熟食難免有啲沉悶,梅花間竹上菜反返而加多一份期待。首先送上嘅壽司係北海道深海池魚同鹿兒島赤貝,池魚肉質細膩,細嚼之下釋放出嘅魚油甘香令人回味;赤貝肉質結實爽脆,鮮味十足。鰤魚喺冬天正係當造,比較肥美同顏色較深,口感細嫩,油脂亦較甘香;池魚味道比較濃郁,配以薑蔥蓉令味道更豐富。北海道帶子又厚又鮮,細細咀嚼之下更能品嚐到佢嘅清甜,佐以柚子鹽更加畫龍點睛;以昆布漬過嘅牡丹蝦比一般嘅牡丹蝦刺身更紮實鮮甜,加少少青檸汁更加能夠帶出蝦嘅鮮味。鮟鱇魚肝以醬油慢煮,入口鹹淡適中,質感細膩;漬西瓜用上奈良西瓜醃漬兩年,入口帶酒香,配上魚肝一齊食清新解膩。鯛魚經過醬烤油香滿溢,自家製醬油加咗魚湯熬製特別鮮美,魚皮香脆可口,加埋水菜同漬筍同食,口感更豐富,整體非常出色,係少有連先生都大讚嘅一品料理。完成哂所有前菜同一品料理之後繼續壽司嘅部份,今次侍應為我哋送上嘅係金目鯛、中拖羅同大拖羅,向來喜愛食拖羅嘅我當然雙眼發光。金目鯛肉質味道鮮美,口感肥而不膩;中拖羅肉質香軟無筋,魚味濃厚;大拖羅近乎入口即融,油香喺口腔內蔓延,令人回味。驚喜一浪接一浪,眨吓眼一大匙滿滿嘅北海道馬糞海膽就已經放咗喺我哋前面,色彩鮮艷,係肉眼都睇得出嘅新鮮,入口自然係冇得彈,瞌埋眼都可以想像到自己喺日本。伴碟嘅布丁玉子香軟可口,蛋香濃厚。野鴿清湯用上乳鴿同雞全翼熬製成,再加入大量蔬果同菇類吊味,湯頭清澈見底,係無添加嘅清甜滋味。甜品方面同樣令人驚喜,豆乳福袋嘅造型加上金箔做裝飾,非常吸引。福袋嘅外皮用腐皮做成,口感香脆,內裡嘅豆腐奶凍又香又滑,豆味濃郁而且甜度適中,底下鋪滿胚芽白朱古力,配上淋喺面頭嘅焦糖醬油,成個組合口感同味道都非常豐富有層次。另一款係富有新年氣氛嘅四式甜品盒,有紅豆焦糖餅乾、咖啡蒟蒻、提子沙冰同紅豆餡芝士蛋糕,非常豐富。最欣賞嘅係咖啡蒟蒻,用上低咖啡因嘅咖啡製成,中間配以蜜柑,底下係Rose Mary雪糕配榛子,三種味道出奇地合襯,配搭有心思。最後係黑芝麻朱古力,黑芝麻味好香濃,而且入口即融,質素極高。只能夠講今餐係令人非常滿意嘅一餐,無論食材嘅新鮮程度、配搭同賣相都無可挑剔,食材珍貴而且毫不吝嗇,配搭同賣相好有心思,加上師傅嘅巧手,由前菜至甜品幾乎每一道都有驚喜,唔會有虎頭蛇尾嘅感覺,價錢雖然唔平,但整體質素絕對係對得住地段同價錢,不枉我期待咗咁耐。…Read More

前排同先生去大阪冇食到串燒一直覺得遺憾,咁啱同同事講起佢屋企附近呢間串燒店質素極高,趁住Happy Friday過嚟撐枱腳。打開Menu就知道雞串燒係主打,圖文並茂非常細心,仲有唔少刁鑽稀有嘅部位。一坐低店員首先為我哋送上前菜,有三款漬物,特別鍾意漬蒜頭,入口微辣但冇蒜頭嘅辛味,口感爽脆,非常開胃。味醂魚干燒得好香,表面微焦,沾上加入七味粉嘅蛋黃醬更加香口滋味。雞腎爽口而唔會太韌,稍微加上少少鹽花已經好香口;雞頸肉入口皮香脂肪少,雞肉鮮甜而且飽滿多汁,絕對唔能夠錯過。五花腩肥瘦相間,香口得嚟唔會覺得好肥膩,加上自家醬料非常惹味,推薦!豚肉車厘茄卷燒到恰到好處,薄薄嘅豚肉片色澤金黃,灑上少量鹽同黑椒吊味,一咬落去外面微脆帶鹹香,內裡嘅車厘茄熱辣辣又好juicy,充滿驚喜!只能夠講師傅手勢好,平凡嘅食材都能夠帶出驚喜。雞橫膈膜來自三黃雞,係非常稀少嘅部位,入口多汁有咬口,略帶油脂但又唔會太肥膩,果然冇令人失望;小腿肉口感紮實而且肉味濃,外皮亦燒得香脆可口。雞湯烏冬嘅湯底非常濃郁,食得出冇加味精,係嗰種好純粹嘅濃雞湯味道,就咁配上少量昆布已經好滋味。最後當然唔少得甜品,燒菠蘿就食得多,呢個加咗焦糖嘅燒菠蘿絕對係我食過之中最好味,薄薄嘅焦糖又香又脆,加上甜度極高嘅新鮮菠蘿,一咬落去滴晒汁,超級好味!今晚同先生食得好盡興,食材新鮮加上師傅嘅巧手,上菜嘅時間亦掌握得啱啱好,令初次喺香港食日式燒鳥嘅我哋留低深刻嘅印象,推薦俾想享用高質燒鳥嘅朋友仔。…Read More
