之前我好鍾意去元朗既Omakase 始祖既壽司之神,其實相信鍾意食Omakase既大家,都唔會陌生,應該都知道其中一位老闆加師傅最近係尖沙咀亞士厘道開左間新店 -- 志,而我又有機會Book到,就趁今次介紹下俾大家😍🍣🍶🍙🥢雖然我係超級唔鍾意坐ORDER枱食OMAKASE,因為個感覺會成件事唔同左,但當日有啲特別原因,最後都要坐ORDER 枱,好彩有間房坐。起初會擔心會唔好食同埋紫菜會淋晒唔好食,但好彩師傅都有考慮我地食客既心情,同以前係壽司之神一樣,4件4件上,以至食物質數絕對保證到,我可以講到目前為止,計坐ORDER枱,志暫時係最唔失水準既一間。當日我叫左佢地既Set - 13 貫 @$360 另外叫多一個卷物魷魚—魷魚與飯中間加咗紫蘇葉,食落清甜可口,肉質仍然爽脆,再加上肉質有少少黏黏地,煙煙韌韌,不錯。帆立貝— 感覺好新鮮,上面加咗檸檬皮,加上赤醋飯,肉質彈牙,開胃之選。間八— 又叫鱆紅魚,師父切得較為厚身,食落去比平時嘅口感更佳,其實食咗呢件,我真係諗會唔會師傅比錯咗夜晚嘅貨我哋。😂😂金線鯛—金線鯛係屬於白新與嘅一種,主要食口感,佢嘅肉質比較煙韌,魚味濃,越嚼越有咬口而味道更加濃。個人比較喜歡呢款!醋青魚—呢款我都好鍾意,因為佢真係好新鮮,比起平時食嘅肉質較實肉,魚味濃郁甜美!正!銀雪魚— 銀雪魚都係其中一款我好鍾意嘅壽司材料,師傅將佢輕燒,迫左魚嘅油份出嚟,非常之可口,我本人今餐最鍾意呢件,完美!鰹魚—呢款我個人感覺普通,唔肯定係咪做咗醬油漬,無腥味,唔係師傅面前就會有呢種無知!🤣🤣😛😛腦天—即係吞拿魚嘅天靈蓋,其實係好少有。感覺佢冇咁肥,魚味較腩位濃,都好食。應該都做左小小熟成,味道都好特別。魚子軍艦—對於一個唔係勁鍾意魚子既人,呢道係超好味,漬得好鮮甜,最重要係枱上,塊紫菜仍然好趣脆。海膽—今日海膽唔算太特別,其怪係有種塑膠味,甜甜地,本人覺得中等!火炙左口魚裙邊—平時油香會勁d ,今次好似冇咁油香,感覺普通,比起另外一次係志食有分別。火炙拖羅—呢款係大家都想像到既好味,肥美,油香,入口溶化!大滿足!到第十三貫—好特別既係客人可以選擇自己係頭12件最想食多一次既Encore!! 我原先選銀雪魚,冇晒,跟住腦天,都冇晒,後味俾師傅幫我決定,最後都有銀雪魚,但部位似魚背,加小小海膽,都好好食,只係小左點腩位香味,都不過不失!滿足!最後,其實大家都已經飽晒,但同友人大家都想食個拖羅卷,所以以呢道作結尾!卷類配上赤醋係好特別!非常好味!總括來講,我好滿意!其實今次係第二次來食,但兩次都要坐枱,想唸住等Bar枱先寫食評,但都係等唔到,所以都寫左先,下次有機會坐bar枱可以再寫,層次應該會唔同!講番食後感先,我係志食order 枱,對我之前既感覺係完全改觀,因為我覺得佢地keep到水準,唔會差太遠,比起壽司之神,有過之而無不及! 我相信開始我都會冇咁介意坐order 枱!另外,志既師傅既做法比較注重原材料味道,無太多加工,非常岩我口味! 師父話,夜晚既熟成再高層次,期待! 另外,環境非常舒服,望著海景食壽司,真係一件勁賞心樂事!鍾意既朋友記得要試下,最緊要預早BOOK位,Bar 枱得好小位,有時都好FULL!…Read More

亞媽家姐系列之前講過都食過一間Omakase,件燒銀雪魚壽司令我一試難忘。而我所講既就係上環既鮨燐,係朋友介紹既餐廳,而我都已經去過好幾次,都希望介紹俾大家🥳🥗🍣🍶🍵🥢🍨鮨燐我試左佢地既set — 10貫 & 1 卷 @$348𩶘金鯛 - 魚味淡淡地,鮮甜,肉質有咬口帆立貝配青檸汁 - 肉質好爽脆,青檸汁剛剛好牡丹蝦配燒蝦膏 - 蝦味非常新鮮,而蝦膏味十分之濃郁,本人最愛鰤魚,又叫野生油甘魚配新鮮海草 - 呢款係冬季魚,帶點甘味,魚味比前面幾款較濃味金線鯛配五色芝麻 - 呢款其實最近呢幾年都幾流行,佢係日本紅衫魚,我自就覺得普普通通池魚配䓤花及三升漬 - 呢個做法幾特別,立師傅話三升漬係用米,豉油同埋小小辣椒釀制而成。我都覺得呢款好好食,一D 都唔辣但又帶出魚既甜味同埋一D都唔腥。I like it!!登登登登!跟住就係我一試難忘既燒銀雪魚 - 呢款立師傅只係將佢較燒,但魚既油香係超正,佢冇配其他野,所以完全食到個種油香魚味,加上實肉,口感係非常之出色。海膽 - 海膽非常鮮甜同有一種甘甘地味,入口非常滿足! 大拖羅 - 立師傅既大拖羅壽司都好細心,佢選擇左冇咩筋既部位,同埋佢用刀𠝹左面頭幾刀,食落口感覺唔會好似肥豬肉咁,入口一流,after taste 好正。燒左口魚群邊 - 呢款又係油香十足,但本人覺得略為燒耐左小小,所以令到塊魚肉溶到細塊左同好似燶左少少,不過就幾香口。來到最後一道,亦係我最鍾意既䓤拖羅手捲 - 超級好味,拖羅溶都有筋,油香十足,再配埋新鮮既日本京䓤碎,齒頰留香!總括來講, 鮨燐既立師傅主要都係用番食材本身味道去做每一道壽司,比較小加上其他材料,我比較喜歡。同埋食Omakase 最重要係客人同師傅既互動,咁客人先會可以用心品嘗到師父既心機,鍾意既朋友記得要拜候下,最緊要預早BOOK位,有時都好FULL!…Read More

亞媽家姐系列自從WHF之後,都冇咩食過好野! 今日「又」宣布可以番堂食,又咁岩要番Office! 正好試下之前朋友介紹既餐廳🥳🥗🍣🍶🍵🥢🍨澄壽司我試左佢地既set — 12貫 @$360赤貝 - 鮮甜,新鮮,去到我夾既時候仲郁緊赤蝦配魚子 - 魚子醬濃味但又唔會冇晒蝦既鮮味、蝦都好爽同埋都留到蝦個種黏身口感左口魚昆布鹽 - 魚味濃同埋配左好特別既昆布鹽(師傅話而家東京好流行)帶子 - 爽甜/ 上面加左柚子,味道超濃但好清新,食完呢款個人醒晒軍鰽魚燒 - 呢款魚算特別,用燒既方式,師傅頗為都燒得耐,食落好實肉同油香,不錯燒鯖魚 - 呢款都係燒, 但冇軍鰽魚燒咁耐,保持半生半熟感覺,配埋䓤食,一d 都唔腥吞拿魚豉油漬 - 望落呢款感覺普通,但勝在加左芝麻同埋豉油漬,食落都好好味大池魚/深海池魚伴炸京䓤 - 呢款好好味,口感超好,因厚身,有咬口,魚味越食越出,本人較為喜歡呢一道大拖羅伴北海道wasabi - 呢款唔使講淨睇相都想像到有幾好味啦! 超Like! 海膽伴梅鹽 - 紫菜夠脆係基本,海膽非常甜同埋夠凍,入口非常滿足! 如果可以大舊d 就超正! 燒銀雪魚配黑松露 - 燒銀雪魚都係其中一味我比較喜歡既壽司材料,上次係另一間Omakase食過之後都一試難忘!呢款都唔例外,上面加左黑松露,味道變得複雜,兩種食法都唔同,同各有千秋!(有機會會介紹下另外個間)燒左口魚群邊 - 呢款又係油香十足,配埋脆脆紫菜,簡直係非常好既結尾!P.S. 其實已經好飽,但本人真係太喜歡䓤拖羅手捲,所以後加左呢道,為我今日午餐劃上完美句號! 😋油份十足同拖羅味十分之持久咁留係個口到! 總括來講, 澄壽司都算係性價非常之高,師傅亦都比足心機解釋每一夠壽司嘅做法,佢都好好傾,喜歡同師傅互動既客人可以考慮下拜候下佢地! 大滿足!…Read More
