A nice surprise! 呢類型buffet好似唔係好多, 佢focus喺Japanese & Thai food度. 我覺得食物presentation好掂, service一流, 價錢唔貴而且environment亦好舒適. 先講food quality...好fresh, 好靚, 啲sushi同dessert細細件好精緻, 唔會好似一般buffet咁, 樣樣都大大件, 食幾樣嘢就已經飽哂! 個感覺就好似高級啲, 唔會係cheap cheap 咁. 啲salad尚算多款, 記憶中有土豆絲salad, pomelo salad, 凍麵條salad, of course 仲有不同種類嘅菜...特別嘅地方係可以响一個大大嘅bowl度撈啲salad, 讓啲salad dressing均勻咁撈入啲菜中. sashimi 就係由師傅即席切, 不過每次只限攞兩件. 最藉得讚就係冬陰公湯...超好味...好多蝦!!! 啲熱盤就係Thai style為主...有魚有蝦有炒飯. 日式熱盤就有tempura, 炸蝦圓, 秋刀魚...等. Dessert 都有好多choice, 件件細細件, 唔洗食咁多...唔夠咪再攞多啲囉! 食到最後都食唔落啲泰式湯粉. 講到service就真係值得一讚. 整晚我只係見到waiter就留意唔到有waitress. 大部份啲waiters都好靚仔, 好乖仔, 同好有禮貌. 唔知佢哋係咪要好似香港先生咁挑選過先可以當呢份工呢? 成晚啲waiters都不斷咁refill 啲水...其中一樣最抵讚就係佢哋好有sense...只得8-10度嘅氣溫, 佢哋識得比暖水你飲, 完全唔洗叫都識咁做...我覺得係manager train 得好囉!至於environment都真係好舒服. 座落於食街近維園嗰邊, 好清靜好clean. 間舖唔係好大, 正正就係食buffet最ideal嘅環境. 最怕就係去一啲大到咩咁嘅buffet, 人又多撞嚟撞去...呢間restaurant就無啲咁嘅情況. 餐廳環境萬象城本身响深圳都係一間具規模嘅大型商場, 所以食店開得响道, 都預咗係比較干淨, 企理。 However, 我嘅感覺同其他commentators 就有啲唔同...我個人就覺得間餐廳唔係真係好高級, 只可以用舒適嚟形容。佢大概好似香港嘅小型中上餐廳, 裝修細緻；仲有啲比較私人嘅枱用一啲飾物間開, 真係有啲私隱同埋比較容易傾偈。如果坐大堂嘅話, 好似yesterday咁, 就有少少嫌佢有啲嘈!食物四人叫咗以下食物:1) 面醬沾王瓜 (RMB18) – 無咩特別, 只係將啲青瓜放响啲冰到而且放得好靚, 食嘅時候沾啲面醬或沙糖2) 香干野生馬蘭頭 (RMB22) – 比較干, 啲菜味好重, 有少少似香茜味3) 蟹粉小籠包6隻 (RMB36) – 完全無蟹粉, 不過咁嘅價錢當食淨小籠包就覺得ok4) 干菜土豬肉窩窩頭 (RMB48) – 幾特別, 香港食唔到…有啲好似梅菜同肥肉炒埋一齊嘅感覺, 放响個包到食, 又唔覺好肥膩5) 東坡炖肘子 (RMB48) – 好tender又唔咸, 送飯一流6) 大閘蟹炒年糕 (RMB88) – 可能因為唔係大閘蟹嘅時令, 啲大閘蟹就幾宙真, 但係年糕本身都好有咬口, 味道亦相當唔錯7) 蟹肉瑤柱炒飯 (RMB55) – 完全唔得, 無蟹肉亦無瑤柱, 只可以用調味料撈飯嚟形容, 完全無料可言8) Kiwi 果汁 (RMB18) – 無飲到所以形容唔到**要特別講就係茶係可以叫菊花而唔要其他佢推介嘅, 只係每位RMB4。價值價值呢家嘢真係見仁見智；我只係當咗自己仲响香港而唔係响深圳, 咁我就覺得超值。深圳實在有太多又平又抵嘅美味菜餚, 通街都係。用RMB397 响深圳食飯, 其實可以食到好多有質素嘅嘢。但係如果想搵啲坐得舒服又可以食完飯行吓商場嘅餐廳, 咁又唔係度度都可以噃。所以响大陸去一啲較為貴嘅餐廳食飯時, 必須要adjust自己嘅心態, 咁就食得開心啲。奇怪竟然唔比影相!!! 响香港真係聞所未聞, 食飯唔准影相, 係咪真係驚人抄你啲食物款式驚得咁凄涼??? 如果有水準的話就唔洗驚啦! 呢啲就正正係中國傳統文化, 有好嘢不會同大家分享, 收收埋, 好肉酸囉! 好彩我都影哂我要影嘅嘢啫!…查看更多

From its name, I thought this is a Beijing-Shanghai type of food. However, after trying it, I feel a bit like fusion between Guangdong and Beijing-Shanghai cuisine. Actually, the food tasted a bit strange. It hasn't got the traditional (Beijing-Shanghai) flavor nor did it have a combination of the two. I personally didn't like the mix! As for the environment, it's quite a nice surprise as there's a balcony that caters about 8-10 tables. We sat at the balcony and didn't really feel hot...perhaps it's still Spring time, I wonder if they would set tables outside in the Summer!!! What makes this restaurant gain so many smiley faces? The food quality is really not good let alone the environment. We ordered 炒蘿蔔糕, 咸魚炒飯, Laksa, satay & veggie...not even one of the dishes could be qualified as good. 炒蘿蔔糕 was not hot enough and very moist;the size of the 咸魚炒飯 was extremely small and the salty fish was not the regular one we had for fried rice;Laksa was ok but no surprise at all;satay was kind of mushy; lots of residue in the veggie (炒通菜).We were a party of 4 and the total price + 10% service charge was $193 which means $48.30/person. The restaurant gives you a feeling of a 茶餐廳 but the food quality is better than 茶餐廳's. It's surprised to know that there's such a restaurant in the Western area where most of the restaurants in the area are old and stinky. I ordered a baked salmon with spinach on spaghetti and my husband ordered deep fried pork chop, also on spaghetti. All dinner set comes with coffee/tea and dessert. The pasta is very tasty, with lots of spinach in it...I really like veggies!!! The pork chop looked crispy and big in size...at least the portion was enough for my husband. Desserts were amazingly good, even though it was only ice-cream and jello. I had taro flavored ice-cream and it tasted different from those you get from the supermarket. The restaurant is located at the heart of TST, it's a nice surprise to find such restaurant with reasonable price, yummy food and nice environment. There's actually a balcony where you can sit outside to enjoy the very nice view but of course there won't be any fresh air as it's so polluted in HK. I went there with some friends for lunch. Food quality is unexpectedly good. Presentation is awesome. Pricing's reasonable. Lunch sets come with coffee and tea. Waiters are friendly and energetic coz most of them are young. The only comment is the tables are a bit too close to each other; perhaps the setting is not right as they place the tables side by side in two rows. Maybe they want to maximize the space as the restaurant itself is not too big!?! I wonder if they do private party as the size of the restaurant can hold around 60 people and it's a wonderful place to do parties. Overall, it's a great place to hang out with friends. I went there for dinner tonight. Food was excellent! We ordered a family size pepperoni's pizza ($118), a regular size Vodka Penne ($52)and an apple crumble ($25). Salad comes with the pizza and it's free! The sauce was well mixed...I guess they made the sauce themselves!?! Veggie were fresh and there were lots of olives...my husband loves olives! The pizza was crispy and very big...we almost couldn't finish it. We all loved the penne, you definitely couldn't find this sort of pasta at Pizza Hut or Spaghetti House. There were sufficient cheese in it, with lots of bacon and the sauce was just the right taste. It was very Italian, unlike those pastas made in the other restaurants...most of the others are Hong Kong style Italian cuisine. They also offered you free bread...to my surprise!!! I've never try out this restaurant before...well, just want to give it a try. When I entered the restaurant, I felt really good because of the friendliness of the waitress and the excellent environment. We ordered some pastas, pizzas, grilled veggie and so on. Food was not good at all especially the pastas. Frankly speaking, I can make better pasta than the chef at the restaurant. I quite like the ambiance of the restaurant. If you sit by the window, you can view the harbour side. However, for some reason, I don't have the sumptuous feeling for this restaurant. Most of the waiters are Chinese and they look like 茶餐廳亞叔 even though they speak English and they are very friendly. They're just incompatible with the restaurant. Food is not that great for that price. We ordered prime ribs but side orders have to be ordered separately. The prime rib itself costs $350 and if you order some veggie or potatoes, you'll have to pay another $40-$60 extra. Also, there are limited varieties in the menu. For this visit, we ordered Caesar Salad, prime rib, a chicken and a side order (veggie) and it costed us $820.This will be the first and last time for me to go to this restaurant. I've been here so many times coz I live in the vicinity. This is a small and cozy restaurant and the lady who manages the restaurant is very friendly (always carry a big smile on her face). Price is very reasonable for 京滬菜and food is really yummy. They serve juicy 小籠包that is incomparable to other restaurant, also delicious 山東燒雞and 黃金蝦. They always have long lines even on weekdays, so do make reservation in advance. A highly recommend restaurant for those who like 京滬菜. The last time I went there, we spent only $550 for 6 people (just $92 for each)!!! I'll say this is an inexpensive place for dinner.…查看更多

I had lunch with a friend at CPK yesterday, it was a rather quiet place, great for chatting! We were seated at a booth. They served lunch set and of course other things in the menu (but very pricey). So, we both ordered lunch set. Surprisingly, they served a good portion. I had soup with salad and my friend ordered soup with pasta. I was glad that I didn't order pasta coz it was really big and I wouldn't be able to finish it. Salad was very tasty with a whole bunch of cheese on top (couldn't tell what sort of cheese it was tho)! Coffee and tea were also included in the lunch set. My husband and I didn't know what to order coz there were too many items in the menu. In the end, we had buffet for the evening. Food was excellent especially tandoori chicken and samosa. My husband said they had the best tandoori chicken in town. The meat was tender and tasty. They also had Fish & Chicken Tikki, lamb, curry chicken (very yummy), Indian rice, etc. Dessert was fresh fruit and something like rice dough in sweet syrup (the syrup was like melted ice-cream). Ambience was great! There were an Indian band and they started at 7:30pm. If you want to listen to Indian music, you better be there on time.
