仲有一日先返工,一個人去咗旺角行街,想搵食又見到呢間越南餐廳就上咗去食。可能仲未係午膳時間,入面人就唔算多,坐得舒服。其實我食越南嘢就只會食嗰幾樣嘢,今日都唔例外,叫咗生牛河同牛油雞翼,個生牛河係餐嚟,加錢飲菠蘿熱情果梳打。生牛河:好食嘅,牛肉就算浸熟咗都好嫩,湯頭算濃郁,但可能食慣檬粉,覺得河粉冇咁夾。法式牛油雞翼:可能即叫即整,我食晒碗粉後都仲要成5分鐘先有得食。上菜時幾精緻,用個籃仔裝住,擺得幾靚。個皮幾脆,雞翼入口好滑,但味道就唔算濃,可能個人口味比較重,覺得牛油蒜蓉味較重會好食d,呢度係口感勝過味道菠蘿熱情果梳打:冇特別嘅飲品,個人對果準梳打有偏好所以一定覺得唔差,但比較細杯,單叫就唔太抵,餐飲加錢先覺得可以一個人食咗150蚊,當然唔係平啦,不過辛苦搵嚟志在食,得閒對自己好d,生活亦開心d,味道唔差下就可以接受。…Read More

品質不錯,但價位偏高

上星期跟友人飯聚時,曾說下次就到這家火鍋店用饍,想不到沒幾天便成事。昨晚6:45到場時,店內沒多少顧客,友人更早到場取了在窗邊的位置,邊吃飯邊看外旺角晚間的繁華景象,也是一件樂事。店內採用套餐形式,按人頭收費,基本上大部分菜單是已擬定好的,選擇性不高。而且分量也是按人頭計算。前菜:柚子沙律是用柚子汁拌生菜,很清新而且味道也配;涼拌蟲草花口感很爽脆,麻油味很香,很好吃湯底:雖然套餐內已擬定好,但可按自己喜愛的口味去選擇而不會另行收費,其實跟自選沒分別。我們選了東方美人鍋拼青花麻辣鍋,另外套餐內可選火焰清酒煮蜆,為試吃也選了。東方美人鍋即是竹絲雞湯配桃膠,湯頭非常清甜,還沒涮菜料前,可以直接飲用,也沒有甚麼口渴感,用來涮肉或菜都很不錯,值得推薦青花麻辣鍋辣度不算低,味道也不錯,像小弟般嗜辣者也推薦一試,不過始終缺少了重慶正宗牛油麻辣鍋的香氣及層次,比較偏向乾辣。至於火焰清酒煮蜆就是視覺比味覺優勝,侍應在煮蜆時燃點火焰,縱非首次吃這種菜式,看到那效果還是忍不住驚呼,煮好後再注入豬骨湯頭,整個湯及蜆的味道有點不太配合,蜆也真的太迷你了.....菜料方面,因朋友戒吃牛肉,故選了黑豚肉配小黃瓜,而侍應也很貼心,因套餐拼盤內有牛丸,特意來問我們是否不吃牛肉,可轉換成其他配料。友人決定讓小弟吃牛丸故沒有作出更改。黑豚肉配小黃瓜:雖然瘦肉較多,但豚肉涮煮後也不會變韌,非常鮮嫩,用小黃瓜卷著肉來吃,口感也變得比較清新,味道很好,每人約有5件,分量來說還可以海鮮拼盤:套餐本來有帶子、魷魚、蝦、蟶子及龍躉魚片,因可以加點錢就將其中一款改成龍蝦,故我們就每人都將蝦改成龍蝦。上菜時,卻只見每款只有2件,即是每人1件!龍蝦就頭及身各有半份。基本所有海鮮都很新鮮,蟶子沒沙,清理得很乾淨,龍躉肉很厚也鮮味;至於龍蝦就明顯是淡水養殖,不過肉頗多,蝦頭也鮮美,整體甚佳。響鈴:每人2件,無甚特別,就是一般火鍋店的響鈴拼盤:包括有牛丸、魚滑棒、豚肉餃、釀冬菇、三色墨魚片,每款每人1件,也是太小了吧......豚肉餃及魚滑棒均很好吃,釀冬菇可能始終用煎或炆的方式會比較好吃吧,燙火鍋感覺只算一般;另外兩款就是一般火鍋店水準蔬菜拼盤:有金菇、生菜、油麥菜,通常都是解膩用,分量不多,就如上文說用美人鍋去涮煮很配合飲品方面,小弟選了芒果沙冰,但還有冰粒,感覺沒打得很仔細,不過不會太甜,感覺真材實料;朋友選了柚子茶,表示不過不失套餐還有甜品,這晚的是柚子果凍,不會過甜,口感很滑而清新,在吃罷一頓火鍋後,這個還頗有解膩之用,很不錯!埋單每人要350元,以分量而言,價位是相當高了,雖然整體味道是不俗,但這個價位的選擇性很多,似乎性價比就不算太高,也難怪就算到晚上8:00這類繁忙時間,店內還是只坐了約一半的桌。聽朋友說周末的生意會好一些吧⋯⋯…Read More

昨天跟三個舊同學去了這家位於圓方的中菜館吃午餐,位置有點難找,上了2/F後還得再多上一道電梯,在商場的平台位置。餐廳的裝潢格局明顯走比較高檔的路線,而食物上菜時也確實賣相頗精緻。由於同行者的食量不算太大,所以只點了數道菜。小籠包 - 只有4件索價60元,說真的不便宜。上菜時發現有一個的皮是紅色的,其中一位同學自告奮勇的吃掉了,搓皮時應該有加紅菜頭汁所以變了紅色,比道她說只是一般。我自己吃了普通口味的,說真的跟外面不少普通上海菜館吃的沒兩樣。醬肉燒餅 - 相對小籠包來說,這個就好吃得多,酥皮入口鬆化,醬肉餡料足且味道甚濃,雖然索價達88元但也是值得一吃!鴨肉沙律 - 蔬菜很新鮮,吃上去感覺清新,沙律的醬汁亦開胃,不過鴨肉吃上去只是一般,甚至與沙律有點格格不入,未知是否只滿足食肉獸?孜然豆腐 - 豆腐炸得外脆內軟,口感很好,但孜然粉下得不夠,感覺只是點綴一下而已,帶不出跟豆腐清淡的對比,就像吃普通的炸豆腐而已。瑤柱金華火腿雞肉炒飯 - 整頓午餐中最為出色的一道菜了,炒飯乾身但不會硬,配料頗足而味道甚佳,128元以現時消費來了也合理了。整頓飯每人消費140元,以現今水平來說尚可接受吧,畢竟餐廳身處圓方,價格始終有一定水平。菜式的確賣相比味道出眾,若追求性價比式味道至上者,這裡或不是最好的選擇。…Read More

又同朋友去開餐,今晚去咗呢間專食東歐菜嘅餐廳。地點稍為偏僻,上完德己立街條斜路右轉雲咸街一直向前行一陣先到。呢間餐廳或者因前排俄國世界盃所以hit過吓,而家先食只能話有心唔怕遲....餐廳偏細,今晚係星期五所以幾多人,我哋由8:00食到差唔多11:00,期間都冇點少過人keep住坐滿八九成。不過唔會覺得太焗促,環境尚可啦。講返嘢食,我哋分別叫咗芝士焗牛脷盅、烤肋骨、焗鹿肉、Honey Cake、煎Pancake配雜莓果醬及雲呢拿雪糕。我唔太好飲酒所以叫咗個有汽蘋果汁,朋友叫咗杯啤酒。飲品就唔多評論,唔會有咩驚喜,唔會難飲啦。朋友話杯啤酒都幾好。至於食物就真心唔錯,水準幾高!芝士焗牛脷盅 - 睇咗好多朋友都大力推介,一試果然堅正!牛脷好稔又好味,芝士味唔會太濃郁但好香,個酥皮稍偏硬但真係脆,蘸芝士汁極度好味,而且雖然餐廳將呢味放喺頭盤餐牌,但份量真係唔細,真正抵食又好食!真心推介烤肋骨 - 又係招牌菜,上菜時waiter會即席點火,視覺效果幾正。份量只有五件唔算多,但又係好軟熟,味道亦好夠,亦係好唔錯嘅。焗鹿肉 - 其他人同紅酒焗牛尾冇咩分別,只不過主角換成鹿肉,果然冇咩肥肉,但食落唔乾,入口口感唔差,味道就幾好但唔算驚喜。Honey Cake - 朋友叫嘅甜品,真係蜂蜜蛋糕,蜜糖味幾濃但偏甜,口感軟熟,嗜甜者或蜜糖迷會幾鍾意,我就普普通通啦⋯⋯煎Pancake配雜莓果醬及雲呢拿雪糕 - 呢道甜品幾乎度度都有,呢度算整得幾好,上菜時個賣相真係幾吸引,班戟口感幾煙韌,本身唔算甜,配上雪糕食到一冷一熱效果,個果醬偏酸亦令成道甜品味道豐富咗,亦係甚推介嘅!兩個人食咗八百幾蚊,以食咗嘅份量同質量計其實真係幾值,唯一係可能顧客較多,做嘢嘅人偏少,所以樣樣都等比較耐,但喺今時今日嘅情況其實都可以接受了。…Read More

今晚約咗個朋友嚟呢度食嘢,嚟得呢度,都係食扒啦。去到裡面都幾full,好在有訂位,等咗陣就入到座。趁朋友未到叫咗個芝士薯條先,呢樣係我最鍾意嘅小食,炸到好脆嘅薯條上面鋪上脆煙肉粒同半熔芝士,非常邪惡但好味。呢間就唔係做得最出色嘅,薯條夠脆但芝士唔多夠。如上文所言。嚟得都係食扒,我就叫咗個Medium嘅慢燒安格斯肉眼扒,但上菜時真係紅得好緊要,成塊生肉咁問咗Waiter,佢就話本身原味燒嘅會係咁,但可以幫我煎一煎個表面。講真我就已食咗一小塊,感覺唔算生,但真係唔太習慣,都係叫咗佢幫忙再整一整。整完後嘅就變返真正Medium cook嘅,幾好食,翻整過都唔會韌,肉質仲係嫩,肉味夠。我塊扒就配晒麵包、餐湯、配菜,佢嘅黑糖麵包係名物,呢次水準依舊出色,外脆內軟,帶少少甜味,塗上牛油後真係大滿足,讚!餐湯係忌廉粟米湯,真係好甜,不過唔會似糖水,係忌廉口感唔夠細滑濃郁,似飲緊普通粟米湯,但都唔錯。朋友叫咗個烤豬肋骨,肉嫩味濃,雖然帶嘅肥肉較多,但正因此突出咗口感,果然係另一名物,又係讚!我係一個點都要叫杯嘢飲嘅人,又唔想飲Cocktail就叫咗會Cherry Limeade,甜甜哋嘅Soda,不過不失但合我口味。食咗接近700蚊,以食扒計就可以接受,食物水準亦有咁上下嘅,算係一餐愜意嘅weekend dinner!…Read More

講真,食物水準係可以嘅,辣醬幾好味,配料都係大路嘢啦,特色就一般,勝在分量可以。推介嘅係冬菇、牛肚,反而牛腩好多時偏韌!價錢以而家嘅水平嚟講已經幾唔錯,三餸加杯嘢飲都係40蚊左右,若想輕鬆解決一餐都唔錯。不過呢間店嘅最大問題係成日都好早就賣晒d嘢!每次七點後去到唔係冇呢樣就係冇嗰樣,有時連麵都可以賣晒,若七點半後先到可能已得返幾樣餸,呢樣嘢就真係唔多得。或者真係入貨唔多啦,但俾人感覺真係麻麻哋。好似今晚咁又話冇晒粗麵,唉......…Read More

好耐冇去過食嘅燒烤店

上次去咗食海鮮鍋,今次就食燒烤。去咗佐敦一間開咗幾耐嘅串燒店食,都唔係第一次嚟,不過以前就只會食吓羊肉雞翼嗰d,今次叫d海鮮食吓。我哋兩個人,七點半去到,入面唔算多人,始終未係嗰度嘅黃金時間。鮑魚同蟶子都好新鮮,用蒜燒味道好夾。尤其鮑魚,絕對推介,就算要到38蚊一隻都值回票價。細龍蝦就叫咗一隻芝士,一隻蒜燒。個人一向都鍾意食芝士焗龍蝦,呢隻都差唔多口味,幾香口,芝士味好夠;蒜燒就不過不失啦,龍蝦本身都算多肉,整體唔錯。只係以呢個size,58蚊一隻就略貴了燒羊肉串係呢間舖嘅名物,可惜第一串失準,燒過咗肉質比較韌,味道亦一般;好在後來encore嗰串先回復水準。辣酒煮東風螺係成晚比較失敗之作,辣味唔夠,香味亦唔夠,個汁只一味鹹,螺本身亦好細隻,58蚊唔算抵。燒茄子都係呢度名物,都係水準依舊唔錯,茄子口感好好,配蒜蓉好夾。燒魷魚鬚都好食嘅,唔會太韌,用日式照燒汁亦夾,只係又唔會特別推薦咁解另外仲叫咗燒雞翼同芝士牛油焗帆立貝,不過冇影相。雞翼就失準,略燒焦;焗帆立貝都係食個芝士汁,保持水準吧。整體嚟講海鮮水平唔錯,但其他食物嘅水準冇以前咁穩定了。兩個人食連埋飲品,埋單差唔多600蚊,當然貴啦,不過唔係成日食咁嘅價錢,當weekend豪吓啦!…Read More

終於到此一吃,整體唔錯,但未至於極出色

講就講咗好耐,終於付諸行動,嚟呢間名廚餐廳,食咗一餐英國菜。今次同一個朋友嚟食,我哋六點半已到,當時人唔算好多,服務員態度真係幾好,幾熱情咁推介餐單,而就算我哋用咗成20分鐘翻餐牌,亦問咗唔少問題,佢哋都好耐心。但最後,我哋點嘅都係最出名嗰兩個:Fish and Chips, Wellington Beef。上主菜前先嚟麵包,係幾好食嘅,口感鬆軟,尤其落埋牛油,真係好夾。Fish and Chips:魚炸得外脆內嫩,口感剛好。薯條講真就冇咩特色,亦真係只蘸他他醬先配,另一個醬味道極怪......Wellington Beef:一上檯見每人兩塊都目瞪口呆,因為真係好大塊。用酥皮包住牛柳同蘑菇醬,牛柳好嫩,牛味幾濃,另外兩樣嘢當然冇咩特色,而成個菜整體味道都偏淡,要蘸個燒汁嚟食,汁料味道就普通啦。而且比較唔好嘅係細嗰件一夾過碟嗰陣會散,好在厚嗰件就冇問題。另外叫咗杯Mocktail,酸酸甜甜幾啱胃口。本來嘅打算係試完兩樣名菜再叫其他嘢,但我哋兩個食完呢樣嘢後已飽到連甜品都食唔落......嚟得呢度就預咗唔會平,不過只係食咗兩道菜加兩杯飲品,埋單每人唔使700,還可以啦。整體水平唔錯嘅,但真係未至於好出色。或者要再試其他嘢先知,畢竟今次食嘅嘢太少。…Read More
