星期日同屋企人嚟呢度飲茶。我哋一行6人,響酒樓未開門已經去到,等到餐廳夠鐘開門,職員好好安排二張枱響旁邊的比我地,唔知係人手唔夠定侍應唔記得左,order 左二壺茶,但係其中一壺等咗15分鐘都未有。食物方面,野米珍珠雞同埋炒飯係最好味嘅。炒飯足料嘅鑊氣好夠,唔算多油天下第一包其實係3個細細個既焗叉燒餐包仔,味道都ok的。芋頭,蝦餃,燒賣,腸粉等等味道一般,無特別。我哋一共食左70分鐘。可能因為中午時段假日比較多人,職員間中催我哋埋單。…Read More

而家冇得去旅行,響屋企悶到發慌,唯有留港消費。行過見到呢間餐廳轉食松露嘅見每一道菜都會配上松露,就決定同朋友試吓可能因為weekday ,餐廳嘅人好少,大概坐得4成滿。點菜後職員馬上送上麵包,麵包有三個,三個都係唔同款嘅,因為我地都好鍾意食牛角包,但只得1個,職員覆可以食完之後可以叫多同一樣的包1次個包配嘅芝士醬真係好好味牛油得好香,所以不消10分鐘我哋就清左啲麵包啦,同職員講佢就話牛角包冇晒:(其實冇晒牛角包唔緊要不過職員啲態度就唔係太好啦,講真10分鐘都唔夠,就話無哂,真係有啲失望。。。不過唔緊要啦,我哋喺度都係為咗松露。。因為見到Tasting Menu唔係所有嘢都啱食,我哋叫咗一個4courses 既tasting menu 包括香煎北海道帶子,海膽汁意粉,澳洲M6和牛西冷同松露芝士球。另外再al la carte 煎鴨肝, 龍蝦, 千層薯餅仲有cream brûlée 一上枱聞味道好腥,我朋友都唔敢試就同職員講,發現原來上錯咗菜,請完佢哋換返鴨肝。。不過一句唔好意思都無。。。帶子配上蘆筍嘅味道清新。略嫌帶子嘅份量比較少。松露好似無乜香味。煎鴨肝配紅酒燴蘋果,蘋果嘅酸中和左鴨肝嘅油膩。好味。可惜松露亦都係冇乜香味海膽醬意粉海膽嘅味道好濃,唔錯。可惜都係冇乜松露味。龍蝦🦞配上龍蝦湯汁千層薯餅配松露,千層薯餅嘅味道唔錯如果薯仔淋同濕少少會更好味。澳洲m6和牛,好味,可惜都係冇乜松露香味松露芝士球,一般,其實𥚃面係cream cheese, 杯底係碎左的餅,可惜完全食唔到松露味最後,散叫既焦糖燉蛋($98)味道都OK。個人鐘意食Paul Laxxxxx既多啲總括嚟講,呢一餐主菜嘅食物都可以嘅,而且餐廳個海景真係唔錯。美中不足嘅係主角—松露嘅味唔突出,另外如果職員嘅態度好啲就更好啦。…Read More

聽朋友講呢間酒店嘅下午茶唔錯,復活節終於可以同我嘅閨蜜試吓啦!酒店位於紅磡碼頭附近,離黃埔地鐵站步行大概6分鐘左右。入酒店之前因為疫情關係所以每位顧客都係要探熱,而且一入咗就要填寫一份問卷睇吓本身身體有冇唔舒服。今次下午茶係同茶靈cha Ling 合作,食物都圍繞着茶做主題。茶靈係法國LVMH集團旗下嘅護膚品牌,產品賣點係以珍稀森林古樹普洱茶為美顏之本。一坐低侍應就為我哋安排左一杯香甜嘅薄荷茶,薄荷味唔會太濃,就算唔係太鍾意薄荷味嘅我都接受到。飲品我哋2個分別揀咗熱朱古力同埋烏龍茶,因為公眾假期關係本身係無限refill 飲品,只限2個鐘無限refill 同款嘅飲品。熱朱古力好香濃,而且唔係太甜好好飲。可惜烏龍茶就一般啦一啲茶味都冇好似有顔色嘅水咁。講到食物侍應提議我哋先食咗熱食先。熱食呢主要包括左羊肚菌糯米雞,蛋沙律鵪鶉蛋包配魚子醬,黑毛豬面頰肉同鮑魚柚子沙律。糯米雞啲飯好硬,而且羊肚菌味道有啲似叉燒; 柚子沙律同蛋沙律包冇乜特別。反而個黑毛豬面頰就幾好食。下午茶又點少得scone 呢,個scone 細細個,一款係原味,另一款係茶味。外面唔夠酥脆,不過𥚃面都幾軟,唔會太乾。配上三款sauce 包括李子,榛子同雜梅醬,都唔錯。甜品方面呢,最好味係梨香焦糖撻,撻底係拿破崙,好脆好味,其餘三款,包括貝殼蛋糕蛋白餅同沙巴翁,個外觀幾靚,可惜真係太甜。餐後侍應送上左一份7.5毫升嘅茶靈香水一小罐茶葉同一張刮沙體驗卡。因為係復活節,酒店好貼心送左盒小小的朱古力就結束左今次既茶靈之旅啦。總括嚟講,我哋覺得服務務真係幾好,但食物同甜品有改善嘅空間,相信我哋都會再光臨既!…Read More
