灣仔藍屋附近竟然有一間CP值超高的小店,午餐晚餐同樣抵食。同朋友一人點咗一個餐,朋友點咗蒲燒鰻魚飯定食,鰻魚大大舊,仲有跟菜,好健康。成個餐仲包埋住家靚湯,小食同飲品。住家靚湯好足料,紅豆冰大大杯,仲有單骨雞翼作為小食,真係好好好抵食呀。小店仲好細心幫我地分別準備咗2款味道,一款係玫瑰蜜,一款係柚子蜜,一次過試晒2款口味。柚子蜜就酸酸甜甜,玫瑰蜜就花香嘅幸福滋味,2款都好好食。我就點咗一份蜜汁豬頸肉定食。呢個豬頸肉定食我真係俾好高分,啲豬頸肉完全唔會肥,又唔會燒到乾噌噌,食落仲好juicy (大滿足) 。最抵讚係佢用咗厚切,好有咬口 (嚼勁)。飲品點咗羅漢果茶,唔會太甜好滋潤,啱晒成日坐冷氣房嘅OL 店員仲要勁 nice,咁親切嘅小店,一定要多多支持。…Read More

元朗多美食,但高質西餐廳真的不多,跟同事到元朗覓食,經過 1987 Kitchen,見地方光猛,企理乾淨,原來已經開業半年了,店員很殷勤地介紹餐牌上的餐點,聽着很吸引,就嚐一下。。。👉🏻 分子料理 菠蘿泡泡 沒想到餐點居然還附有餐前甜點,店員介紹說是分子料理 - 菠蘿泡泡,名字一聽就覺得很有趣。吃下去口味很清新,菠蘿甜甜酸酸的味道充滿整個口腔,泡泡的質感非常綿密,不會過於空氣感,拿揑得剛剛好。👉🏻 餐包 - 配玫瑰花牛油 + 自家製蜜糖芥末醬 玫瑰花牛油非常漂亮 (尖叫尖叫再加心心眼) 餐包上有黑白芝麻,烤得很香脆,厚薄也恰到好處,不會太厚太硬,我個人很怕要跟餐包多士角力。餐包可選擇配牛油或自家製蜜糖芥末醬,也可以配餐湯一起吃。蜜糖芥末醬很有驚喜,非常喜歡。👉🏻 餐湯 - 蕃茄忌廉湯 :)這是蕃茄跟忌廉的完美結合,濃濃的蕃茄味道,不會過份的酸,濃稠度也很適中。唯一美中不足是上面的麵包粒拍照後已經變得不脆了。所以美食還是要襯熱吃。👉🏻 沙律 - 香檳汁藜麥沙律 沙律菜非常新鮮爽口,搭配藜麥更健康美味。沒經新烹煮的食物通常少了點香味,香檳汁剛好彌補了這個不足,令一個看似普通皂沙律也色香味俱全。如果香檳汁再多一點點就更好。👉🏻 主菜 - 澳洲香草和牛肩肉配自家製薯蓉我們點的主菜終於來了,是2人份的澳洲香草和牛肩肉配自家製薯蓉,足足有 500g 那麼大,絕對足夠兩個人吃。和牛肩肉屬於牛隻運動較多的部位,肉質結實,富有彈性,不會太肥膩。和牛牛肩燒至7成熟,吃下去肉質軟腍,牛味重,配上燒汁,非常美味。也可以選擇配上海鹽,帶出牛肩肉本身最好的一面。·自家製薯蓉非常幼滑,沒有加重的牛油味 (不然應該會很膩)。注意旁邊的小蕃茄也非常可愛,從菠蘿泡泡、玫瑰花牛油到可愛小蕃茄,都可以看出小店的用心和心思。很讚。現在有限時優惠,2 個人 $488 就可以吃到這麼棒的和牛肩肉 (原價是 $688),還是每天限量供應,幸好我吃到了!(之後來的客人已經吃不到了)。👉🏻 餐飲 - 菠蘿汁 + 蕃茄汁其實我們點的2人份和牛肩肉只要每人加 $32 就可以轉套餐,就可以有餐包,餐湯/沙律,還有餐飲,之前也介紹了餐包餐湯沙律,都是很高汁的。餐飲也不例外,可愛的杯子,裝滿一大杯,太划算了。吃和牛肩肉配上酸酸甜甜的果汁,大滿足。…Read More
