Butter escargot with French herbs. I was in heaven when I saw these little critters covered in a fragrant, garlicky butter sauce. The escargot itself was incredibly soft, cooked to perfection, and begged to be taken out of their shells with a tiny fork.  Is there anything more delicious than tiny morsels of garlicky, buttery goodness?The pumpkin soup comes next.
