Ordered: Cheeseburger, Coffee, Hot Chicken WingsThe cheeseburger was packed with a lot of different flavors - there was even pickled jalapeno peppers on it. Overall it was tasty and I would definitely eat it again, but I prefer a simpler burger. The meat was juicy and reasonably tasty... although again, there were a lot of other flavors in the burger, so the flavor of the meat was hard to judge.The chicken wings had a good jalapeno flavor - not the same as a traditional butter/tabasco sauce, but very good nonetheless. I had the "hot" variety - I wonder if each variety has the same basic recipe? Next time I will try a different flavor. The slice was pretty good. Decent rendition of a NY style pizza. I liked the texture of the crust... it had some strength and chewiness, but not too much. The ratio of crust:sauce:cheese was pretty good too. The drawbacks I thought were a little too much grease from the cheese, and the whole thing could have used a little more flavor... I don't know if that means a pinch more salt, but the whole thing was a little too understated.On the other hand, you don't want a salty pizza, and this is the best pizza I've tasted in HK, so maybe nothing needs to be changed.Oh, they could stand to put more pepperoni on the slice; I pointed to what I thought was a plain cheese slice, but halfway though eating it I noticed there were a few tiny little pepperoni slices embedded in the cheese. If I had knowingly ordered pepperoni, I think I would have been upset.…Read More
