2020年，相信係好多人最掛住去旅行嘅一年。趁假期去一下遠離繁囂嘅馬灣放慢腳步，成個社區嘅氛圍都好寧靜令人放鬆。夜晚喺呢間充滿異國風情嘅土耳其餐廳食飯，感覺就好似去咗個小旅行一樣。餐牌上嘅選擇充滿土耳其風味，同朋友叫左特色園池素雞飯同土耳其特色烤雞。平時比較少食素嘅朋友都覺得素雞飯整得好靚，味道清新，健康得嚟又好食。土耳其特色烤雞外皮焦香肉質Juicy，伴碟有沙律菜同土耳其乳酪醬汁，頗有驚喜。不得不點土耳其咖啡，望住店員喺熱沙上面煮沸咖啡嘅過程，先發現原來店名《熱沙咖啡》就係指土耳其咖啡，令人會心微笑。同店員閒談間知道佢哋用嚟自埃塞俄比亞嘅得獎咖啡豆自家烘培，佢仲好用心咁同我哋分享心得，完全感受到佢哋對食物同咖啡嘅passion :)有興趣嘅話，餐廳仲歡迎客人親身體驗一下喺熱沙上沖出自己嘅土耳其咖啡，下次再返嚟試吓先。…Read More

今日放工買完啲電腦用品，同朋友決定嚟潮福食晚飯。講起潮福，大家都會諗起佢嘅任點任食蒸氣火鍋，上次試過都幾好食。今日坐低睇吓個Menu，發覺原來佢都有好多小菜選擇，有燒味，海鮮同埋家常小菜，仲要全部都係街坊價。今日同朋友唔係好肚餓，就決定試吓佢啲小菜先。兩個人點左椒鹽焗鮮魷，果醬生炒骨同埋海味雜菜煲。椒鹽鮮魷炸得金黃，份量好多。鮮魷爽口彈牙，椒鹽調味剛剛好唔會太鹹好惹味，唔覺唔覺就食晒。果醋生炒骨配菜除咗有菠蘿仲有青紅椒，炒得好有鑊氣而且酸甜開胃。海味雜菜煲煮得好清甜，係健康之選。埋單兩個人都係食咗二百幾蚊，以街坊酒樓嚟講抵食之餘質素真係幾好，正宗香港風味。最後佢哋仲送埋生果，鮮甜多汁，係值得支持嘅親民酒樓。…Read More
