        生日飯!生日飯~好不容易忙完,可以吃頓好的!        妹妹沒說要吃甚麼,只說帶我去吃頓好的!        最後發現原來是去鉄人旨花吃鐵板燒J        鉄人旨花是樓上店,電梯門一開,就會看到很有情調的門口,繁花似錦的!不只是門口繁花似錦,室內的裝飾也似乎是以花為主題,而且在師傅還未開始燒的時候,室內也有一股花香味。十分浪漫呢!來來來!不廢話,還是說吃的!MENU如下: 前菜是一碗胡蔴汁沙律(****)及紫菜蛋捲野菜(***)胡蔴汁沙律裡有沙律菜和蘆荀,蔬菜都非常新鮮爽脆,沙律汁有胡蔴的味道外,還有輕微的山葵的味道,這個我非常欣賞,因為令整個沙律更清新,更開胃!紫菜蛋包野菜,顧名思義就是紫菜和蛋皮包著野菜(紅蘿蔔、蘆荀),蛋皮很有蛋味,紫菜有海味,加上微酸的汁,也是一道清新的開胃菜。再來就是今晚第二名!西京味噌燕尾星斑伴櫻花葉(*****)!西京味噌一點點甜一點點玫瑰花香的醬香伴著細細滑滑的魚肉,真的超好吃的!        這個真的看得出師傅的功力!魚肉燒得剛剛好,結實又細滑,魚肉表面又脆脆的!很香口!又滿足!        另外,原本以為旁邊的那一片櫻花葉是裝飾品(真是孤陋寡聞!),原來是可以吃的!吃起來就像是炸了的紫菜,脆脆的,但不像紫菜味道那麼濃,很有趣!這是我今晚的第二名!接著就是第一名!!海膽醬燒龍蝦(*****)!!看著師傅把龍蝦拆頭、燒烤、拆肉,手法俐落,上碟還砌成一個龍鳳呈祥(?)的樣子,就是一場表演!(所以,是拍影片的~)龍蝦十分新鮮,咬下去是彈牙的!而且也很鮮味!拆了殼吃,啖啖肉,真的讓人十分滿足!另外,我本來是沒有太愛吃海膽,也可能之前吃的海膽沒有讓我太驚喜。但這次的海膽醬,讓我十分驚豔!濃郁、綿滑、有一點點像蛋黃的香,又充滿鮮味,讓龍蝦的海鮮味更濃、更順口!吃完了龍蝦後,我真想問侍應有沒有麵包,可以沾那醬吃!接著是蕃茄凍湯(****)吃完兩道味道濃郁的菜式,這時候來一個微酸的蕃茄湯正好!        這個說是蕃茄湯,我覺得更像是蕃茄汁,裡面還有青瓜。涼涼、酸酸的,很清新!再來就是鐵板鹿兒島黑豚因為妹妹不吃牛肉,我們換了鹿兒島黑豚。用和牛換黑豚,其實也不虧啦,因為真的太好吃了!鹿兒島黑豚不用多說,肥美、鮮甜,充滿豬味(嗯,有點廢話?),但說實在話,真的是十分好吃!連旁邊的副菜也十分美味!秋葵燒得剛剛好,小蕃茄是甜的,紅洋蔥一點點甜甜辣辣,我最欣賞的是他的鮮菇,軟軟的,很好咬口,而且吸收了黑豚肉的汁,就像另一塊厚切豚肉一樣。接著是煙肉炒飯(***)炒飯……就是炒飯,根本不用擔心不夠飽!根本全部吃完是會撑!炒飯也不馬虎,紅蘿蔔、蛋、煙肉等,很多料,而且一點都不油!甜品!特別獎!甜品!櫻花雜果果凍(****)、黑糖蕃薯雪糕(*****)水果很新鮮很甜,所以……櫻花味就稍淡了!大推!十個推!黑糖和蕃薯絕對是絕配,又香又綿又不會太甜!加上底下的雲呢拿雪糕!絕配絕配!吃完這一餐,真的是捧著肚子回家,又好吃又飽!服務一流、環境一流、食物也是一流!真是大滿足!…Read More

以前經常聽聞四處都有隱世餐廳, 銅鑼灣又叫隱世, 地舖也是隱世, 今天終於找到真正的隱世食店在九龍塘坐車進來還得用十幾分鐘, MIKIKI商場雖然很GRAND, 但人流不多, 樓上就有一間叫GRAND restaurant的西餐店是有種挺高檔的樣子啊, 不過店內人不多, 所以都很安靜餐包有送油醋也有牛油, 還有自家制的番茄醬, 選擇很多呢侍應為你送上熱騰騰的龍蝦湯! 龍蝦湯還真的濃得很像話耶! 濃湯加了CREAM跟一點點蟹肉, 龍蝦殼濃郁十分好喝!牛肉加香菇加醬汁令這個飯還滿濕潤的意大利飯更軟, 雖然味道不錯但可以用少一些醬汁啊味道來說, 一整個就是濃郁得很的感覺, 牛肉也很香, 跟飯粒完全溶在一起了…Read More

今天來到位於九龍城寨公園旁的城南道食蠔,平時到九龍城食泰國野多 今次過黎食蠔都係第一次 冇計啦 最近係要補一補蛋白質...這間專門食蠔既蠔門宴同旁邊果兩棟住宅(豪門)個名咁似既 可能個老細住係入面都未定 哈哈一入到黎見到門口擺左兩濃生蠔既擺設 都幾特別!今日D蠔睇落又幾新鮮酒台擺滿左各試各樣既青酒 原來蠔有一種煮法係要利用清酒落去浸 唔知有冇用蠔黎做既飲品呢 如果有都幾特別  講真,一邊食蠔一邊品嚐美酒 都真係幾嘆!呢到D環境夠清靜 入面又有間獨立房 有時約下女朋友黎傾下計食蠔都唔錯 附近又近九龍糖..哈哈呢個套餐好似唔錯 由前菜到主食再到甜品 可以食到唔同做法既蠔 價錢黎講500蚊可以食到咁多款菜色 都唔算貴  如果有番杯特色飲品或者一小杯清酒飲下就更好啦   呢到可以食到唔同產地既蠔 其中令我印象最深刻的當然是這隻肥美的南非蠔,體積當然比日本珍珠蠔大很多 咬落去非常飽滿 夠晒大隻放入去可以填滿晒個口 很清新的感覺 有小小甜甜地 又有小小像生文魚既口感 好滑又清甜 而且又不會感到海水果種太咸 因此我主力推薦這道菜色!這款蟹籽沙律的酱汁和配菜調得剛剛好,食落唔會好溜,甜酸度剛剛好 蔬菜非常爽脆 最重要既係蟹籽真係好多好多!刺身方面這裡的魚片都比較新鮮 刺身都是厚切 我最喜歡的是這款凡立貝刺身咬落去肥美彈牙 嫩滑的表層 厚實的內層 食落很有口感 點用的酱汁是用比較高級的芥末 加強了刺身本身的鮮甜味!煙燻蠔蠔食落口感特別 非常干身 蠔香十足 而且食完不會痴牙 配上紅酒會更加合適不過不需要點上任何調味都十分美味!江田島蠔飯套餐當然有一款是主食才會感到飽肚,這碗飯雖然顏色美觀 ,但食落口淡而無味 只有飽肚感 飯又沒有海鮮的鮮甜 米又不夠痴軟 我認為加點芥末 味道會好一些... 西式蠔湯很香濃的西湯,並沒有奪走這一大口蠔的香味 食生蠔前享用這款湯非常暖胃 口感有點像芝麻糊,配上大大隻的蠔 一點也不單調,非常好的配搭!…Read More

天氣熱得讓人害怕,本來真的不想吃火鍋,但朋友堅持,且跟我說超級特別的蟹煲、超級好吃,那就即管試試。想不到讓人喜出望外! 與朋友約在餐廳,本來以為會很難找,但遠遠就看到這個燈牌,還不算難找到。到的時候,朋友已經點了鍋底。我們要了個花甲蟹鍋,聽起來就十分的豐富。上菜時侍應特意提醒我們,先別把其他的料放進鍋裡,先吃裡面的蟹跟花甲。 一打開鍋蓋,就撲鼻的海鮮香味!就看到一個蟹蓋浮在鍋面,反轉蟹蓋,就看到滿滿的蟹黃!整鍋都是蟹和花甲! 侍應的叮嚀沒有錯!一定要先吃蟹和花甲,這時候的蟹黃和蟹肉,嫰嫰的、還充滿蟹味,花甲的肉也是爽口彈牙!整鍋就是鮮! 吃過鍋裡的花甲和蟹後,我們各自放配料進去。肥瘦適中、放進湯裡灼一會,充滿肉味,軟滑彈牙!生菜也是新鮮爽脆,可惜豬雜可能我灼太久了,有點老。我最愛的珊瑚蚌,每次吃火鍋必點的,今次也沒有讓我失望!新鮮彈牙、爽脆美味!紫菜響鈴,是除了湯底外我最推介的!響鈴即叫即製,放進湯裡時,還會聽到「滋滋滋」的聲音,這是新鮮響鈴才會有的聲音。我第一次在香港吃火鍋吃到新鮮響鈴!新鮮響鈴沒有那麼吃油,沒那麼油膩,吸了充滿蟹和花甲的海鮮湯,真的讓人一條接一條!…Read More
