普通餐廳格局,冇乜特別,但就腳,係市中心少有嘅葡國菜/澳門菜餐廳。菜式係一般餐廳水準之上,所以平日都甚多人幫趁,需要輪籌。菜嘅份量足,因為已經嚟過幾次,所以我哋4個人只係叫咗個二人餐,有兩個黑松露野菌蘑菇湯、特色拼盤(馬介休球、墨魚餅、多士同一小杯沙律)、松露乳豬意大利麵同慢煮牛柳連煎鵝肝,另外再加兩個菜:燒沙甸魚同辣肉腸炒雜菜,跟餐甜品有木糠布甸,自己加咗葡撻。乳豬雖然賣相唔算好靚仔,但係味道唔錯,做到皮脆肉嫩,唔輸廣式乳豬。沙甸魚煎得好靚,不過要鍾意食魚嘅人先至會鍾意,因為魚刺頗多。其他菜式都冇投訴。跟餐甜品木糠布甸水準亦甚高,唔會差過澳門官也街嘅甜品鋪。…Read More

父親節的一餐上海菜

我們一家在上海生活過一段時間,對上海菜算是十分熟悉,父親節食一餐上海菜也就不算特別。多年前去過上海的小南國,那時候小南國開始在上海冒起,但也不算是什麼名店,印象中其實相當地痞。當然今日無論上海的小南國抑或香港的小南國,裝修格局已經不可同日而語。可能是父親節的關係,餐枱的佈置比平日緊迫許多,亦無平日的寧静。雖然我們很早就在六時多已入座,但熱門菜式好似鱔糊已經售罄,但難得的是雖然客人多了很多,但廚房出品出奇地對保持水準。「清炒河蝦仁」保持一貫水準,香港中價餐廳用河蝦做清炒蝦仁的的已經不多了,這裏是少有的一間。「椒鹽小黃魚」外脆內嫩,無可挑剔。這裏的「紅燒小元蹄」做得特別好,肉嫩又不爛,醬汁漂亮。「樟茶鴨」也不錯,就是茶薰的味道淡了點。還有一個久違的醃篤鮮,但實在太飽了,只能將僅餘的胃納給了飯後甜品「桂花蜜拉糕」。…Read More

疫情放緩之後我哋屋企開始咗報復性消費包,今晚去四季酒店龍景軒食晚飯,叫嘅都係「經濟」小菜。作為四季酒店嘅中餐廳,服務確係一流,唔會過分殷勤,但細節位令你感動。餐前小食係拌茄子,而我係唔食茄子嘅,就將碟茄子俾咗太太,原來侍應看在眼裏,冇幾耐就攞過另外一碟露筍伴雜菌俾我。去好嘅餐廳我哋好多時都會鍾意叫炸物,因為普通餐廳嘅炸物一般都做得麻麻。我哋叫咗個蝦多士,蝦鮮味,多士鬆化,遠勝太子鳳城。屋企人鍾意食雞,我哋叫咗半隻炸子雞又加個西檸鷄,兩種雞都好好,不過炸子雞好多地方都整得好好,但檸檬雞做得好似呢度咁好就比較少有。但出奇地係,今晚大家公認最好嘅菜式竟然係XO醬炒豬腩肉,豬肉入味,龍景軒自家XO醬味道獨特,唔會死鹹,好味。餐枱上都有碟素XO醬,侍應見我哋鍾意食就再攞一碟嚟。又叫咗羊肚菌豆腐同鴿肉炒飯,略為普通,冇乜特別。甜品方面,餐廳送咗俾每人一件奶黃酥同桂花糕。奶黃酥好過半島嘉麟嘅奶黃月餅,唔好錯過。另外我哋叫咗楊枝甘露同煎堆仔,大女認為呢度嘅楊枝甘露係全香港最好嘅,芒果新鮮又冇「渣」,但煎堆仔就真係唔好食。總嘅嚟講,連續十二年米芝蓮三星(香港中餐廳得三間)嘅龍景軒係實至名歸嘅嘅,而且服務恰到好處,令人舒舒服服。…Read More
