最近出名冇啖好食既馬鞍山多左幾間價位比較高既食店~住左係度廿年~終於唔駛食大公司連鎖店跟家人星期日會外出晚飯~無意中在openrice見到~就打來訂位~餐牌選擇不多, 不過也足夠了~另外有牛排羊排跟生蠔~叫了兩隻生蠔~不錯~忘了拍照~什麼什麼野菌黑松露湯~普普通通跟在外面喝的也差不多香煎帶子什麼蟹肉意大利飯~原諒我~名字都很長很難記~這個飯味道不錯~飯的軟硬度個人也很滿意~普通的餐湯+20$就有了, 反而這個比我想像中好喝!肉眼排要了五成熟~很滿意!值得一提的是薯菜的薯lol開初看了看見炸過的沒有太大好感~咬下去卻不錯~原來不是普通的炸薯條薯蓉~很creamy很好吃~忌廉白酒煮大蜆, 雖然來到看到蜆根本不大lol不過汁的味道很好, 蜆很清甜, 這個反而最滿意!…Read More

仲有一個月, 就住左馬鞍山20年......由細住到大, 細細個係富輝商場學畫畫,每次學完搭扶手電梯落樓下都會食下炸燒賣, 細細個老闆會邊剪牛腩邊同我傾下計....[學完畫畫拿?] [今年幾歲呀?]直到一次見到人食煎釀三寶......就嗌黎試下...嗌完見到袋入面既茄子同青椒呆左一呆....我唔食茄子又唔食青椒但由於唔好意思掉左佢, 就試下擺落口....同出面煎釀三寶不同的是, 出面多大店舖都係一早炸好擺係度,你要就夾俾你, 會有d翻炸, 而呢度, 係你叫完, 睇住佢搽上魚肉~再擺落炸爐炸......剛炸好的茄子皮脆, 青椒亦炸得透徹, 咬落軟綿綿, 從此我就愛上左茄子同青椒呢兩樣食物之後冇再學畫畫, 好幾年冇再去, 或者一年只會去2-3次,近年突然又懷念返呢間鋪, 成日去食......每次都會諗返細個, 雖然過左幾年老闆已經唔認得我最近愛吃炸大腸, 在太子上學, 那裡有出名小食店, 臭豆腐我欣賞, 但炸大腸, 我還是喜歡馬鞍山這間愛炸大腸的皮脆, 出面的炸大腸又圓又大, 這裡的很多時皮比較多所以我鍾意呢度....炸大腸大多店舖亦是一早炸好, 你要, 佢會剪一塊塊用竹籤串起, 翻炸俾你, 或就咁俾你......呢度全部野都係即叫即炸, 所以皮脆方面, 外面實在比不上(當然我知道馬鞍山人少先可以做到呢一點)琴日去到嗌3串炸大腸~同伙記講: [加左價喎!]佢答我: [係呀!今日加架咋!琴日都未加!]其實出面既炸大腸一早已經賣10$, 這裡的炸大腸會加梅醬, 再加上我兒時回憶,實在好想講一句[你賣到20$我都仲會幫襯你]…Read More

常去深圳找朋友, 會到處逛逛, 這次住的酒店在南山區就去了海岸城,睡醒已經下午兩點多, 去到已三點幾四點~深圳的食店下午茶時間人不多, 大多食店都關燈, 有些什至會關冷氣就算天氣不熱也會有種焗死的feel........雖說在深圳應該算是頗高級的西餐,看看餐牌, 比起香港同類型食店應該還是比較便宜...叫了法式什麼什麼松露定松茸湯?忘了照相......就是普普通通的雜菌湯.......由於常去, 我已習慣深圳很多食店餐牌圖片與現實差很遠,這間已不算太差.......湯附送的麵包朋友的沙律, 很普通炸魚, 很滑, 不錯20$一客的鵝肝醬多士自己的肉眼排, 配鵝肝汁, 叫了5成熟朋友要的三文魚排, 有點太熟了.....不過朋友說習慣了...他說在內地不熟的才怕但...俾我會叫7成.......…Read More

以前每次去親台灣都至少去胡同燒肉食一次~呢間野同台灣果間有冇關係就唔再講啦見之前都有人講左D野一樣~質素一樣就好了香港既葫同燒肉入面既店員好似台灣咁~個個都好有禮貌~會幫你燒埋~(當然自己鍾意玩可以自己燒因為我都係咁)有人話呢間係冒牌~冇台灣果間咁好~我自己就唔係咁認為雖然呢D既價錢比台灣店貴少少~但其實份量都多D~(例如鹽蔥牛舌~台灣有4塊~香港有6塊~)(例如鮮淮山台灣有6塊~香港有8塊~)所以咁計落其實都差唔多~台灣店我都食過幾次...今次黎本身都冇抱太大期望~但事實食哂成餐之後...論肉質今次係香港食~反而係我食過咁多次最好食既一次自己係個好大食既人~剩係自己都食多左3碟淮山1碟牛舌仲有2-3碟豬同牛~今次6個人食左1800$~每人300嗌左好多野飽哂HAHA滿足…Read More
