響九龍城食完晚飯,尤其係食泰國嘢,因為怕燥,所以諗起去食糖水就至好不過。雪花冰軟棉棉,不過芒果同埋涼粉略為少了一些,好彩有一些星星形狀的脆脆鋪上面,便增加了口感,即時有頓然不同的感覺。沙冰的確相當冰凍,但加上芒果、芋圓、同蒟蒻,咬口多咗,便減少口內冰凍而麻痺的感覺。芒果大塊厚肉而又夠甜,豆腐花非常滑,值得下次再試。環境舒適又乾淨。…Read More

同班朋友到旺角逛,無意中經過《老川皇》,位置響砵蘭街114號地下,因為門口較特別,所以我哋留意到,原本係食四川菜。最近天氣濕度高,最好食辣,於是乎入去試下先。食四川菜人人都會點的,非水煮系列莫屬。我哋點咗水煮桂花魚,要少辣。一大盤赤紅色的湯,表面全是辣椒,花椒和野生椒浮面,好嚇人!但嘗了一口後,味道非常棒,不是想像中辣,魚塊更是鮮嫩得可怕,比蒸魚更嫩滑鮮美,實在令人有驚喜。間中咬破一粒花椒,舌頭像麻痺一樣,立刻吃些青瓜解麻中和,正!手拍青瓜不錯,現在很少見真的拍出來,青瓜再切成小粒狀,爽脆而且涼涼哋,可以中和辣的感覺。辣子雞都是必叫的,先將雞炸至脆身,然後用大量乾辣椒,花椒,香料一齊炒,味道香脆得來麻辣,十分美味!最正是這個鐵板燒茄子,醬油非常豐富,看起來不是那麼辣但很香,加上茄子又“林”又滑,送飯簡直一流。焗生蠔正!平時很怕食蒜蓉,但這個不同,很香,多汁,蠔又大又新鮮又肥美,熱辣辣食更正!!田雞腿肉多,新鮮而嫩口,有麻香又帶辣,味道特別,最難得是有個爐熱著,保證熱辣辣。豬頸肉燒到外脆內“林”,加上外層曬上香辣粉,簡直可以食完再食。…Read More
