結婚一週年, 因近日我倆滿腦子都是有關腹中bb, 忘記了好好安排慶祝, 我亦忘記了到Morton's訂枱, 令老公未能享用美味牛扒. 還好老公體貼, 一齊再諗食乜好, 睇吓睇吓, 見到津屋仍有時段可以 book 枱, 就決定到此兩個半人慶祝.18:45左右到達, 未爆場. 環境尚算舒適清潔, 唔會太暗, 唯獨座椅...如果改用木或籐, 整體效果會更好, 更rustic. 牆上掛了很多木製牌, 例出部分菜式, 正常居酒屋setting. 最吸引我眼睛的, 是手寫的 special. 鯛魚湯霜, 飛魚刺身, 伊佐木(Isaki)薄切, 去筋吞拿魚腩, 但因有半個人仔, 所以我唔可以食魚生, 老公當然細心陪我一齊唔食, 免得我忍唔到口. 所以是晚全以熟食為主, 同埋冇得飲清酒.:: 前菜 ::一坐下來就奉上玄米茶同一小碟前菜, 味付螺內加青瓜粒及人工蟹柳絲. 問題係, 埋單時發現原來每位硬食$10...老實講, 唔太喜歡於沒有明顯說明下要付錢硬食前菜, 加上這個前菜極之無誠意, 買些現成貨撈一撈就算, 根本唔值$10. 老闆不仿考慮改用一些低成本 home cooking 小菜, (如芝麻菠菜, 薯仔沙律) 及免費附上, 可能更親切. Otherwise, 倒不如不做前菜. 津屋的價位不算低下, 是否有必要收呢$10前菜費去維持成本呢?:: 和風沙律 ::和風沙律有mixed greens, 青瓜同角切魚生, 有八爪魚, 油甘魚, 三文魚, 吞拿魚及希靈魚. 基本上除了希靈魚我地唔鍾意食之外 (simply not our cup of tea), 其他魚生都好新鮮, 配以日式油醋汁, 是一個不錯的開胃菜. (多謝老公比我食小小魚生, 以解我過去3個半月的相思之苦~~):: 韓風焗蠔 ::蠔是老公至愛, menu有的話當然唔會放過! 焗蠔, 煙肉蠔串同生蠔, 經過一番掙扎, 我地選擇了韓風焗蠔! (生蠔我唔食得, 煙肉蠔串有燒得dry嘅危機). 一客兩隻, 用的蠔不算細, 蠔底鋪了小量雜菇, 蠔面鋪滿以韓式辣醬提味的蛋黃醬, 好惹味, 蠔亦焗得恰好, 一啖咬落去, 好多汁! 老公好鍾意食, 意猶未盡, 食到尾再追加多一客! :: 燒三文魚皮 ::這個燒三文魚皮認真不得了! 師傅細心燒出香脆魚皮, 魚皮上有一點點三文魚肉, 香脆之餘, 留有點點魚油的香. 如果沒有叫野菌鵝肝飯, 我真係會想加個紫菜茶漬飯, 自製一個燒三文魚皮紫菜茶漬飯!(幻想中:魚油的豐腴加上綠茶的清香...):: 野菌鵝肝飯 ::這個菜式可謂全晚最笨之選... 因為想食鵝肝, 所以我地放棄了海膽炒飯. 一片煎香的鵝肝, 加上十數條本菇hea嚮一大舊飯上面, 淋上小量燒汁再加上細切大蔥, 唔太知佢想點(日式碟頭飯加底?)... 件鵝肝亦不算理想, 外面煎得不夠脆, 有筋, 亦有小小腥, 不討好. 但本著不浪費的心態, 都成個KO佢. :: 燒牛舌 & 大蔥牛肉串::燒牛舌一般, 灑鹽不夠. 大蔥牛肉串的牛肉燒過火, totally overcooked. 唔值呢個價錢. 新蒲崗的歎燒做得比津屋好.:: 鹽燒海鰻 ::是晚亮點!!當我打開menu一見到有鹽燒海鰻, 已經決定要叫! 最後上場就是這個鹽燒海鰻及追加的韓風焗蠔. 這個鹽燒海鰻比燒三文魚皮更加不得了!!真係食得出師傅的細心! 魚身不薄, 亦大份, 魚皮燒得香脆, 魚肉仍然保持濕潤, 一啖咬落去鬆鬆軟軟的, 沒有骨, 啖啖肉. 如果可以再多灑一點鹽, 配上桔仔而不是檸檬, 或者配以蘿蔔泥柚子醋做沾汁, 可能會更好. 因為太好食, 所以埋單時特別請侍應代為多謝師傅的手藝. :)(幻想中: 加杯燒酌或冷清酒...):: 芒果雪糕 ::贈送的甜品是芒果雪糕, 查詢過後津屋用的是進口貨, 芒果味清香不會太濃, 好似有點點椰子味. 十分 creamy 又不太甜, 是一個美好的完結.雖然是晚有好味的, 亦有不足的, 但整體來說一晚食到三道出色的菜式, 以及有令我其待的刺身, 我一定會再光顧津屋. 好彩老公都滿意呢一餐(冇中伏)&多謝老公請食飯~~…Read More

今次係舊同事聚會, 又係開心吹水嘅時候.事源有晚同老公去大埔Olive Cafe食飯, 但覺得不太好味, 所以舊同事介紹了昌運的 Once Kitchen. 果然唔錯. 雖然格局裝修一般及有點不協調感, 但整體上是清潔舒適的.4個人決定『圍揼』, 叫了煙鴨胸沙律, 白酒青口燴意粉,蜜糖香芥燒豬手及12oz 美國大草原穀飼牛扒. 餐湯我當然選擇了南瓜忌廉湯.南瓜忌廉湯濃度適中, 足料清甜, 另有少少細粒南瓜, 是日例湯飲得出主廚的誠意, 唔錯! (就係呢一啖湯, 我決定以後唔使去Olive Cafe, 因為Olive Cafe 嗰個南瓜忌廉湯係水水的, 冇味.)煙鴨胸沙律 [冇相] 嘅鴨胸肉有點過甜, 油醋汁亦略為甜了一點點, 份量正常, 分到3人前菜份量的. 白酒青口燴意粉就有點令人失望, 意粉同汁嘅味道係好嘅, cream sauce 唔會過"傑"同過濃, 意粉當然唔會係茶餐廳軟度, 但如果喜歡食 al dente 的可能要特別指示. 出事位係青口, 用的是 blue mussel, 我估係次級急凍貨, 或者係新鮮貨但煲完湯頭先再用, 因為係原全冇味! 真的好可惜. 已向廚房反映, 希望下次有改善啦!蜜糖香芥燒豬手係老闆娘推介, 皮果然燒得脆!帶了適量肥肉的脆皮, 咬落去會好滿足!!(我一真相信食豬手唔食肥肉係唔尊重隻豬手!!) 不過, 如果主廚可以有辦法令豬手冇咁dry就更加好! 附上的蜜糖紅酒汁(第一啖以為係用Port =P)係一個 surprise, 酒味是比較濃的. 相信<飲食XX>嘅係鱔稿...話說較早前母親大人於<飲食XX>看到有點心店的專題報導,所以剛剛的星期日早上9時特意從新界區出來,最後當然係浪費了車錢及本人外出用餐的 quota。最基本的茶: 寫的是又凍頂觀音王又不知年陳舊普洱,點了普洱,茶壺內只見一個普通茶包浮浮沉沉,重要唔夠味,要問佢比多個茶包。完全唔得:筍尖活剝蝦餃皇 – 大粒但完全冇味,蝦又係冇味。好處是連鹹味都冇。甘荀咸水角 – 只是做成甘荀外型比較特別,以一件咸水角計是不合格,皮唔脆。懷舊糯米雞 – 如果南乳味是懷舊的味道,我只可以當自己好年輕。米湯有機菠菜餃 – 用粥底加幾粒菠菜餃就當成創作,是有新意,但基本功不好,再有創意都冇用。菠菜餃沒有菠菜味,而且煮到過了火,餃皮開始爛。流沙煎堆 – 流沙效果的確係做得好,但沒有奶皇的香甜味。星星脆魚腸 – 不知所謂,那塊炸魚正是敗筆,有油益味。煎蔥花腸 – 以為是煎蔥花腸粉,吃起來像卷起來的煎薄鐣,又是冇味。奇怪的是放了很多蔥,卻沒有蔥香。懷舊老爺子馬孻糕 – 連蔗糖味都沒有,何來懷舊之有?粉果 – 食到成口油。正常: (注意:係正常,不是特別好食)蜜味叉燒包香煎蘿蔔糕醬汁蒸鳳爪蜜味蛋散結論是沒有必要特別去食,大部份食物都是味道出問題,老實說,連鎖式茶樓都做得比譚點好。Presentation 再好,店面再企理,味道不好就己不是一間值得去食的食店。連蝦餃也做不好,以一間點心專門店來說更要不得。或許是我對一些略有名氣的非連鎖式小店會較有要求,而我亦對「懷舊」一字比較敏感,所以對所有「懷舊」點心又有更有要求...…Read More
