最近愛上了清酒,因此就去了香港少有的清酒放題Sake Bar,大家可能聽到酒放題會擔心餐廳嘅格調會否像一般的酒吧,會很嘈吵;但大家可以絕對放心,因為這一間位於銅鑼灣南洋酒店2樓的Sake Bar是走高雅路線的,而且老闆更是香港唯一的榮譽唎酒師,喜愛清酒的朋友絕對要到此一遊收費是以時間計算,我今次選了1小時放題(HK$188+10%),當你坐好後,侍應會給你小瓶子斟酒及清酒杯,而我更額外要求了紅酒杯作品嚐用呢。很榮幸當晚我遇到了榮譽唎酒師,當你問他一些清酒的知識時,他亦很樂意為你解答及分享他對清酒的知識他還推介了幾款他認為最值得試的清酒給我品嚐呢一個小時很快就過去了,但並沒有要我們立即結帳離開呢餐廳合共有百多款日本酒可以品嚐,除了清酒還有梅酒,對於清酒初哥的我來說,實在是難以選擇,幸好酒瓶上都貼了簡單的tasting note幫助選擇你想嘗試的清酒,我當晚就以極速試了10多支清酒,真的是大滿足因為是次我是以品嚐清酒為主要目的,因此今次都沒有叫小食。最貼心的是當你進入餐廳前,他們會為你提供紙袋給你放口罩,而且進入前都需要客人量體溫及以酒精搓手液搓手最後,星期三及星期四都有推廣活動,大家可以留意一下啊…Read More
