頭盤的蟹餅真心好食，全部都係蟹肉，煎得又香，牛扒叫咗Ribeye同tendonloin, 兩樣都好但以Ribeye勝一籌，牛肉味濃且嫩，四成熟剛好，甜品Apple cumble 很好，餅底超鬆脆，蘋果唔會過甜，最要讚係service, 餐廳Assistant Manager 完全以客人角度睇野，我埋單時以為可用FWD折扣，點知唔得，係自己事前冇問清楚，唔怪得人，但經理竟主動給我10%discount ，話唔想令我太失望，我好感動，十個讚…Read More

久聞新同樂大名,聼講價錢平易近人了,今日終於去了一試,食個豪華點心午餐!叫了5樣點心:玉蘭帶子餃: 有帶子和蝦,帶子鮮甜,皮亦薄但易散金包銀絲腸粉: 皮薄而滑,腐皮很脆,內裏的蘿白清甜,好食!!芋角: 很普通的點心,但就能顯出師傅的功力,炸得香酥軟糯,但底部卻一點油也沒有,出色!!山竹牛肉: 牛肉柔軟而富彈性,味道則偏向清淡,要醮喼汁吊味鮑魚酥: 焗得鬆化,餡料味道也不錯,不過唔係幾食到鲍魚味還叫了一客大蝦脆麵和鮮蝦鮑魚荷葉飯,前者不俗但後者太淡,。這裏的食物是否值三星就見仁見智,但服務則好得沒話說,我等生客都招呼周到,走時竟送你去到升降機門口,幫你按lift 送埋你入去再講bye bye,令人非常讚賞,有機會再試晚飯,看水準如何…Read More

Tried their set lunch. 2 courses for me (main & dessert), 3 course for my husband. The following dishes were remarkable : 1. bread basket --- hot french roll with crispy crust2. steak --- medium cooked to a perfection. Went to this restaurnat with 6 friends after trekking. Ordered 3 appetizers : Foie Gras with poached green apples, Param ham with melon & Deep Fried Squid. All were very tasty especially the Foie Gras. For pasta, we had 2 pizzas : Pizza with 4 types of cheese & Pizza with mango and soft shell crab. The pizzas were thin and crusty. The toppings were not the ordinary "Hong Kong" style but definitely deserved a try. I liked the cheese but most of my friends preferred mango and soft shell crab. Anyway, both of them were good. For Main Dishes, we ordered Grilled Eel in honey & spicy sauce, the pork chop & the Angus beef. As expected, all of them were finished with "heart" & "skill". All our thumbs up!! For the dessert, creme bulee, tiramisu, warm chocolate pudding & napolean cake were chosen. The tiramisu was remarkable but the other were also not to be missed.Service was impeccable.
