晚飯唔想煮,落樓下買盒手撕雞加餸一流自細住紅磡到大,手撕雞店前前後後開過幾間,現時紅磡還是只有這間在做手撕雞專門店一個人食叫半隻雞就夠,雖然分量不多,而且最近又加了價,但勝在D雞肉真的夠肉味又唔柴,加上雞粉、芝麻油、芝麻粒、辣椒乾,味道勁香買半隻雞加小食海蜇一盒共計$83p.s. 叫小辣的話老闆落辣極輕手,落左等如無落咁,回家還要自己加辣椒油,要叫大大辣才夠惹味如叫唔辣就要小心老闆手抖加多了雞粉鹹得滯…Read More

家在旁邊大廈的我例牌必點的套餐牛腩拉麵D牛腩是大大粒長方形的牛立方,抵食得來又有肉味,食肉獸最愛,叫的是粗拉麵比普通版更彈牙,湯底+$3轉了出面少見的泡椒湯,比普通的麻辣、酸辣更有特色,就是麵底不經吃,開業至今好似賣得愈來愈細份跟餐涼拌青瓜亦跟出面常見的蒜茸拍青瓜不同,這裡賣的是麻辣版的,風味獨特最後+$3來杯凍菜蜜解辣,阿姐蜜糖日常落得多,可以加水飲多D,完美落單小建議:1. 堂食一定要擦筷子,阿姐有時洗唔乾淨2. 不建議外賣叫牛腩,次次外賣必會肉少肥膏多,可能是廚房阿姐知外賣的不會特登回來投訴才有持無恐地清存貨3. 落單後要確認清楚張收據無打錯,阿姐有點健忘會記/聽漏打錯order…Read More
