Went to new branch in Kwun Tong, APM on 18th April. We went in to buy a Americano. The quality and service of this branch is terrible. The americano is pre-made in a thermal flask, they just pumped out the coffee in less than 10 seconds. Mc Donalds even provides better coffee and service. Second major problem! We left and went shopping in the mall, in less than 5 minutes, the coffee started to leak from the cup. We went back to change for a new one, they pumped out another cup from their container. Left the store, it started leaking from the cup again. This is terrible, cupping room in other locations have better service. If you decide to pre make coffee and thermal warm it, then change your prices to $10 a cup. HORRIBLE.…Read More

Visited Mansot Lot on the 4th of Febuary, the staff were very unhelpful and had poor attitude. Both guy wearing a hat and a girl working at the time. We had to get our own menu’s, when ordering it took us a lot to get the staff’s attention.When ordering they do not have any manners at all but utter rude. I did not get any thank you after ordering or even when serving the food the staff did not say a work and just placed the food down on the table. I felt like i went to a fast food diner which normally has bad customer service. The most shocking thing is that there was service charge when there was zero service provided.I also booked on openrice but they rejected my booking from the app. Overall experience.
