我因為響應支持呢間餐廳，所以早一星期喺開飯度訂今個星期五晚枱，亦都喺當日收到email confirm Booking；但竟然啱啱收到email話訂座已取消！打電話去問原因，佢又話佢full左，而且cut我線！我都好想支持，但係訂座被取消，連一個電話都冇打俾我我主動詢問又俾人cut線我覺得非常之難受好似俾人當condom咁所以而家依間餐廳已經做夠數，唔一定要我哋去支持佢，我諗我都冇興趣去試佢啲嘢食有幾好味…Read More

When talking about Singaporean cuisine, i can only think of the Hainanese Chicken.But today i have tried something else.This was my 1st visit of this restaurant,and we were the only table during the lunch hour,properly because of it's location and price.The lunch set was ranging from $108 - $160 with one standard drink.its quite expensive when comparing with the nearby restaurants.I was thinking to try the tomato curry but finally i got the Duo of Bak Kut Teh with Steamed Rice.the bowl is in half-half styles,  Pork ribs in pepper and herbal broth.like the Hainanese Chicken, it also served with dark soya sauce & the oranage sour sauce.both soups were in strong favor, but i particularly like the herbal broth, which is slightly less spicy.I had a cold homemade barley water, it was surprising thick, but it is good to have after the strong taste of Bak Kut Teh.…Read More

Friday afternoon, just finished some work in Wanchi, so i walked around for a place for lunch,and luckily found there was no line for this restaurant!There were 2 of us, so we ordered one Curry, and one Stir fried beef noodles.This was my 2nd time of having $85 Curry Pork Chop rice here. and this was not disappointing me at all!the portion was Huge, there were even more pork chop than rice!!the pork chip was in medium thickness, tender and well seasoned.although the curry looked waterly, but the taste was hot and rich.the pototo was the soul of the curry, love it.the $78 stir fried beef noodles was much less attractive than the curryit was too oily and the taste was not strong enough, so we just finish the dish with spicy sauce and curry.i will definitely come back for the Curry~…Read More

One poor thing of working in Tsim Sha Tsui is the budget for lunch..especial when you are working around the Harbour City area...And luckily we still have one Cafe de Coral in this luxury mall.just found out there are 2 order machines hiding behind the wall.so can luckily speed up my lining time for food.Today i had 四寶飯, with BBQ pork /  soya sauce chicken wing / red sausage / salty egg & some vegetables.it is nice for Cafe de Coral that you can have a choice of full / little or half rice,to have better weight control, i picked little rice.for the to go express line, the food are already packed in advance.so the meat i got was a bit dried out, but i think it is still acceptable with that price.the salty egg was super salty, but i am still glad that i can have a cheaper choice for lunch.…Read More

Sunday night, booked with credit card promotion which could save me $100 for the whole bill, but then found out the HAPPY HOUR deal was even better !!We started the dinner with half pint of beer, and the companion bread with olive oil & vinegarthe bread was soft inside / crispy outside, was exactly what i love~we were lucky to get the last dish of Truffle Beef Carpaccio as they are going to change the menu on the next day~THAT WAS AWESOME!!! the beef was nicely seasoned with truffle oil, lettuce, asparagus, crispy fried onion, etc...would be perfect to pairing with a glass of red wine..was planning to order Califlower salad, but was sold out.so we ordered their recommended Cesar salad with free-range chicken.however, we were a bit disappointed by this simple dish.the seasoning was not exciting yet the chicken was a bit too dry and tasteless..Luckily we ordered Pepperoni Pizza which surprised us alot!there was no much topping on it, but the taste was so good that you don't have to put any additional on top of it.it is a Highly Recommended dishwith the Happy Hour Deal, the overall price is reasonable.and there was only a few table on that night, so we really had a chilling and enjoyable evening.…Read More
