I went for a afternoon tea and ordered the beef with avocado smash and a coffee. I had a bite of the burger and immediately I had to spit it out. The beef patty was bad . It stank and had a sour taste. It was disgusting! I told the waiter and was offered for another beef burger. I declined and asked to change for a cake instead .I was furious that the restaurant just took the incident as business as usual / normal . So before I left I asked for the manager. The manger explained the beef patty was prepared in batch so the kitchen staff wouldn’t have known if the beef has turned bad. I was even more furious about hearing that . Instead of acknowledging and accepting the responsibility that the restaurant served guest a foul plate of food , they tried to bluff it off. I said to the manager “ it is the restaurant’s business to manage the food preparation logistics, but it’s clear that this restaurant served foul product i.e food to the guest, I had a bite and it was absolutely disgusting.” Honestly for a beef patty to turn that bad even after it’s cooked, it would definitely have turned brownish and stank so bad before it’s cooked . Yet the kitchen staff served it and let the guest to consume a foul plate of food. How irresponsible ! Seriously the street vendor might be more hygienic than this place! …Read More
