之前試過佢嘅晚餐Secret menu ,已經食得出廚師Tony好有熱誠好有heart 仲好有創意餐廳賣點係用天然食材泡製令人驚喜的創意美食。但係最近睇報導得知佢被食環處告佢擺街 (但其實佢攞2張枱一d都唔阻街,仲要嗰個位人流不算多 不是大街大巷🙄)Anyway,政府做事你是無法想像的。因此佢而家只可以利用bar枱位置server 少量客人,要食一定要預早book。為生存只好轉型做埋午餐 主要做外賣,仲有好靚嘅少女風甜品,影相呃like一流。今日去試左佢個午餐 選擇有幾個 沙律、意粉、飯、韓式米紙卷,仲有其他少食,佢個午餐menu每星期會轉款。叫左個XO醬雞肉炒飯,XO醬有少少辣 好惹味,加左西蘭花雞肉份量亦不少,飯都算乾身粒粒分明,面頭再加d魚鬆更香口 好味重緊要係少油少鹽無味精 食完唔會囗渴👍🏻全部即叫即製 需要有少少耐性 但其實我都只係等左5-10分鐘佢有幾款自家製特飲 賣相好靚 我揀左鮮果茶原價$40跟餐叫只需$20,用5款鮮果製成橙、菠蘿、火龍果、西瓜、熱情果,佢會轉款 視乎買到咩生果,鮮果茶好清甜完全無加糖,亦無冰但係好夠凍,生果好新鮮,比起果d所謂人氣果茶店浸糖嘅水果好假嘅甜味 好一百倍,既然比同等價錢去排曬隊買一杯機械式嘅糖水,倒不如買一杯有生命又健康嘅真•水果茶$45食到一個有誠意一啲都唔hea嘅午餐 加多$20仲有真正嘅水果茶真係物超所值 …Read More

今日再去試埋呢個牛角包,下午四點去到見到有條小人龍,諗住唔洗排太耐喇,每25分鐘出爐一轉,每轉48個,每人最多買9個。第一轉出左,得5個人買到就心知不妙,但係特登為左食佢先黎,所以照排........排左一個鐘終於買到。佢有原味、杏仁、朱古力、芝士,但係今日只得原味同杏仁。新鮮出爐好熱,先食原味:好脆,有少少燶燶地嘅味,好有牛油味,裏面好軟,但係唔夠酥。杏仁:包嘅質感味道其實一樣,只係表面加左杏仁片同糖,糖令個皮更脆,同令個包帶有甜味。本人不太嗜甜,所以較喜歡原味,原味牛油味較香。其實以呢個價錢可以有咁嘅質素真係非常好,但係同樓上嘅Le salon 相比真係差d,Le salon 嗰個甘香酥脆好多。如果下次唔洗排隊我會試埋芝士同朱古力,但如果要排隊呢個質素唔值得等一個鐘囉。…Read More

前排見幾本雜誌介紹呢間係東京攞獎嘅拉麵,所以滿懷期望咁專誠來試。晚上7點幾見門口無人等位,等左一陣就被安排坐在bar枱位置,對住開放式廚房;店舖是全木裝修掛左好多兒時玩具,模仿舊式玩具店。食物方面點了兩碗濃厚豚骨湯拉麵,朋友加多隻蛋。賣相普通又無香味;重點的湯底呈奶白色亦很杰身,飲落好有豬骨味不太油,但略稴太黏囗不夠清,飲多兩啖覺得好咸同好膩;麵好差~~~完全唔爽囗直情有點膠囗,麵質偏硬係似未熟透嘅硬;叉燒好肥好膩,肉質好散甚至有點霉店舖裝修比食物質素遠遠出色好大,名大於實;唔好話同豚王比,就連普通級數的札幌都不及。咁嘅質素佢一定好快喺巿場上消失。…Read More

因為呢間餐廳個名同個朋友一樣,所以特登同佢來試。餐廳裝修好簡約舒服以木為主,行入少少係露天的,但其實係後巷,都係揀左室內bar枱位置坐。叫左raw chocolate truffle, autumn flat, cappuccino, Babylon shake。Raw chocolate truffle: 好濃朱古力味,帶一點苦但不酸,但唔似一般truffle咁滑,質感比較硬再有少少碎嘅nuts。Cappuccino: 正統來講奶泡不夠厚和滑,但係味道方面係好好,有咖啡嘅香但冇咖啡嘅苦,唔洗加糖甜度適中,奶嘅溫度亦啱啱好。我的朋友是不嗜甜的,所以對這兩個勁滿意。^o^Autumn flat: 外面係烘暖的皮包住火箭菜,菇,番茄。咬落個皮不太厚亦有d麥香;火箭菜好新鮮冇澀味;夾埋來食好香菇味加淡淡嘅火箭菜味真係唔錯。佢都幾大件,兩個人share 啱啱好。Babylon shake: 香蕉、無花果、香草、玉桂加豆奶(但本人不愛玉桂,所以走左)好香蕉味好杰身唔甜,佢只係有香蕉嘅天然甜味,同埋少少好菁嘅香草味,仲有d 無花果同nuts嘅碎....好味。:)飲晒成杯都幾飽肚。呢間餐廳係sell環保,所有紙巾、紙杯、紙盒都係再造紙;膠杯唔係膠係用粟米衣造架,更加要推介大家多d幫襯。:)…Read More
