曾幾何時聰嫂係銅鑼灣最高知名度又最多人幫襯嘅甜品店,䇄立十幾年,然後因為種種原因執笠,到今日又重回銅鑼灣,去返差唔多嘅位置開舖,味道都係不變,芒果雙皮奶好香甜,芒果絕對唔酸,同雙皮奶味道好夾,龍眼冰好清新,特別適合夏天清清地,賣相非常華麗,份量黎講兩樣野都算足料,食完都唔會話好似冇食過咁。落單係scan qr code再即時俾埋錢先,人流都ok唔洗等得太耐,不過整體價錢就同舊時一樣偏向進取,如果有緣經過食返一次都係唔錯。…Read More

中環區本身唔會特別過嚟,一般都係工作先會經過,今日有活動喺附近,諗唔到食咩就食呢間。裝修係西餐廳格調,但其實係canteen,西式canteen,餐牌都唔算貴,中環黎講叫抵,當然對比旺角深水埗嗰啲就無得比。款式望個名都感覺正路,唔會點伏,見到有個沙嗲安格斯西冷牛肉飯,就order左。呢度餐具同碗碟都係即棄,雖然係咁但依然有清潔姐姐執枱。濃郁沙嗲醬鋪滿晒成碟飯,最岩我重口味,食飯最驚係唔夠汁撈呀!沙嗲係東南亞味道,有花生粒,好香而牛肉本身以為一大塊扒,原來係切開一舊舊,牛肉味濃,有咬口(都有啲筋),至少值回票價,唔會俾茶記牛肉片算數~下次喺中環食飯嫌周圍太貴,可以過去大會堂呢個canteen速戰速決,不過lunch hour有定心理準備好多人,未必搵到位坐。…Read More

間唔中都會出旺角做野,呢日就睇下有咩好食,見到有間做石板燒,可以俾客人自己由生牛肉燒到熟,其實呢d乜乜燒最主要賣點都係可以自由控制返食物既生熟程度,而舊肉就來來去去都係嗰d來貨,點都唔會俾到同其他餐廳與別不同既質素你食。因為疫情關係買外賣,但呢d標榜自己一腳踢既餐廳就真係千萬以後要避免食佢地既外賣,堂食可能係OK,但外賣好睇得出格硬配合時勢先搞。舊肉講到明幾多成熟都係唔會理,廚房自己鐘意點整就點整,甚至睇心情全熟上碟。我估本身都唔洗識煮(因為堂食係個客自己煮),所以所謂廚房只需要識切肉。面豉湯不值一提普通野,個沙律只係求其全碗生椰菜絲,最多搭半粒蕃茄仔當恩賜,唔好expect有其他野例如粟米,而舖頭入面本來就有自助Bar可以任拎醬汁,但原來外賣時會fix死份量,想多d都唔會俾,我諗佢地期望客人乾哽先會品嚐到牛既味道。再奉勸大家,千萬唔好食呢間外賣浪費錢,坊間大把燒肉店d外賣係一樣價錢但質素更好。…Read More
