地道家常菜_誠樂廚房

喺繁忙嘅都市生活中,搵一間可以享受到地道家常菜嘅地方,實在唔易。不過,位於錦田嘅誠樂廚房真係值得一試!呢度唔單止有獨特嘅菜式,仲可以俾食客享受到無味精、無油膩感嘅家常小菜。最近,我同家人(總共15位)到呢間小店品嚐佢哋嘅特色菜,真係有唔錯嘅體驗。喺2025年1月1日,家人喺舊同學嘅推薦下在誠樂廚房預訂咗一圍菜。誠樂廚房就喺錦田街市附近,我哋用餐前還順道逛逛錦上路附近嘅小市集。餐廳唔大,多做街坊熟客生意,冇咩特別嘅裝修,典型村屋地舖食肆。店內有兩位員工,一位阿姨、一位青年,服務態度唔錯,都好有禮貌,而且仲有位親切熱情頻頻撲撲嘅小胖老闆,聽講佢以前係做教育工作,十多年前轉投自己喜愛的飲食業….當日嘅酒席菜色包括金裝佛跳牆、薑葱龍蝦伊麵、椒鹽炸鮮魷、西蘭花帶子、鮮茄燴牛腩、清蒸海鮮(當天係牛屎鱲)、玫瑰茶燻雞、蝦米煮時菜、元朗特色糕點、椰香蛋白露、水果等等。因為呢啲小店要預早準備食材,所以家人同老闆提前溝通菜色同價錢,老闆仲會考慮當日街市有咩新鮮食材可作選用。我想特別講下金裝佛跳牆。佛跳牆作為廣東菜經典之一,聽到呢度有得食,真係好驚訝。呢度嘅食材絕對冇偷工減料,鮑魚、海參、翅肚、鵝掌、元貝、花菇、支竹等珍貴食材交織成一起,湯底嘅鮮香濃郁,令人回味無窮。每一口都有豐富嘅口感層次,令人回味。另外,薑葱龍蝦伊麵都令我驚喜。佢哋唔用波士頓龍蝦,而係用本地龍蝦,因為波士頓龍蝦鉗大冇肉,本地龍蝦嘅蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,薑葱煮出嚟嘅香氣撲鼻,伊麵吸收咗龍蝦嘅精華,味道濃郁又唔油膩,真係一口接一口停唔落嚟。再講講椒鹽炸鮮魷,色澤金黃,外脆內嫩,每一口都能感受到魷魚嘅新鮮同彈性。椒鹽調味恰到好處,唔會搶走魷魚本身嘅鮮味,食起來十分過癮。我擔心熱氣上火,沒有多食。西蘭花帶子擺盤簡單,顏色配搭簡潔,西蘭花翠綠鮮美,帶子新鮮,甜美多汁。呢道菜調味清淡,保持咗食材本身嘅味道。至於鮮茄燴牛腩,牛腩燉得軟腍入味,番茄的酸甜同牛腩嘅濃郁味道絕配,湯汁醇厚,好有新鮮感。清蒸鴨牛屎鱲,肉質鮮嫩,清蒸保持咗魚嘅原汁原味,老闆話當日有貨新鮮買嚟,但覺擺盤有啲凌亂,可能因為魚大碟細,不過食材新鮮,清蒸無得輸。玫瑰茶燻雞係我哋用餐嘅另一個亮點。雞肉燻製後散發淡淡茶香,肉質鮮嫩又唔油膩,每一口都好誘人。最後再講吓椰香蛋白露,呢道甜品唔算難整,椰香清新,蛋白露甜而不膩,為整個晚餐畫上完美句號。整體而言,誠樂廚房冇太多花樣嘅菜色,主打健康烹調,為我哋新一年帶來咗一場難忘嘅美食體驗,價錢實惠,人均消費$200-300,每道菜都展現咗廚房對食材嘅重視同對味道嘅要求,好難想像香港有呢啲隱世小店,最重要係,呢度嘅菜色完全感覺唔到味精,又唔多油,感受到私房菜嘅感覺。誠樂廚房老闆話佢哋嘅羊腩煲味道都好正…….我期待下次嚟試下。…Read More

偶然在郭德勝中學附近發現呢間茶座,環境雅緻,佈置簡潔,內裏光潔亮麗,一問之下,原來只喺開業半年。下午茶時段人流頗多,都喺街坊鄰里,服務的阿姐推薦我哋食炸雞髀、炸魚柳,話呢度即叫即炸,等候時間需然較耐,但勝在新鮮熱辣、肉質不乾硬。我哋就叫了炸雞髀、炸魚柳茶餐,每份$30,等咗10分鐘左右,雞髀魚柳送來,油炸火喉恰到好處,啲肉唔dry,好juicy,能保持本身肉味質感,味道一流,阿姐話老闆唔喺志在搵錢,間舖喺自己舖,自己住樓上,客仔都喺左鄰右里,所以用料都有要求,碗碟外判清洗,一定要乾淨衞生 ……食到舐舐脷後,臨走叫多個瑞士雞翼,$14兩隻,色水有點深,肉質細嫩,一樣好味。臨走問老闆,點解叫木馬,佢話打算門前擺開一隻木馬,比街坊啲小朋友玩,又可以影下相,開開心心,宜家仲搵緊………Read More

喺上水好難搵到素食館,在網上搜尋一下,見到呢間普陀素食,再喺openrice 睇下,毁譽參半,真喺戰戰驚驚嘅心情試下。成間舖都喺好街坊feel,昏昏暗暗,裝修簡單,牆上貼咗證嚴法師嘅靜思語,耳邊傳嚟一些佛教音樂,只有一個阿姐一腳踢,斟水、招呼、落單兼收錢,走來走去好忙,但招呼好熱情,笑容滿面,其他客人都同佢有講有笑,好有溫情,一問之下原來唔喺老闆娘,只係敬業樂業,真難得。佢推薦咗幾味店鋪主打比我哋,包括:素鹵味拼盤、五柳仙斑、法海蒲團、竹苼素翅及菠蘿素咕嚕肉等主打比我哋,味道比想像中好。五柳仙斑和菠蘿素咕嚕肉賣相不錯,沒有之前openrice 2010 食家post嘅相片咁膠,可能換了厨師,酸甜醬調配得唔錯,呢個非常關鍵,不稠不稀,味道恰到好處。素鹵味拼盤,搭配不錯,齋叉燒顏色適中,無一劈鮮艷醬汁,唔會因為色素而搞到唔敢食。最好食就喺素鴨,值得推薦。竹苼素翅配料豐富,四個人食略嫌份量太多。法海蒲團賣相亦佳,名字已經無得輸,原來喺髮菜加西蘭花,嗰獻好OK,味道唔錯。總得來說,覺得食物水準唔錯,當然唔可以同高級素食館比較,一分錢一分貨,街坊生意,只要唔好太高期望,趁熱食,物有所值。…Read More
