老冰室仍存 何用仿懷古

臨番工搵個地方食lunch,行行下就到左名店坊,見到呢間有趣冰室,就呢間啦。呢間冰室大走懷舊路線,以復興舊冰室面貌為名而成。一走入去,又真係有幾分懷味道,舊水壼、收音機、個電視仲一直播放七八十年代既影片,感覺又真係唔錯。不過望多兩眼,就發現唔少可以做得更細緻既地方,例如個「16比9」電視就可以配番個舊式既電視框,既然要走懷舊路線,呢啲野可以做得更徹底。不過講到尾一間餐廳最重要都係野食,就點佢一個懷舊餐試下味道。其實個餐都唔係好懷舊,而家好多冰室同茶餐廳既特餐都仲有得食,不過佢要強加「懷舊」二字都由得佢。先黎個沙嗲牛意粉,失敗了,啲牛肉凍既,雖然大家都知意粉同牛肉都係預先整定,但係都唔好凍冰冰丫,烚烚佢都好呀。再黎係多士炒蛋,炒蛋都係咁上下,但係個多士就‧‧‧第一口咬落去,個多士皮硬既,雖然入面係幾軟熟,但係個皮都唔好咁硬丫。最後係餐飲咖啡,杯咖啡岩岩上枱既感覺好奇異,因為有好多泡....總之就係唔好既感覺啦...呢度用既係方糖,俾人一種懷舊感覺,但係都多左一樣唔方便,就係啲糖攪好耐都攪唔溶,終於攪溶晒喇,杯咖啡都已經唔係好熱,一啖落口,有酸酸的味道,自問落糖既份量一向好準,所以杯咖啡...食到呢度,撞正lunch hour,人越黎越多,都係快手埋單走人,盛惠$36,哈,呢度門面好懷舊,但係價錢就一啲都唔懷舊,仲要貴過出面。黎得呢間冰室,都係重懷舊多過重味食架喇,不過現時香港唔少地方都仲有冰室,真正開業幾十年既冰室,如果真係想感受當年冰室既氣氛味道,就趁呢啲冰室未執既時候快啲去喇。…Read More

Rigina 早己看到網上推介,本著在人日懷舊一下,特此約了好友到"喜喜"一聚,怎知倒了胃口、大大失望之餘,更不可相信網上推介…!我們各點了午餐A及C三份,喜愛食飽飽的我己覺不妙,餐飽加油"益"味,跟著朋友們各吃咖哩飯及魚柳飯,吃了一口就感覺"塑膠"味道…!!服務都不用評了!!!總結本人真沒信心再去。

一座冰室 一代人的回憶

去翔龍灣做野,得知附近有一間老冰室,當然要黎試一試。冰室,作為六七十年代的飲食首選,共風行程度與今日的茶餐廳一時無兩。當初的冰室只提供冷熱飲、面包、雪糕等小食,但卻吸引了一整代人。當時的人總愛到冰室吹水聊天,感覺就如今日的cafe。一直到八十年代,茶餐廳、快餐店興起,為了生計,冰室才開始提供粉面飯等食品,可惜仍擋不住時代洪流,今時今日的冰室已是屈指可數。不過凡事總有兩面,作為時代的回憶,今日的冰室仍吸引了不少懷舊一族光顧,而各地冰室都經常被租用拍攝電影或電視劇。好喇講故講咁多,講番間冰室先。一入到去,三葉吊扇、古舊燈罩、木椅木桌,真的是懷舊味十足,不過我要強調的是它不是懷舊,而是真係咁舊。不過地方好乾淨,唔似一啲舊式茶餐廳污糟到死。坐低叫個特餐,由於佢係即叫即煮,所以都要等一陣。先黎杯朱古力,其實都係用朱古力粉沖,無咩特別。再黎就係個沙嗲牛肉意粉,個沙嗲牛唔係臨上碟先放上去,唔會凍冰冰,係事先處理過的。沙嗲汁好濃好多,融入碟意粉度味道岩岩好,意粉軟硬度ok,唔會話太林或者硬到死。可惜係個奄烈,好油!佢真係落左好多油!敗筆敗筆。其實而家去得冰室,都唔好期望佢啲野食會好好食,就當係食個環境,個價錢都會抵番既。…Read More

因工作關係去大坑去左一轉,一向都知大坑多好野食,走之前梗係醫下個肚先啦~一心諗住去炳記試一試佢個豬扒面,點知去到無開,唯有去第二間啦,機緣巧合下就黎左祥勝。祥勝係一間傳統既港式茶餐廳,傳統港式茶餐廳俾人感覺係:污濁、殘舊、伙記態度差。原來已經做好心理準備先入去架喇,點知入到去又無想像咁差,唔算乾淨,但可以接受;舊,不過唔殘,最驚喜係伙記既態度好友善!加分!坐低已經兩點鐘,叫個下午茶食啦。呢度既下午茶一律二十蚊,不過一個餐叫得一款野,即係叫炸脾就得件炸脾,無薯條食,算啦,叫個炸脾試下啦。等左一陣,炸脾就到喇一睇,嘩!好大件炸脾,仲睇得出佢炸得好脆!好,試下先,一啖落口,第一個感覺係淡,佢無用好多鹽,不過可以接受,對 於口味淡既朋友仲好適合!咬多兩淡,發覺仲有好多肉汁,唔似有啲餐廳既炸脾炸到乾晒,咬都咬到牙軟。雞肉夠嫰,肉汁夠多,仲要夠大件,不錯不錯。雖然少左沙律薯條,不過$20呢個價錢,ok啦~食完慢慢坐左一陣,收錢既時候阿姐仲會同你傾下計,真係一個唔錯既體驗。…Read More
