It was my best friend's birthday so I decided to treat him to his favourite lamb cutlets lunch. Booked a table today for 1:05 pm and after waiting for more than 20 minutes, the head waiter asked me to sit down in between two tables near the cashier. I asked if there is any other table available. He ignored me and allowed other walk-in patrons to take other tables available. I then said to him I booked the table for 1:05 pm and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. He suddenly said, have your friend arrived yet, if not, we cannot give you the table! The question is - if that is the case then why was I offered a table before? I heard people said that this restaurant offers you insult but not service or decent food.
