I have heard of this place for sometime but this is the first time I have tried it out.  Selection - There are many selections to choose from! My favorite was the pig intestine! I have never liked intestine before but somehow I liked it here. I have only tried their BBQ meats and I cannot comment on the taste of their cooked selections. I just hoped they have better Japanese sushi / sashimi selection. They only had 2 types of sushi which didn't look appetizing. Ambience - The place's size is okay, I just wished they have seated the guests not too close from each other. There were a lot of vacant tables but they decided to seat us in a crowded section. Service - The lady who greeted us knew English well and she was very accommodating! Overall, not bad! I am so happy I discovered this place while strolling inside The One.Pros:Service – I have visited this branch twice and both times, the service is impeccable! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Taste – Try their Caffé Brulee and the Luxury All Day Breakfast! Their sausage was divine!Décor – The décor is so beautiful and the view is stunning! I just hope they leave their curtains up at night!Fun Fact – The prices here are cheaper than their branch in Mira’s place, so if you are around TST, opt to go here than in Mira. Let me tell you my day. My family and I went to a buffet restaurant for lunch and we were very full, so we decided to go shopping in k11. After a while, we got tired and decided to go to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. On the way to Starbucks, we saw this new restaurant and decided that instead of going to Starbucks, why not try this one out? I can say that the only positive thing about my decision is that we tried something new. But that’s about it. Here are the cons:Reception – the receptionist tried to be polite at first but when I requested for a good seat, she sighed loudly as if I’m being a Karen for simply asking for a good seat. I wished she remained professional because we only interacted for less than a minute and I’m surprised that she cannot be polite for a little longer than a minute. Atmosphere – It was VERY surprising to notice that the place was too noisy! The interior was really good, but it was very loud. I guess all the guests had to shout because you can’t hear each other from the noise.Service – After we ordered our coffee, they removed all the plates, utensils and table napkins because we only ordered drinks. Why did they have to remove the table napkins and they didn’t even replace it with tissue? Our table was sooo bare. nothing was there. It’s like we are not even in a classy place. Why would you remove the table napkins? Are we not allowed to use one if we are not gonna order main course?! Taste – Here is the TOTAL letdown. The hot drinks were served cold. HOW? How did this happen???? I don’t understand how this simple mistake can happen in this level of establishment. When we saw this place, we immediately decided to try it out because the interior is very unique and inviting. While checking the menu, we have asked the staff the portion of their $500 mixed beef. We were told it was good for 2-3 persons. We were so surprised to see that the serving is actually very less! Honestly, the $500 meat was only good for ONE person. And it won’t even make that one person feel fully satisfied. Another surprising thing was their dessert Taiyaki, it is the smallest taiyaki I have even seen in my life lol. You can try this restaurant if you have $1,000++ budget per person. Otherwise, go to a yakiniku buffet. It will fill your stomach more.
