一如既往嘅好食,蕃茄湯相當濃厚,湯入面嘅蕃茄蓉和啖啖蕃茄香,配以葱及炸蒜令人欲罷不能。麵質不俗,與湯底配合度高,不過稍嫌不夠彈牙,略為偏腍。牛肩胛牛味突岀。相同價錢黎講應該算係非常岀色。同行嗌左豬扒蕃茄麵,同樣正!不過我個人鐘意牛多啲。銅鑼灣店一直相當有人氣,就算閒日都常見人龍。新店更大更舒適,終於不用為一口濃濃的蕃茄湯而受排隊之苦。新店都有新搞作,例如可以加蛋花等配料,不過今次未有試,下次再會時就試下佢啲新野!…Read More

位置有點隔涉,不是朋友介紹也不知地埗呢。門面普普通通,似乎不太起眼,但不親身試一下,怎知道蘆山真面目。先點了一客粟米雜菜沙律。要小抱怨一下,餐廳上菜速度有點慢,又下單到上菜差不多要等十五分鐘,明白小店可能人手不足,但如果可以改善就更好了。沙律鋪滿表面,蔬菜清甜爽口,分量也不少,不錯。咖哩炸雞定食飯用上珍珠米,炸雞炸得香脆嫩滑,分開看每部分都不錯,但就是欠了一種協調感。有一種咖哩還咖哩、飯還飯、炸雞還炸雞的感覺。豚肉鍋配上烏冬。價錢相宜,豚肉肉質不錯,肉味也算是濃郁。但只是用上舊式的固體火膽,熱力不足,缺了shabushabu恰下恰下熱辣辣的感覺,比較失望。我最期待的燒春雞。等了差不多半小時才上碟。肉味調味不俗,但肉質有點"鞋",而最裡面卻是僅僅熟透,火候尚需改進。三文魚生無特別,不難吃。整體而言不錯,但仍有不少改進空間。…Read More

Popcorn 連鎖食肆林立,要找一間有特色的餐廳也殊不容易呢。泰巷雖然在荃灣也有分店,但相比薩利亞之類的餐廳,起碼不是到處都可以吃到,看到門口也有條短短的人龍,就試試吧!等了十分鐘左右就入席。研究過餐牌發現大門處有推介過的二人套餐最抵食。268$加一有小食,主菜兩道,還有飲品。餐具造型幾過癮。泰式拼盤。春卷香脆,魚餅用上泰式香料,沾上泰式甜辣醬食幾惹味,炸雞亦炸得恰到好處,只是雞肉雖濕潤,但如果肉汁更豐富就更好。另外有一客泰式三文魚刺身,醬汁有wasabi及一些泰國香料如九層塔,味道無甚特別。菠蘿海鮮炒飯。海鮮不多,有兩隻蝦、蜆、及墨魚,味道不過不失。飯炒得不夠香,但賣相不錯。明爐冬蔭烏頭。用gas爐燒著,使炸過的烏頭保持温度。配以金針菇及粉絲。首先造型也不錯。冬蔭公味道唔岀,而烏頭肉質亦不算嫩滑。但熱辣辣一口吃下,也一樣有心滿意足的感覺。泰式奶茶茶味同一般的明顯不一樣,有點像中東的拉茶,幾好飲。…Read More

餐廳裝潢佈局充滿老香港嘅懷舊感覺,正正是文青最愛嘅Vintage風格,正好解釋了為什麼即使藏身在觀塘工廈的一隅,依然客似雲來。港島下班,八點多才抵達,發現已經滿座了。侍應客氣地說聲抱歉,然後引我們到門外的等候區稍候片刻。等了十多分鐘終於入席。研究過評價,Duck Leg ($110)似乎是不少人推介的心水之選。Plating絕對和圖片一樣賞心悅目,廚師以食材在瓷碟上作畫,只是看著都是一種享受。味道可惜卻沒有造型一般令人驚喜。鴨腿煮得軟腍入味,更充滿鴨肉特有的咸香,但過猶不及,調味稍為過度,有點過咸了。紅蘋果醬是亮點,和鴨的味道十份配搭。價錢不算平易近人,但特色的食物和環境讓偏高的價錢變得合理。絕對值得一來,但就未必會專程來再次造訪了。…Read More

一直覺得R記食物質素要好太多,但無耐最哴哴上口嘅飲歌都喺Neway,所以到訪Neway的次數卻反而較多。今次來Lunch K,不抱太大期望反而感覺驚喜。安格斯牛排配意粉 ($118)牛排厚度十足,有接近一厘米厚抵食。咬下去牛味濃,而且肉汁頗多,肉質偏軟身而且無筋,是我非常喜歡的口感,當然味道難以和頂級牛排相題並論,但以同等價錢岀品來説已是不錯。蕃茄牛肉配白飯($78)呢客中式飯比較家常,牛肉明顯輕鬆肉粉處理過,口感鬆散牛味欠奉。但尚幸醬汁味道還可,伴飯吃感覺也不太差。整體而言就是不過不失的普通茶記岀品。一分錢一分貨。下次再來,我知道要怎選擇了。久未唱K,放縱自己兩個半小時,然後盡慶而歸。…Read More

餐廳位處科大Conference Lodge,湊巧到科大探望朋友,朋友就帶我到來食晚飯,算是一盡地主之誼。原來Conference Lodge是科大新落成的酒店,用作招呼外賓之用,酒店和一樓的餐廳UniQue都交由H Hotel如心酒店管理和營運,所以順利成章地,無論用膳環境和質素都要比大學其它餐廳要來得好。餐廳環境一流,裝修走現代時尚風格,只看門面已覺得不錯。侍應都很專業熱情,會主動介紹各種餐牌上的item。餐廳以ipad顯示菜單,但點菜時仍需向侍應直接下單。餐廳主打多國菜,主要是Burger、Pizza、Pasta、及一些亞洲菜等等。但餐廳會定期更換餐牌上的菜式,所以老友告訴我餐單跟佢幾個月前來的時候已經差不多完全不一樣了。正好我們想食西方菜,所以就點了62度溫泉蛋忌廉汁意粉($78)及12吋Pepperoni辣肉腸薄餅($118)各一客。意粉絕對是一個驚喜,軟硬合適,裡面有蛋、蘑菇、芝士和煙用。 最欣賞溫泉蛋蛋味極香濃,先戳破溫泉蛋外,沾滿蛋汁的意粉每一口都嘗到濃濃蛋香。而且忌廉汁的奶香味濃而不膩,混和蛋汁後覺得滋味十足。味道比較輕盈,我加了一點table salt,伴著鋪面的香草,更能帶出食材的香味。Pepperoni辣肉腸薄餅是偏脆的薄批,烤得微焦,十分香口。只是稍嫌乾身。批面有橄欖,水牛芝士、辣肉腸和蕃茄,簡單配搭卻十分惹味!餐牌上寫薄餅上過有生菜和芝麻菜,但食時卻失了縱,不知道為甚麼。總括而言超值,價錢合理,只是地點偏僻,不是科大生很少機會會到科大,有緣再來食吧!…Read More

自一蘭殺到香港都已經有唔短既時間,而呢幾年都相繼有唔少日本既拉麵店進駐香港,只係銅尖旺區都總有一間係左近。今次係附近飲完野,黎到呢間一蘭尖沙咀既新分店,算係過黎見識下。晚飯時間門外都有條短短既人龍,等左十幾分鐘就入席喇。入到去發現格局同尖沙咀店有明顯分別,唔再係自修室自閉式既坐法,取而代之係普通長檯,感覺新鮮,但又覺得失去左一蘭本身既特色。我點左麵身湯底濃度等等都係普通既拉麵,再要左一杯Asahi。麵身口感彈牙,掛湯能力亦都唔錯,每一口都會食到濃郁既豬骨濃湯既濃郁惹味。但湯底偏咸,下次或者應該選擇較淡既湯底。叉燒係拉麵既靈魂,一塊好既叉燒,應該放入口中,稍稍用力就能咬開,一蘭既叉燒味道唔錯,吸收左湯底既味道,但細味之下亦能嘗到本身既肉香,但可以做得更為入口即化。總體而言不過不失,唔算失望,但拉麵界群雄四起,仲需唔需要排隊食一蘭,就見仁見智喇。…Read More

老友酒聚,正愁去邊到,上一上openrice見咁多正評就按圖索驥過黎。Mini Club位處銅鑼灣熙來攘往既駱克道一間商業大廈既二樓,並唔難搵,只係鵝頸橋消防局行過少少就搵到。生蠔拼盤 $119Fine De Claire Special朋友話呢隻蠔又叫Summer Oyster, 海水味偏濃,肉質爽滑,不過我就無緣食喇。Gillardeau我食呢款。蠔肉都幾肥美、口感彈牙結實,入口順滑,蠔味唔係好搶而係o係口腔慢慢滲出,另外帶有柔和既海水味。食後有難以形容既after taste,相當有層次。Fish and chips 摩天輪 $71造形滿分,如此氣勢登場立刻惹來鎂光燈閃個不停。薯條炸得脆身香口,炸魚柳釀著津醬食感覺香口。整體黎講不過不失,可惜分量偏少。炭燒德國腸拼盤 $215有五種唔同既德國腸,再加三種唔同既醬汁,四個人分少少好快全數沽清。可以一次過試好多唔同既口味,腸衣香脆爽口,但味道就一般,而且辣椒口味頗辣。墨西哥捲餅 $71一客八件,4件是紅豆牛肉,4件是沙律菜卷,正好四人平分。味道輕盈,食完濃味既德國腸同埋Fish and chips就正好中和一下。紅豆牛肉幾特別,但唔會有不追食既欲望,而且牛肉分量好少。沙律菜卷則相當清淡。What the duck $87Exactly係一個泡泡浴缸,非常神似,仲要有一個小黃鴨係旁邊,好玩啜核。飲前將黃邊隔離既爆炸糖倒入去,再用吸管細啜。個樣好爆又夠話題性,相比之下味道就較為遜色,味道近似cosmo,果香蓋過酒香,似飲fruit punch多過似飲cocktail,比較適合少碰杯中物既女孩子。一代宗師 $63。獅子山出品,本地釀造手工啤。名字已經透出一股不可一世既狂傲之氣,我輩飲酒中人最鐘意呢類:只要你有料,哪怕你再喪再狂?同其它手工啤一樣,材料都係麥芽、啤酒花、酵母同水,但不同材料既比例,釀造既時間,過程既掌握造就左每一間廠甚至每一個唔同批次既獨特風格,呢種尋寶之感飲大牌子啤酒難以體會。呢個味道易入口,新鮮而且麥味非常重,苦澀味唔會太重,特色係入口回甘悠長,餘韻不絕。聊著聊著忘了時間,好快到十一點,先依依不捨同大夥道別散去。雖然呢到環境舒適,好岩飲野傾計,但我覺得價錢可以平少少。本身Nuts 要40,再要加一。埋單每人$250,…Read More

當潮流愛新鮮,大抵解釋了點解新開既餐廳總係較受歡迎。更加上餐廳門面企理光猛,地區入面少見對裝修較為用心既餐廳,所以大家對呢家新餐廳都頗為熱情,甫一開業顧客就駱驛不絕,非繁忙時間等位都要十分鐘起跳。下晝三點到去到,我叫左一個肉醬鐵板飯,老友就叫左一客炸雞脾加薯條。肉醬鐵板飯醬汁偏咸,而且用料比較吝嗇,醬汁入面只有零落少許肉末,鐵板唔夠熱,所以勉強只係一個用鐵板盛著既普通肉醬飯,無鐵板飯熱辣辣,每一口都係熱燙既滿足感。炸雞脾加薯條味道就不過不失,調味尚可,但炸雞脾同薯條似乎已經炸起一段時間備用,所以冷掉了只有暖暖既餘溫。薯條都已經失去左脆身香口既感覺。整體感覺可惜,覺得佢市場定位幾好,應該大有可為,但需要係食物質素上多下苦工。開餐廳不是為了爭一朝夕,而係一門長久作戰既學問,不能只靠顧客新鮮感維繫,更不能沒有熱愛餐廳出品既熟客,但食物無煮出相應既質素。店方最應該思考既問題係:當熱潮慢慢腿去,餐廳會唔會好似呢個鋪位既上一手,同上上一手一樣,只能慘淡經營,最後黯然離場呢?…Read More
