話說小妹都係鐵板燒愛好者,當然食鐵板燒都有一定要求啦。見呢間日式鐵板燒新開,試業價$498,諗住嚟試吓。果然,一分錢一分貨好,首先俾大家睇吓啲餐牌為咗增加透明度,我決定影晒晚市同午市嘅餐牌俾大家睇。我哋今晚試嗰個係第一個餐牌,佢哋聲稱話係試業價$498頭盤:三色前菜首先第一個係紫菜包住嘅天婦羅海膽,第二個係茄子嘅漬物,第三個係魷魚漬物。之後係香辣大蝦沙律:聲稱係大蝦但係都唔算太大,沙律菜都算新鮮,配上有印度味嘅香辣汁都幾得意。刺身就好一般,俾得三文魚都唔係咩貴價嘢,不過都算新鮮茶碗蒸有少少鹹,但整體來講都OK,雖然獻汁較為多主菜揀咗紐西蘭肉眼扒。唔係好掂,呢個已經係五成熟,但係就乾到有啲柴,賣相亦唔見得好好。如果唔點任何醬汁就咁食,根本係冇味,連最基本嘅牛肉香味都冇。唔掂喎另外仲有個炒飯(已經冇心機影相)。話說當晚有四枱客,總共八個人。大家都差唔多時間食完上炒飯。個主師竟然搬咗一大碟飯出嚟,然後八碗飯一齊炒…. 認真真係未見過高級嘅鐵板燒師傅會咁樣一次過大鑊飯咁炒。個炒飯係有啲櫻花蝦同埋魚乾仔,但係只係得個鹹味完全唔覺得香口。個飯又炒到好硬。之後廚師話會跟埋個堅魚湯汁,可以食到一半做茶漬飯。我哋等咗10分鐘都仲未有嗰碗汁,碗飯都食到最後一啖。原來侍應哥哥攞住左碗汁,喺全場繞場一周搵緊邊台客仲未有-.-最後甜品有雲呢拿雪糕/水蜜桃雪芭,我哋揀咗水蜜桃雪芭,正正常常啦唔算特別。總結:整體來講覺得未去到高級鐵板燒水準,餐廳聲稱話鐵板燒由日本師傅主理,但係成晚剩係得一個講廣東話嘅女師傅幫我哋燒。係我哋臨走嘅時候先見到有一個貌似日本師傅,但係都唔知佢係唔係嘅師傅出咗嚟一陣…食物唔特別有驚喜,講真咁嘅價錢其實有好多其他選擇。仲要有幾個侍應哥哥好似新來唔知自己做緊乜嘢,賣單嗰時又計錯數,成支酒計漏咗,好彩我哋誠實小寶寶同佢講返啫,如果唔係佢可能要自己咩條數都幾慘…由於前菜普通,主菜唔得,炒飯都唔得。所以我決定俾劣評食物:2/5環境:3/5服務:2/5 (侍應哥哥要加緊培訓)CP: 2/5回頭:可一不可再…Read More

好寒酸嘅一餐飯😩

之前見朋友嚟食過賣相唔錯,openRice又有百幾個笑哈哈,早兩個禮拜已經book定枱,但係食完都幾失望!首先係成餐飯我哋覺得都算係OK嘅菜式:老壇酸菜魚($468)差唔多見到枱都有叫。魚係新鮮嘅,有魚片,另外魚骨就拎咗去炸,食落都幾香口。其他配菜有酸菜、大豆芽、蓮藕、小木耳、寬粉等等。花椒有紅花椒同青花椒,份量都算多但係味道唔夠突出,好似花椒嘅存在只係一個襯托,並唔係同成個酸菜魚融為一體。酸菜魚整體來講味道OK,唔算太油膩,屬於中上水平,但未係最好。除咗酸菜魚之外,以下菜式全部都唔得🙅🏼椒麻鮮雞($148)、清炒萵筍絲($138)椒麻鮮雞:一食落去就知係雪雞,又霉又冇雞味,味道好一般,又係花椒好多,但係一啲味都冇。另外份量亦屬於少。清炒萵筍絲:從未食過可以切到咁幼嘅萵筍絲,幼嘅程度講緊係每一條唔超過2mm,近排啲萵筍好貴咩?夫妻肺片($108)圖片一眼望晒,有八成以上都係唐芹仔,肺片應該唔超過十塊,每一塊肺片又係唔超過2mm….. 分量亦唔需要多講,一隻手掌咁多麻辣豬耳 ($88)呢碟應該係全晚最過分嘅一碟菜,隻碟已經唔係大,每塊豬耳簡直薄到係透光,不得不讚師傅嘅刀工,點解可以切到每一塊都係1mm以下🤦🏻‍♀️,我真係未食過咁薄嘅豬耳。總結:除咗個酸菜魚之外,其他菜式俾我嘅感覺都係非常之寒酸!!其實收得咁嘅價錢,食物質素應該有返咁上下水準。剩係得個招牌酸菜魚好食,其他啲食物都唔得,仲要所有嘢都唔夠辣。真係唔明嗰百幾個笑哈哈係邊度嚟。一間餐廳如果係好食嘅,上至招牌菜,下至一碟配菜都應該要全部都好食。基於呢個原因,所以我係俾劣評嘅食物:1/5 (酸菜魚:3/5)服務:3/5環境:3/5CP: 1/5回頭:應該唔會…Read More

‼️如果你正在考慮book呢間餐廳,以下食評絕對值得你參考‼️Fine Dine 三大元素無非講求1. 環境 2. 食物 3. 服務,呢間餐廳除咗個景之外,冇其他原先為咗2021 Spring restaurant week(RW)而嚟,但係dining city full 咗,唯有book openrice (OPR)。OPR佢地有個golden hour menu,望落去嘢食同RW大同小異,價錢一樣$488。點知原來後尾朋友book到RW,同我一齊double book咗。去到餐廳朋友用咗RW個booking入座,餐廳話搵唔到個Booking,搞咗一輪先安排一個唔係窗口位嘅位置。之後我話其實我係OPR都有book到,有講明話要窗口位。個經理已經好唔耐煩黑哂面咁問我哋究竟要食RW 定Golden hour menu,佢話如果食RW就唔會有窗口位...點解❓❓❓❓❓❓❓(後來經理自己泄露軍情話因為RW會抽佢地佣.... )哦!原來有咁分嘅 !🙃 所以唔好以為個景係免費,你張單係包㗎😉好囉,咁既然兩個menu對我哋來講都係一樣價錢,咁梗係要個有景架啦!Golden Hour Menu :首先,侍應完全冇解釋成個Menu點樣運作,我哋原先以為全部都可以自選,原來諸多限制... 原來前菜同主菜成枱人要叫一樣嘅組合,粉麵飯同甜品每人可以叫自己嗰份。下面英文寫咗 ”menu requires a minimum of two people to order” ,你話minimum咋嘛,冇話whole table 喎。我地三個人驚食唔晒,諗住叫兩份餐其他散叫,佢又話唔得,要成枱都叫餐🙄 Okay fine. 前菜:椒香口水雞、玫瑰茶燻素鵝、龍抄手素鵝同龍抄手(辣鮮蝦雲吞)普通,口水雞個樣似雞絲粉皮多過似口水雞,最初仲以為佢上錯....主菜:宮保黑豚肉、老乾媽牛柳宮保黑豚肉:味道普通,用啲染色蘋果扮菠蘿。老乾媽牛柳(冇影相):牛柳好韌,成碟嘢完全冇老乾媽味(十幾蚊一樽老乾媽都要慳??)。另外四季豆係散叫嘅,味道一般,完全唔辣。最後我哋另外自己落咗兩碟辣椒油 :)粉麵飯:手撕鴨肉炒麵都係普普通通,有啲油膩咁... 另外有朋友叫咗炒飯,都係普普通通,有幾隻蝦咁... 甜品: 朱古力柑桔似平時潮州酒樓食開嘅炸油粿,但係中間係朱古力。呢碟係兩個人份量,一人一粒,一啖食晒,多啲都冇。環境:全場都係黑黑暗暗,最恐怖係個廁所,地下紅色一達達,古代木門配銅面盤,開埋紅色燈,唔講以為自己去咗海馬公園哈囉喂👻👻* 咁大間餐廳,收得咁嘅價錢,俾個紙袋裝口罩都冇,仲要最後收野嗰陣,收埋我朋友個口罩🙄🙄總結:extremely overrated + overpriced ,完全係呃鬼佬食物:2/5環境:5/5 (*個景,唔係餐廳自己)服務:1/5CP: 1/5回頭: 不了…Read More

食物幾好,但上菜極慢😩

星期日lunch食飯度度都係人,原先唸著食附近間人氣台灣菜,但係太多人,見嚟邊唔使點排隊就過咗嚟。入去見到有2-3吉枱,唸著即刻有得入,但係侍應堅持話要俾角落頭張枱我地,話個張執緊枱叫我地等等。好啦,等左5-10分鐘都未執完....其實唔明點解唔可以安排我地坐其他枱先,之後你要執咪慢慢執囉😑 都算喇全場大概12-15張枱,得1個樓面😑😑 帶位係佢,落單係佢,上菜係佢,埋單都係佢....睇見佢都覺得辛苦💦1325坐低落單,1355先有第一碟野食,只見枱枱都係咁吹單,但係就得一個樓面一腳踢。之後1415先上埋第二碟,水吧個邊都係得一個人,然後廚房傳菜又係一個。講返野食:叫咗兩個set lunch,價錢$78-$118,包野飲(限$20內)多過$20補差價。其實$20淨係得西茶同檸檬茶,咖啡/其他飲品最平(americano)都要$24,特飲個啲$30-40。 黑松露軟殼蟹意大利飯黑松露味好香,意大利飯夠creamy,唔算太淋有咬口。原隻軟殼蟹上都算有誠意,另外加埋蘆筍幾好食。鮮茄牛柳粒長通粉呢個意粉有驚喜,個醬汁好好食又夠汁,有微微嘅酒味,長通粉al dente,白色長菇朔左啲酒味好好食。牛柳粒有啲熟但唔算太韌,整體來講係好食嘅。另外餐飲叫咗伯爵茶,都係茶包,冇乜特別。食物來講,唔算太大碟,但整體係好食嘅,睇得出廚房有心煮,所以我都唔劣評你。但係服務,尤其係人手方面就有待改善。始終同區嚟講,價錢偏貴,咁嘅服務質素真係唔得。前後等咗接近50分鐘先上齊所有食物真係有啲過分😠就算食物幾好食都冇用啦!老闆,假日請多幾個人幫吓手啦😩😩食物:4/5環境:3/5服務:1/5CP: 3/5回頭:平日冇咁多人或者會再嚟,假日免了…Read More
