I’d ordered dinner take away from OpenRice, I asked the Cashier lady if my order was ready when I arrived. She looked at my Number & looked at the orders, and then went back to her cashier without an eye contact or verbal reply. So I assumed it wasn’t ready. I waited 20 mins until the couples arrived 15 mins later then me, they also got their order. Then I asked another waitress, where’s my order. She said “it’s here” I was really mad!!! The order was there since I arrived and the cashier ignored me. The point to order in advance is to avoid waiting time. She was so impolite & wasting my time in such a cold night!!!Total I ordered 4 times, the first 2 times were great. Last time my order was being picked by someone, it was ok for a mistake in peak hour, I understood and gave it another chance tonight. And I guess, this would be my last time to order. Service : I came alone, but there’s not many people in the restaurant ... and I wanted to sit a table... and the waitress didn’t allow me as it’s a table for 4.... until I finished .... there was no one sit there. Besides, I hadn’t finished my soup and the waitress came to collect it suddenly without asking🙁😞Food: I ordered Sour & Spicy soup with noodles & spicy dumplings ....I’d never have Shanghai style Sour & Spicy soup is like THIS🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s like no ingredients inside ... only water & corn flour to make them like the soup.
