出外吃早餐, 要出前一丁通常要貴五元, 出前一丁確是更勝一籌, 貴得有道理。今早和老公是第一次在這間金域冰廳吃早餐, 我點了這個標榜是用出前一丁的早餐，麵來了，但一看便知道明顯不是出前一丁，老公和我也試了一口來確認。告訴侍應這不是出前一丁，她跑去向廚師反映，得來的答案是，廚師堅持他是用出前一丁麵的(沒有過來看）。我們最後只表達：“若果不是搞錯了，便是貨源問題了。” 我個人對公仔麵是有要求的，出外吃早餐，不是出前一丁麵一定不點。今次，我決定不要讓這些麵進入我的胃。出這post, 只是想告誡一下對公仔麵有要求的顧客，避免入坑。如沒要求，便不用理會我的評論。話說回來，幾位侍應態度尚可，熱奶茶和茶走是挺好喝的。…Read More

昨天，帶兒子第一次吃鐵板燒。點幾個@$188套餐, 包括帶子、牛扒和龍躉。帶子最好味, 牛扒點了七成熟的，但煮出來應該已有九成熟以上。 龍躉很乾, 不好味道。 每客套餐也送了碟炒椰菜。 套餐還包括很好味道的炒飯、麵豉湯、沙律和很豐富的甜品。甜品有提子、紅豆奶凍 和 綠茶菓子。 奶道很香牛奶味，這樣豐富的甜品很驚喜。套餐不算便宜, 但分量足夠, 我們也不能全部吃完。 兒子今天要再去吃多次才離開澳門。銀河會員卡有九折, 是真九折, 因為不加一。…Read More

The MetroHK newspaper has introduced this new restaurant. Last night I went to try the most expensive set dinner (i.e. $52) from the menu. There were other set dinners at $32 and $42, quite a lot of choices. For health purpose, I picked the Chinese-style soup (i.e. carrot and pork soup). It was good and was not oily at all. The main course was Greek Lamb Steak with garlic sauce. It was actually lamb rack -- what a surprise to have lamb rack in a $52 set dinner. It was served in a huge white plate as if I were in an up-scale French restaurant. The dish was garnished and you could see the cook's effort on it -- though I personally thought it was over-garnished. I think the lamb rack was marinated in a Hong Kong way. But all in all, the lamb rack was very tasty. Lastly, I had a cup of lemon tea from which I could smell the good favour of the lemon. The set dinner was finished within 20 minutes.
