我同焚粉都係壽司fans, 去日本旅行, 十餐有八餐都係壽司, 食到我投降, 焚粉都仍然可以繼續.香港有一間我哋食過算最有風味, 水準平均, 不過要過海. 今日假期想留番響港島區, 朋友介紹過壽司廣好正, 就睇吓有幾正.Book咗12:30, 12:20就到咗, 全場差唔多full晒, 被安排坐壽司bar檯. 我哋最鍾意坐bar檯, 望住師傅造壽司都係一種享受.焚粉叫咗16件壽司餐, 而我本來想叫蔥吞拿魚腩茸飯, 但暫停就改叫北海當餐.先講下我嘅北海當餐, 價值$170, 有前菜, 熱烏冬, 魚生飯, 甜品同咖啡或茶. 魚生飯內容有三文魚, 魷魚, 帆立貝, 魚子同海膽. 呢個價錢有咁多嘢食算幾抵食, 但唔等於好食. 我最愛嘅帆立貝唔夠甜, 三文魚唔差得去邊, 魷魚有D韌. 基本上我用少於$100都可以嚮sogo執到個, 仲要保證築地貨.至於焚粉就慘喇, 等咗40分鐘先到. 佢呢個掩尖怪對面前果16件( $320)相當不滿, 飯唔夠好, 料唔夠新鮮, 重要等成40分鐘. 忍唔住對住呀師傅講 "我終於有得食嗱!!?" 我哋望住師傅造壽司嘅過程, 心裡面有一股不安. 原因係佢哋採用流水式作業, 師傅A攤開一疊單, 一次過造晒單內所有落單壽司, 然後成盤壽司連D單交俾師傅B, 跟單分好一份份壽司, 即係一件壽司會俾最少兩對手掂過先放入口. 有時D卷物軍艦甚至由師傅C傳俾師傅A再傳俾師傅B. 流水式壽司真係第一次見, 回轉果D都唔會啦....可能銅鑼灣區/港島區較缺少呢類級數嘅壽司店, 所以見它客人源源不絕. 我哋就唔會再去lu....…Read More

母親節食飯, 想食得豪少少, 本來打算去W新開嘅中菜或者Ritz Carlton度食, 但媽咪睇完東張西望介紹, 媽咪又較喜歡日本嘢食, 於是就去咗雪舟.一行四人, 準時到達, 地方唔大, 有一台差唔多食完, 其他都係無人坐嘅, 我諗日災影響真係幾大. 相信雪舟主要食牛, 所以有隻牛擺設來附助介紹食牛嘅部位.母親節梗係食母親節限定set啦. 有前菜, 沙律, 岩鹽焗碟魚, 鵝肝, 牛腹膜, 炒菜, 炒飯, 湯, 茶, 雪糕, 每位$580+20+10% -- 慢慢解釋.賣相精美嘅前菜, 用料, 味道皆.......一般到暈! 波波壽司約五毫子直陘, 分別為三文魚同木魚, 另一件係鴨胸. 圓形果碗係酢菜, 只可以用得意嚟形容, 菜粒有D啫喱包住. 方形果碗係腐皮, 味道係正常.蟹子沙律係勁普通, 所以無影相. 同一般和民呀, 元綠呀果D差唔多.鐵板燒項目開始. 先用塊蕉葉鋪响鐵板, 放舊魚上去, 再用塊昆布蓋住, 之後灑大量鹽上面, 加水, 最後用蓋蓋住焗十零分鐘. 焗起嘅魚淋少少鮑魚汁先上比我哋. 雖然味道清香, 碟魚本身有少少牛油味, 但搞一場大龍鳳去整舊魚, 有D多餘.好味, 但size很細.然後就係牛腹膜, 同埋我地有兩份加錢轉澳洲和牛西冷 ($400) 同牛柳 ($400). 有食開日本和牛就完全感覺到差別, 牛味重D, 但肉質就無日本咁鬆喇. 由於太普通嘅關係, 所以無影相.平時食開嘅鐵板燒剩係得芽菜同蘿蔔絲, 呢度加咗西洋菜.原本餐跟白飯, 轉蒜茸炒飯要加$20. 好奇如果要白飯的話係咪等我食晒餸先嚟碗白飯同埋靠果幾塊醃蘿蔔嚟送飯? 其實個餐成五百幾蚊, 改炒飯加廿蚊個感覺好小家囉, 同埋碗飯份量好寒酸囉......食完飯, 服務員派我哋一人一碗東西, 我以為係茶碗蒸燉蛋, 錯!係熱茶一碗. 話說雪舟係一間懷石鐵板燒食店, 响我唯一一次於京都食懷石料理嘅經驗裡面, 飯後果碗茶係茶道枺茶. 而呢碗用精美container盛載熱茶(唔知係黑豆茶定乜鬼), 成件事downgrade哂. 洗乜搵隻碗連蓋啫, 求其一隻杯得啦, 碗茶要燉咩?雪糕, 不提也罷.呢餐飯唔係唔好食, $280-300能接受. 總括呢次經驗, 有姿勢無實際, 價錢收到貴一貴. 以後食鐵板燒都係食番老牌子啦.
