與友人的即慶之約, 來到中環GLASSHOUSE晚飯。今次點了GREEN LASAGNA, WAGYU BEEF STEAK。首先來到的是green lasagna。雖然說是green, 但不要以為是素菜。 其實它是個咖喱雞肉千層面, 上面鋪上厚厚的芝士, 每啖都混合著芝士和咖哩味,十分特別。之後是wagyu beef steak拌飯。 飯是黑松露意大利飯, 但略嫌飯太濕, 太淋, 還是喜歡有咬口的risotto。至於牛扒, 我們點了五成熟, 廚師亦切了幾塊薄片, 方便我們分吃。個人認為五成熟的牛扒是最好的, 肉質可以保持嫩囗, 而且若廚師重手了, 肉質都不會太老。 這個牛扒亦沒有令我們失望, 配上芥蘭, 每啖都令人欲罷不能。 另外, 牛扒亦附有甜豉油。 不過, 我沒有醮, 感覺有點怪怪的, 醮的話好像變中餐了 …Read More

今日跟肥B來了上環食壽司,我們點了特盛壽司盛。我和肥B都是壽司lover,35件壽司對我們來說完全沒難度。除了特盛壽司盛,我們還點了鹽燒三文魚鮫。壽司上枱了,第一件當然試我至愛三文魚腩壽司。三文魚腩十分肥美,而且每件都非常厚身,食落口啖啖肉,十分滿足。之後有我第二最愛-珍寶帶子壽司,件帶子超大件!!跟豉油碟一樣大!而且非常新鮮,有帆立貝獨有的鮮甜!很想encore這件呀!可惜眼前還有這麼多件,不能眼闊肚窄啊!三文魚籽壽司亦是令人十分回味的壽司,魚籽十分澎湃,一咬魚籽,魚油在口內四散,口感十分過癮,而且魚油又不會過腥。我們食完壽司後,隨即便上了鹽燒三文魚鮫。我們在撒了七味粉的三文魚鮫上擠了些檸檬汁,檸檬汁的酸和七味粉的辣中和了三文魚鮫的油膩,食落口都頗清新。師傅煎魚手勢十分好,三文魚鮫的肉十分嫩口(我常在家裡煎過頭令魚肉變老T_T)。今餐十分豐富,特盛壽司盛每件壽司平均不到10蚊,十分抵吃。另外,見餐牌上亦有各式各樣的丼,最重要有我最喜歡的海膽丼,下次再過來上環時必試!…Read More

媽媽生日, 提議到樂意扒房食生日飯。 上網看食評時才發現樂意二月便光榮結業。 當然要抓緊機會去試試吧。入到餐廳, 四圍環境和裝潢都是懷舊扒房的風枱。 餐枱是用紅白枱布, 四周的牆貼著不同的牛扒。前菜方面, 我地點了蜆, 洋葱湯及牛尾湯。洋葱湯及牛尾湯的味道不過不失, 沒太大驚喜。 至於蜆, 侍應特意向我們推介這道菜, 說是當日新鮮運到的。 果然不負所望, 每隻蜆都很鮮甜。主菜方面,我們三個人, 侍應介紹我們點斧頭扒分吃, 他按我們之後點的菜選了650g的份量。另外, 我地亦點了黑毛豬扒。 斧頭扒真的很大份, 三個人吃剛剛好,而且肉質嫩口。 牛扒應無太多調味, 只是用了海鹽, 所以牛味十分突出。至於, 黑毛豬扒, 來到時是偏粉紅色的, 侍應解釋因為這不是本地豬或內地豬,所以可以煮至這個熟度。 但媽媽不太喜歡未熟透的豬扒,我們還是麻煩侍應幫我們稍稍再煎熟。 煎熟後, 豬扒仍然嫩口, 沒有鞋口。最後, 我自備了蛋糕, 餅費都不過是每人10 元。 侍應推著放著蛋糕和洋燭的車過來,幫我們切餅和拍照。 這頓飯雖然是貴了點, 但食物和服務都十分好。 希望之後會在其他地方重開吧 …Read More
