今日放假,行過見到有位就入去食早餐。環境整潔,餐具也不會「油膩膩」的,非常好。即拉叉燒腸,腸粉好滑,薄薄的,半透明,非常吸引,叉燒不會乾乾的,桌面上的豉油是甜豉油,不是劣質腥鹹味。手工燒賣,名符其實,肉不是絞肉,是切粒,還有蝦粒,有好香香菇味,燒賣皮不會濕濕的,即是不會過份蒸或蒸過久。豬仔流沙奶皇包,傳個包底有獨立蒸紙,不像是一大包買回來,應該是小店自家整的。味道甜度適中不會像其他點心店的超過甜。鹹水角,即炸,皮脆,肉不會鹹,也不會有重黑胡椒味。…Read More

今天放假去行街,見到有間鍋貼及生煎包店,這小店由兩個20至30歲年青人主理,於是探頭看看舖外餐牌。在太子這一帶,價錢實在是非常相宜,20元5隻就有即包即煎得美味鍋貼。鍋貼,是即包,即煎。鍋貼皮,很薄,不是厚粉,餡料多過皮。餡料,有肉汁,調味剛好,完全是無味精。鍋貼底煎得鬆化的脆,非常有驚喜,有別於一般鍋貼舖死硬而厚的硬脆。不設堂食,是外賣形式。門口有一垃圾桶,方便食完可即棄紙碟及竹籤,非常細心。店內乾淨整潔。…Read More

出糧了,又是開心慶祝的好晚上。這晚就選了聯和墟的新漢記。點了三道正宗的客家菜:1. 豆泡豆角炆懵仔魚($158) 可能是物價上漲,又不想加價太厲害吧,只將盛器由大大的盤改為中型湯碗,回想四年前第一次吃這個客家人都煮的菜,驚為天人,當年只是$98,現在是「步步高昇」。 厚肉的懵仔魚給油泡過才炆,去了腥味之餘,也提昇魚的鮮味,汁是濃濃的魚湯,非常鮮甜,豆泡的豆味很濃,青豆角非常嫩,是灼過的,應該最後才加入一起稍炆一炆。2.銀蝦魚湯浸菜苗($68) 原本是上海鹹豆漿那種銀白蝦,但這是卻換了不名來歷的蝦,蝦殼非常刺人,難以進食,浪費浪費。3. 蝦醬蒸肉青($78) 不要小覤這道客家菜, 蒸得好,肉新鮮,醬一流。 有濃濃的玫瑰露,蝦醬是是自己調製,又鮮甜又鹹香,肉青爽、嫩、滑。點這道菜配白飯是絕配。…Read More

為了報答自己辛勞工作,所以去了APM的家傳滬曉吃晚飯。平日7時已經要等位,今天特意6時就去到,果然非常好,可以自選座位,不過就要7時半交枱。點了:1. 前菜–麻辣鳳尾魚 ($55_可能我見少識淺,不是很多地方有這個菜,除了英華上海菜館。果真是有麻,而且剛炸起,有一種熱騰騰的油炸香氣。甫入口,非常鬆化,不是美華的鬆脆,外層應該可能是以糖回鑊,有少許拔絲,甜味適中。2.小吃– 小籠飽 ($42)這個是比較失色。沒有新鮮的肉香,皮厚,而且每一個的底太濕,全部穿了,大部分精華–即湯汁,全付之流水,可惜。3. 主糧–擔擔麵($36)我不愛別生蔥,所以走了生蔥。很香的花生味,面上灑了些蝦皮及炸菜粒,非常惹味,似上海的鹹豆漿。湯非常濃,辣味適中,食入口花生味不減。麵,有彈性,好。4.主菜– 陳年花雕爆河蝦仁($125)非常爽口,沒有梳打粉味,非常新鮮,蘸了陳醋,更提昇蝦仁鮮味。5. 湯–砂鍋腌篤觧($88)五層肉腌得鹹香,入口不膩,腌製功夫高,令五層肉變得爽脆香口,湯是濃濃的排骨湯,肉香非常濃郁。…Read More

水晶天使 That's the only comment I'd like to make regarding to this post. I believe most ex-customers from Jazz Ramen would echoed the sheer rudeness and arrogance radiated from the 老板娘 & her family. The 老板is the only person with basic civilized manner. Serious.

Wu Chan 果個呀太。。真係令人好反感。我係日本食咁多間餐聽都未試過食得條氣咁唔順好難同呢道d人形容佢有幾反感。去食過既所有人都身同感受好多人係道比個喊咁口間舖頭。舖頭做出唻既野無問題架。整體唻講好食架。但係好食還好食。食到唔開心為乜要去食呢。
