中環高質牛扒午餐,環境寧靜高雅,服務一流!

來到中環Lawry’s The Prime Rib,享受一頓高質午餐,環境優雅,有一個中庭天窗,靜謐寬敞,令人可以慢慢細味每一道菜,感受片刻寧靜。中午時間呢度會提供Lunch Set,⁠今次仲多左選擇,加左一個 Grilled Steak Menu ,每日扒款都唔同,令人有驚喜。首先登場的是Foie Gras Terrine鵝肝凍批,質感極致細滑,入口即溶,creamy之中帶點酒香,層次豐富。配上新鮮無花果、青蘋果、合桃和脆多士,果香與堅果味道完美中和鵝肝的濃郁,令整體味道更有層次,食落唔會膩。主菜方面,Lawry’s 主打Roasted Beef,所以一定要叫Steak Platter,一次過集合三款牛扒,絕對係牛魔王的至愛。法國夏洛萊草飼牛柳肉質嫩滑,入口即化,輕輕一咬已經感受到細緻的纖維,適合喜歡柔嫩口感的人。蘇格蘭阿伯丁草飼肉眼則油花分布平均,牛味最濃郁,咬落去多汁有彈性,每一口都充滿牛香,配上牛肉醬汁更提升味道層次。最後,西班牙加利西亞紅牛草飼西冷經過dry-aged處理。由於西冷部位,肉質相對較嫩,有明顯煙燻香氣,味道層次更深,帶點堅果及熟成香,餘韻悠長。配菜的薯仔外脆內軟,帶微微香草味。另外建議配上Himalayan岩鹽,簡單突顯牛肉原味,每一啖都令人回味。另一道主菜諾曼第豬扒同樣令人驚喜,煎至金黃,鬆軟多汁,肉香四溢,咬下去juicy到不得了。醬汁以蘋果、法國Calvados蘋果酒調製,微酸微甜,完美平衡豬肉油香,令味道更有層次,為整體味道帶來清新感。Lawry’s The Prime Rib無論係食材選擇、烹調手法定環境氛圍都非常出色。牛扒三重奏各有特色,無論你鍾意嫩滑定濃郁牛味都可以滿足,偶爾Weekday想黎放鬆一下不失為一個好選擇!。諾曼第豬扒則Juicy得黎又有層次,配搭蘋果醬汁令人一試難忘,最後享受一杯意式Cappuccino 為呢一餐劃上完美句號! …

之前係長沙灣已經聽過,不過店舖較細,成日要排隊未必有時間食到,但而家搬左大舖,雖然都要等位,但好快就入去食到。呢度啲套餐選擇都幾多下,主打熱石鍋出餐,今次就試左兩款套餐。[明太子忌廉烏冬配蜜糖芥末雞套餐]由於石鍋上枱,明太子忌廉烏冬熱辣辣的確吸引,味道唔會過鹹,我仲加左隻溫泉蛋,撈埋落去仲正!至於蜜糖芥末雞有4舊,醬汁調得幾Blaance,仲要有碎蛋增加口感。[牛肉蒸飯配芝士番茄吉列豬肉石鍋]牛肉、牛汁加埋洋蔥呢個經典組合永遠係絕配,蒸飯特色係夠濕潤,唔會食落啲飯好乾,變成一舊舊,配日本飯係幾適合呢個做法。芝士番茄吉列豬扒一上枱芝士味好香,呢度好醒用椰菜墊底,令豬扒唔會痴底。豬扒質素幾好,肉質夠鬆夠淋,但又唔係加鬆肉粉𠴱種口感。芝士番茄醬同豬扒好夾,仲做到拉絲效果。套餐加12蚊就有綠茶鮮奶,平時閒閒地都30-40蚊杯,幾抵飲。[沖繩獅莎冬甩雪糕]之後就係呢度的另一Signature特色甜品 - 沖繩獅莎冬甩雪糕,造型好似舞獅頭,估唔到睇得又食得,「獅頭」酥皮夠鬆化,配埋Vanilla雪糕味道好夾。而冬甩就另一感覺,夠煙靭,配埋焦糖醬同雪糕真係食極都唔厭。整體黎講感覺唔錯,套餐有唔少選擇,唔洗$100(未包加一)都可以揀到包括一個烏冬或飯,配一個石鍋菜或小食,仲可以包野飲同特色獅莎冬甩甜品,新舖環境舒適,仲可以帶埋寵物黎食添!…

今次介紹旺角人氣新派西餐廳Homeland。環境舒適,景觀開掦,對住旺角鬧市街燈閃爍,即刻有種「繁華中偷閒」嘅浪漫感。[泰式柚子蟹肉沙律]一上枱就聞到清香的味道!蟹肉絲多到似拆開成隻蟹,混入炸紅蔥頭同花生碎,酸辣汁調得超醒胃,柚子粒爆汁仲帶少少甜味,fusion得嚟毫無違和感![西班牙蒜油大蝦配酸種麵包]話就話係前菜,估唔到有6隻大蝦連殼浸喺金黃蒜蝦油海!蝦頭膏香濃到似海鮮醬,蝦肉夠彈牙。彈酸種麵包烘到微焦脆,索盡香蒜蝦油蝦膏精華,邪惡到想encore多份![原隻波士頓龍蝦明太子海鮮薄餅]一上枱已經覺得好震憾。餅底夠脆,成隻龍蝦鋪滿面,鉗肉已拆好超貼心。明太子醬混蛋黃醬海嘯級爆發,蟹柳加煙三文魚加龍蝦肉三重鮮味夾擊,每啖都嘗到充滿大海新鮮的味道。[皇胎菊花茶]茶杯浮住朵綻放菊花!入口清甜,飲完成個人由內到外暖笠笠,充滿菊花香味[經典蘋果覆盆莓餡餅 × 角落生物畫盤]甜品就揀左經典蘋果覆盆莓餡餅、唔太甜,蘋果蓉同覆盆莓餡味道都保持到平衡。最特別係呢度甜品可以有tailor made畫盤服務,今次就揀左我最鐘意的角落生物豬扒,畫得超靚,儀式感滿滿,充滿驚喜。…

一入到燒烤堂,就可以置身係日本居酒屋當中,氣氛一流,現場的環境會令到你個人好relax。平日由於工作關係,比較多去中環分店,今次黎到荃灣,一於又要回味下呢度性價比高的串燒,首先介紹一下必叫推介:[焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士]一上枱真係好震憾,鵝肝係超厚超大舊,鵝肝入口即溶,而青蘋果就可以中和到鵝肝的油份,配上超脆的多士,加埋的口感同味道的複雜性難以形容。[和牛棒‧配松露一口飯.]燒烤堂最新推出的串燒,主要分為三部份,包括免治和牛棒、生雞蛋黃同埋松露飯。食法係將和牛棒分為三塊,之後再撈埋蛋汁,加一口松露飯來食,相當滿足![明太子雞腿肉]明太子多到滿瀉,包圍晒成串雞腿肉,但食落去又唔算鹹。至於雞腿肉夠滑嫩,亦保持到Juicy的味道。[雞皮墨魚滑]雞皮墨魚滑又係呢度必叫之選,呢個配搭幾好,雞皮夠脆,而墨魚滑夠大件而肉質夠爽彈。[豚肉荔枝卷‧豚肉日本蘋果卷]豚肉卷基本係日式串燒店中又係必叫,呢度都幾多選擇,而我推介豚肉配水果相對上會清新啲,而日本蘋果同荔枝有兩種唔同的口感同味道,日本蘋果會清爽啲,而荔枝就會清甜同Juicy啲。[鹽燒原塊雞皮]黎到燒烤堂,一定要試原塊雞皮,外型上已經夠晒特別,另外雞皮夠薄,食落去超脆,好似食緊薯片咁。調味方面只用鹽燒,已經夠晒惹味。[柑桔鹹蛋黃卷]呢道真係唔錯,係得燒烤堂獨有的甜品。柑桔酸甜開胃,而鹹蛋黃令你有種特別「沙沙」的口感,但絕對唔咸,加上外脆的皮,充滿複雜口感同味道!最後一得一讚係每一枱佢都有提供暖盤,咁就唔怕叫多左食唔切的時候,會令到串燒凍左唔好食,都算係貼心的服務。…

滄海遺珠泰式小店,首推蔥油碳燒豬扒飯!

田心村近排好Hit,突然被遊客網紅棒成「小京都」,係咪似京都就見仁見智,不過裏面反而有好多滄海遺珠的美食,其中一個就係由馬鞍山搬左黎田心村的泰中意,專程黎試呢度的蔥油碳燒豬扒飯同埋Fusion菜。[蔥油碳燒豬扒飯]碳燒豬扒果然係呢度的皇牌,基本上每一枱第一樣點就係豬扒飯。一上枱果然驚豔,豬扒仲大塊過面,仲要有兩大塊。最重要係佢做到鎖到肉汁,肉保持到Juicy。肉質唔鞋,兩邊前得香口。而餣肉方法近似傳統鐵皮檔豬扒麵的做法,我覺得應該有加到魚露同薑汁,令豬扒有味道層次提升,整體做得唔錯,點埋蔥油更加好「送」飯。[冬蔭公鮮蝦忌廉意粉]另一道係Menu觸動到我就係Fusion風的冬蔭公鮮蝦忌廉意粉。首先意粉一上枱有驚喜,估唔到有擺盤。鮮蝦有微微煎香,證明夠細心。冬蔭公味好濃,但唔會好辣,酸酸地加埋香茅味係好特別,加左忌廉,將每條意粉都掛晒汁,配埋洋蔥一齊炒增加一種甜味。[鮮柚子蝦球沙律]鮮柚子蝦球沙律份量好大,柚子肉唔少,而且夠Juicy夠甜。鮮蝦份量都多。泰式醬汁酸辣幾清新,辣味有後勁。整體黎講,呢度Signature的菜式對我印象都幾深刻,尤其冬蔭公鮮蝦忌廉意粉,呢道菜係其他泰式餐廳真係比較難搵到的Fusion菜式。而碳燒豬扒份量夠多,肉質Keep到Juicy都好驚喜,希望大家可以支持一下呢間小店!…

太子人氣壽喜燒小店,如置身日本當中,首推雪室日本和牛!

今日咁岩黎到太子,終於有機會試到人氣壽喜燒店八不,一入到去個環境好吸引,唔講以為自己入去隨意門去左日本,裝潢環境日式風格滿滿,仲配上耳熟能詳的日本音樂,只係環境氛圍已經加爆分!難得黎到就決定食好啲,就叫左『雪室盛』世界最高質牛二人餐,裏面包括最稀有的雪室和牛、澳洲M9+全血和牛、澳洲和牛封門柳同埋澳洲和牛牛小排,仲有野菜盤兼飲品。[日本雪室和牛]呢個餐重點當然係日本雪室和牛,雪室和牛又稱為「雪中沉睡的和牛」。點解咁稀有係因為雪室和牛熟成的處理手法,日本新潟縣的傳統技術雪室已經超過200年歷史,新潟每年降雪量高,所以當地人會收集白雪做成雪室儲存糧食。雪室熟成則是在高濕度環境下進行,牛肉靜置約30天,表面可保留90%以上水份,唔會因乾燥而令肉質硬化,維持發酵狀態,以最原始技術,保留天然資源最原始風味。雪室和牛有成11塊,份量比想像中多,油花好靚,好似白雪的樣貌,真係合乎其名叫雪室和牛,果然係極稀有的和牛品種。一食落去口感好似飲牛奶咁順滑,入口即溶,但仍品嚐到牛味,真係一試難忘。[澳牛M9全血和牛]全血和牛指純種和牛,只有極少數會符合呢個標準,仲要係M9高級別。M9全血和牛食落去都有入口即溶的感覺,但未至雪室和牛咁嫩滑,比較實在,牛味就較為濃郁。[澳洲和牛封門柳]封門柳就肉味相對較濃,有咬口,但唔會鞋。[澳洲和牛牛小排] 切得較為厚身,雪花都靚,食落去較為彈牙,由於較厚,所以口感會豐富啲,肉質就介乎M9和牛同封門柳之間。整體黎講,無論日本和牛同澳洲和牛質素都好好,尤其品嘗到雪室和牛真係好難得,而入口即溶的口感真係一試難忘。和牛份量都好多,加埋野菜拼盤同埋飲品,每人都只係$500左右,仲要免收加一,性價比超值。如果想食壽喜燒,八不係你的選擇之一!…

近排天氣落完雨就好曬,咁岩係尖沙咀買完野,經過見到有間新開的甜品店龍糖坊,環境唔錯,望落幾舒服,主打養生,甜品款式又多選擇,咁一於入去試下。[芒多多楊枝甘露雪花冰]天熱咁熱,當然要試雪花冰,於是叫左芒多多楊枝甘露雪花冰。配料子豐富,俾芒果、藍莓同奶凍包圍住,無論係質感同味道,濃到好似食緊楊枝甘露雪糕咁 ,另外望到鮮奶現製,仲覺得超值![香芋芋圓奶凍西米露]之後就輪到佢的手工芋圓系列,就叫左滿足晒我所有願望的香芋芋圓奶凍西米露,香芋夠晒滑、芋圓煙靭有口感、奶凍Q彈,最特別的地方整體甜品味道唔太甜,所以推介大家熱食,更加有養生的感覺[養生核桃糊]最後就揀左養生核桃糊,一上枱就聞到好香,係面仲見到有核桃碎,每一啖都好似緊核桃咁,感受到真材實料。…

Sky Bar 環境一流,西餐估唔到都咁高質素!

朗豪坊經常都黎,由於環境同個Feel幾好,有時都會去頂樓Chill下,平時就通常都係飲兩杯,但今次就順便黎食埋晚餐,發覺有驚喜,以下就推介呢道菜俾大家。[小食拼盤]首先黎得Sky Bar,當然要Happy Hour,每人只係$198,已經有一個小食拼盤,兼可以暢飲Free Flow 120分鐘。小食拼盤包括香辣雞翼、炸薯條、脆炸洋蔥圈同埋炸魷魚。一拎上手全部都熱辣辣,最有驚喜係炸魷魚,食得出魷魚炸得脆身而內裏Juicy,肉質都彈牙,最重要係炸粉夠薄。而Free Flow 我地揀左 Pineapple Squash同埋 Fruit Punch,飲落唔算太甜,食完炸野解渴岩岩好。[白酒忌廉煮青口]忌廉白酒汁整得好,唔算好杰,配埋洋蔥、蒜同香料更加惹味,可以當佢湯汁黎配埋青口一齊食,另外配上法包送汁更加一流。而青口份量都好多,目測有30-40隻,算係幾抵食![香煎美國頂級安格斯肉眼扒]本身以為安格斯級別,味道應該無乜驚喜。不過出奇地牛扒煎得好香,而肉質鮮嫩有肉汁,又夠大塊。另外本身叫Medium,好多餐廳都未必做到,但呢度真係做到medium 的效果。另外薯蓉做得綿滑,入口即溶感覺,配埋個醬汁一流。[虎蝦魷魚意大利粉]意粉類似Penne但比較細長,做到Al Dente 效果,而醬汁都比較濃稠,做到掛汁的效果。而虎蝦夠大隻,開邊煎得夠香,肉質紥實,另外魷魚份量都多又彈牙。整體黎講,本身以為係Bar仲要商場裏面食西餐質素未必好驚喜,但估唔到叫呢幾道菜材料質素都唔錯,調味同配料都有心思,份量又足,環境又舒服。如果大家想搵一處比較遠離煩囂的地方,The Sky Bar或者係你的選擇之一。…

重拾兒時回憶,而家仲有抵食雞煲放題!

今日去深水埗買電腦野,之後經過童年回憶傷心酸辣粉,原來而家有烤魚·雞煲90分鐘放題,咁於是試下重拾回憶!<麻辣雞煲放題>本身有諗麻辣雞煲同椰子雞煲中二揀一,最後都係諗住刺激啲,揀左小辣的麻辣雞煲。一滾熟開蓋後就已經聞到𠴱種麻辣的味道,目測雞件份量都唔少。而雞件有預先煎炸過,加埋配料蔥蒜、洋蔥、芫茜都幾惹味!配料方面都算有齊蔬菜、菇類、丸類、唔同肉類、串串水魷,最重要係有呢度的主角酸辣粉的粉,唔知點解呢度的粉係特別軟檽同吸汁,另外仲有回憶的味道。飲品方面都係任飲,除左紙包同埋汽水外,仲有自家製的菠蘿粒粒同青提粒粒,仲有芒果汁同桃汁,今次只係試左菠蘿粒粒同芒果汁,兩款都幾好飲。價錢方面假日每位都只係$158,係放題的價錢黎講算係平靚正。<香酥軟骨>另外仲嗌左兩款小食,每款都係三十幾蚊,第一款香酥軟骨其實係炸雞軟骨,炸粉都幾薄同脆,本身唔點醬都夠味,最重要份量好多下,兩個人食岩岩好。<麻香雞翼>本身以為都係普通炸雞翼,估唔到味道都幾多層次下,由於佢應該有加到少少南乳黎餣雞翼,之後食食下就滲出花椒麻麻地的感覺。而且炸得雞皮夠脆而肉質唔乾。…

咁岩買野黎到旺角,見到附近一間叫甜悅的甜品店下午就已經有人排隊,所以就決定順便試下,食左幾款甜品都幾值得介紹!<香蕉雪糕窩夫>香蕉雪糕窩夫即叫即整,窩夫總共有兩塊,熱辣辣兼外脆內軟,配埋芒果雪糕一齊食又有另一滋味。香蕉亦都有誠意,上面加左蕉糖,另外仲加埋香蕉蓉,而價錢只係$59,但從材料、擺盤都見得到誠意,值得一試!<荔枝龍眼冰山>一上枱已經見到有十幾粒龍眼,而旁邊估唔到咁多料。不過重點係個冰,之前有食過龍眼冰,但加埋荔枝原來會更加清甜,另外仲加上椰絲,增加口感同埋椰子味,味道層次幾豐富。份量都幾多,建議同朋友一齊開心Share! <碟豆花富士山奶凍>富士山奶凍可以話係呢度的Signature Dish,用碟豆花做到富士山,而上面就舖上紫薯奶蓋做成雪山的樣貌。食落去質感好Q彈,有時最驚就係奶蓋做得太杰同太甜,呢度處理得好好,食落去唔太甜。<開心果味雪糕檽米滋>如果大家等唔切位,其實甜悅仲有外賣部,見到佢呢排推緊雪糕檽米滋,仲有人氣的開心果味揀,咁就試一下。開心果味雪糕夠晒濃味,證明真材實料。而檽米滋的質感好軟檽,都幾特別!整體而言,幾款甜品都有特色之餘,味道都唔錯,下次我仲要試下佢的中式甜品,以後黎到旺角有甜品落腳點了!…

咁岩係荔枝角附近,由於對雪山冰廳的椒鹽豬扒炒飯念念不亡,又再次回訪二刷,仲試埋其他菜式添!<始祖椒鹽豬扒飯(炒底)>一上枱熱辣辣,豬扒切得夠大塊,夠晒「諗」而且餣得好惹味,肉質唔會乾爭爭。炒飯粒粒分明,唔算話好乾身,飯粒滲入少少椒鹽豬扒的油香。份量都幾多,適量兩個人Share一齊食。<香辣馬來炒米粉>睇到個名幾特別,所以就試下。材料非常豐富,首先吸晴的係三隻大蝦,之後仲有好多臘腸同埋魚餅條。另外佢加左辣醬、洋蔥同臘腸炒,而本身又夠鑊氣,而米粉亦用較粗身的米粉,所以可以掛到啲調味料,更加惹味!<爆餡蛋牛治(烘底)>見到蛋牛治的餡仲厚過兩塊多士,真心足料,唔怪之話爆餡。雞蛋食落去有蛋汁,夠Juicy。另外除左鹹牛肉外仲加左蔥,所以除左鹹的味道外,仲會帶蔥清香的感覺,食落去無咁「溜」。由於每次通常都係兩個人,而雪山冰廳每道菜又大大份,所以每次叫兩至三樣就已經夠飽了。整體而言,雪山冰廳長期保持到高水準,無論係茶記小食、炒粉麵飯都做得出色,同時咩菜式都有得揀,如果有選擇困難症的朋友們黎雪山就岩晒啦!…

我自己都幾鍾意食海南雞飯,而長沙灣都有幾間選擇,不過始終都係偏愛蘇山雞飯多啲,今次除左揀必叫的蘇山雞飯外,仲試下其他小食。<招牌海南雞飯>海南雞飯一上枱見到份量都幾多下。目測雞皮晶瑩剔透,而內裏的雞內白裏透紅就覺得應該唔錯,食落去肉質都夠滑嫩,而本身都已經有調味,所以唔點醬汁都夠味。而海南雞飯另一個重點係醬汁,薑蓉真係打到「蓉」的狀態,辣醬都幾辣,夠惹味,而最後甜豉油相對比較甜,建議將甜豉油撈埋辣醬或薑蓉一齊點就岩晒。而隨餐的冬瓜湯都幾大碗,夠晒清,岩晒用黎平衡醬料的味道。<獅城芽菜走地雞飯>獅城芽菜走地雞相對上就雞味較濃,另外加上唔少麻油,做到類似麻香雞的感覺。而芽菜又肥又大,夠晒爽脆,加埋豉油麻油,而家好好「送」飯。而我另外加左$10 轉輕怡肉骨茶,呢度的肉骨茶係近似新加坡口味,比較重白胡椒味道,而豬骨都有三條,啖啖肉,都算真材實料。<開心果椰子奶昔>飲品方面,我地揀左新出品開心果椰子奶昔,見到綠色已經知道用左唔少開心果,而椰味都夠重,係而家大熱天時飲岩晒!<小食拼盤>小食拼盤包括蘇山雞翼、脆炸鳳尾蝦卷、泰式魚餅、同埋豬肉串。由於跟餐小食、飲品半價,所以咁大份小食拼盤都只係加 $49,全部食得出係即炸,熱辣辣的溫度,真係幾抵食。而我首抽前兩者。蘇山雞翼係用上雞全翼,炸得好香口,而保持到肉質鮮嫩。而脆炸鳳尾蝦卷就炸得鬆脆,成隻蝦釀左係裏面,脆到連蝦尾都食得。<鮮油咖央多士>一上枱見個咁厚的鮮牛油已經覺得好邪惡,食落去入口即溶,配上椰味十足的咖央醬真係絕配,由於跟餐半價,兩件都只係$19,如果大家有quota真係值得一試。整體而言,蘇山主打的海南雞飯皮脆肉嫩,而三款醬料味道方面都調制得唔錯,而獅城芽菜走地雞飯就雞味夠,芽菜爽脆,有麻油雞的感覺,各有特色。另外小食方面由於半價,都幾抵食。至於飲品方面就推介出面比較少有的開心果椰子奶昔。…

人氣串燒店,性價比一流,首推豚肉荔枝卷!

今日黎到尖沙咀,試下岩岩係呢度新開的人生有限杯.串燒店,呢度主打平靚正串燒,係呢個時候居然仲有$10、$15同$20串燒系列,咁決定同大家試一試。[$10 串燒系列]一開始諗$10 串燒只係Gimmick,點知原來都好有誠意,首推一定係豬腩肉,油分足夠,肉質唔會鞋,調味有少少微辣。牛油粟米一大舊,味道有少少焦香,加埋牛油好香口,栗米肉都夠甜。脆肉瓜同燒菠蘿每串都有四舊,燒得夠Juicy唔乾,而且都入味。[$15 串燒系列]至於$15系列的串燒選擇都好豐富,首推一定係豚肉荔枝卷,一串有3舊,豚肉燒得香脆,裏面的荔枝夠甜同Juicy,食完即刻要Encore。之後仲叫左墨魚鬚同埋味增松阪豬。墨魚鬚肉質夠Q彈,仲好有誠意俾埋泰式辣醬夠晒惹味。松阪豬肉質爽脆,食落好似豬頸肉咁,配埋味增醬又有另一番風味。[$20 串燒系列]$20 串燒系列剚有唔少選擇,首推係雞中翼,佢將肉拆開,所以好容易就食到,而雞肉都保持鮮嫩,雞皮香脆。而雞皮好似整到一層層塔,本身都燒到夠香脆,我建議可以撈埋蛋汁一齊食。[特色串燒、小食]其他特色串燒推介免治雞肉棒,雞肉中帶雞軟骨增加口感,配埋生雞蛋汁真係無得輸。另外仲有呢度先有的墨魚滑大蝦卷,同時食到墨魚的Q彈同蝦肉的爽脆兩種口感,配埋芥末醬又幾特別。最後當然叫埋飲品,目測都幾大杯,包括係菠蘿可以必思同埋桔仔薄荷梳打,前者甜甜酸酸,都有唔少菠蘿肉。而後者就清涼解渴,各有特式。總結黎講,一開始以為以$10、$15串燒只係用黎Gimmick,食完後就覺得唔hae,絕對物超所值,食左差唔多30串串燒,又有和牛,又有海鮮,平均都只係三百幾蚊。另外環境都唔錯、地點又方便,真心推介大家同朋友黎試下!…

元朗人氣泰菜店,超值泰式二人餐,加1蚊仲有半隻燒雞!

今日難得黎到元朗,當然要食埋晚飯先走。途中見到一間泰國餐廳有二人餐好抵,仲要加多$1就多半隻燒雞,咁二話不說就走入去食了。泰式二人包括雞肉+豬肉串燒、泰式炒蜆、海鮮冬蔭功湯、黃咖喱豬,仲送埋兩杯特飲,今次就叫左香茅冰同埋青檸冰,成個餐未計加一都只係$338。之後仲加左$1半隻燒雞,最後就叫埋食泰菜必叫甜品──芒果檽米飯。[雞肉+豬肉串燒]串燒沙嗲醬好濃,雞肉夠嫩而豬肉油份較多,帶少少燶邊,帶出焦香的效果[泰式炒蜆]一上枱就俾個蜆的Size震攝左,份量又多 目測至少有30隻,泰式酸辣的醬汁好惹味,撈汁一流。[海鮮冬蔭功]海鮮冬蔭功加左番茄 所以唔會好辣 仲帶出番茄鮮甜的味道。海鮮配料都好多,包括有大蝦、青口、蜆同埋魷魚。[黃咖喱豬]黃咖喱相對椰味較重,類似葡汁的味道,所以唔會太辣。由於比較杰身,相對容易掛汁之下,每款食材都可以沾到黃咖喱,送飯一流。豬肉無雪味,仲有大量配材如洋蔥、青椒、紅椒同埋薯仔,夠晒豐富。[$1泰式燒雞]燒雞即叫即燒,一上枱熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩,雞皮燒到好似食薯片咁,而雞肉尤其雞脾位就超嫩,成隻脾咁食個感覺好爽[芒果檽米飯]芒果夠甜、糯米飯熱辣辣夠軟檽,配埋鮮甜的芒果同埋椰汁岩岩好。埋單叫咁多野都係$500左右,超抵食! 下次要再黎試下其他特式泰菜。…

牛大人全新「黑與白的盛宴」系列,日本A4+和牛高質,入口即溶!

牛大人相信唔少人都食過,不過今次佢岩岩新推出全新系列「黑與白的盛宴」,咁襯weekend得閒又黎食下。今次揀左最高級的日本A4黑毛和牛火鍋放題,湯底就當然揀左新推出的黑與白鴛鴦湯底,分別係「黑金蒜皇土雞鍋」同埋「雪白御鮮豆腐鍋」。黑鍋充滿蒜香味,湯底夠濃,而白鍋就比較清新,由於加左芫茜,所以似芫茜魚湯,而魚肉就用左三文魚,都算夠鮮味。原來隨餐附送澳洲M9和牛牛丸每人2粒 及 海鮮拼盤,都算唔錯。和牛牛丸油份夠香,食落都幾彈牙。而海鮮拼盤就有大隻的生蠔、鮑魚、扇貝同埋魷魚,都夠新鮮!之後當然要試限定的黑白美食,今次就試左藤香鮑魚豆腐同埋鹽酥髒髒雞,前者加上藤椒調味,麻麻辣辣咁幾特別。鹽酥髒髒雞就加左海苔粉,味道層次豐富左,細細粒一啖一口唔錯。而主菜當然係日本黑毛A4+和牛,一上枱已經俾個油花吸引左,食落去真係入口即溶,充滿油香,值得不斷Encore。而伊比利亞黑牛豬梅肉都值得推介,望落去個油花都好靚,唔講仲以為食緊牛肉,肉味相對較和牛重。另外都有其他唔同的自助食材同飲品,另外亦可以散叫芝麻豆漿黑旋風(需要加$25)同埋其他台式飲品例如冬瓜茶、酸梅湯等(免費),最後當然要食幾杯Movenpick先叫完滿結束啦,最後埋單兩個人大約千一蚊左右!…
