新鮮的馬仔味道

老實餐廳,值得一試

食物+服務質素=長食長有既關鍵!呢間只開了2個月既餐廳,整體而言沒有超級驚喜既水準,但只要一個好好好食既菜,加上合適既服務,已足夠讓人回頭再食。我敢講(都做埋),我會再返呢間餐廳開飯!每次父母親節生日做節,去邊度食真係諗到頭大。姐姐同事介紹呢間餐廳,又試吓啦。去到,餐廳老細淨講韓文,經理淨係識韓文英文,部長淨識中文英文,仲有個韓國人唔識廣東話但識韓文同普通話,個個都差D,都唔知佢地點溝通。部長回一句:「識得傾出糧同人工就得啦」;想點個「米腸」,部長應句:「豬紅黎,味好淡架」,老實得可愛!食韓菜,前菜係「love in the first sight」。各式前菜之首--泡菜,味道唔太酸,唔太辣,總算新鮮;但與新羅寶相比,差一截。做唔到「一見鐘情」,又睇吓會唔會黎個「細水長流」式愛情。睇吓餐牌,價錢同一般韓式料理差唔多,但當中有一般韓式料理所沒有的菜式。多番D好感。第一度:湯年糕。味道不錯,略嫌胡椒粉味太濃,幸好沒有掩蓋了牛肉味。第二度:土豆餅。老實說,我喜歡前菜內的涷綠豆餅多於這個菜,味太淡,油太多。雖然如此,此菜熱度十足,煙韌,還可以。第三度:牛肉湯($90)。同樣問題:太淡。連喜歡淡的媽媽加完調味料都嫌淡。我嚐過最好的,是深圳漢陽館的雪濃湯(牛肉湯),牛味濃而入味,是老火湯。這個,像滾湯,有形而無實,喝後而無法留下印象。第四度:燒羊肉($90)及什錦牛肉拼盤($380)。開始漸入佳境。羊肉有調味,牛肉則為原味;兩者都非常出色,新鮮。羊薄切而細心調味,但爸爸及老公更喜歡牛肉,貪其鮮而不「蘇」,燒起來的肉汁加上洋蔥,菇切片,索了肉汁,令舍出色。第五度:炒粉絲。中規中矩。比明洞express出色,與莊園,草苑,韓松…等相比,都是一樣。惟一不同是這裡用上更多的菜,感覺上多了清新,少了油膩,不會被一個粉絲「K.O.」。進食途中,發現有水滴!新開張才兩個月,冷氣系統真的不濟!未投訴,部長及經理已即時處理。叫埋支米酒,阿經理唔識中文都不停用韓文及英文「有限公司」介紹,抵讚。老公又用韓文應兩句,讚吓D野好食。呢種有交流既餐廳,細心服務,又加了點分。至此,以為都是中等評級的菜館。部長一句:「試咗個海鮮鍋未呀?最正」反正覺得尤有餘「位」,$300大元,又試吓。原來寶物是最後才登場的!見到經埋在魚缸邊搞咗好耐,以為清潔進行中,原來是即時揀選游水海鮮做火鍋。$300大元,睇MENU相只有蜆仔,蝦。實物係(全部曉郁):鮮鮑魚2隻,長過手臂八爪魚一隻,扇貝兩/ 三隻,青口2-3隻,大蝦兩隻(蝦頭超多膏!),被肢解蟹一隻,連芽菜金菇做底,以辣椒粉及胡椒粉作鍋,明爐上,超正!老實湯底對我而言太辣,又韓國人唔知點解鐘意成日滾住D海鮮搞到老晒,於是我地自行熄火,極速撈起所有海鮮,超級鮮美(都有隻扇貝老咗,浪費);湯底鮮甜有韓式風味,久違了的水準!老爸話齋,俾6舊水食都抵!食食吓,普通話人對住我老公笑--拎多隻郁緊既鮮鮑魚加餸!(我叫老公下次講多兩句韓文,睇吓會唔會再多一隻)部長仲要勁體貼:「D人食親都要冰水,你地要唔要?」梗要!最後既薏米糖水,雖然只有單調的甜,但口味正宗。勁辣後來一個單調的甜以降火,原來就是韓菜糖水單調的含意,此刻比以往更能領略到其真意。原來,味道不一定要豐富,整頓菜配合得好才是重點。從此,我與這個韓式料理店結下不解緣。(後記:呢幢大廈是重建的,廁所,電梯理應新淨兼效能高;但實情…真是不像一幢重建的大廈,唉,敗筆)…Read More

今日是第二次到大漁開飯。第一次在海岸城保利商場,環境舒適新淨,但食物質素一般。今次試海上世界呢間。一入店內,傢俬裝潢都比保利店舊及殘,摸在椅背上有油膩感,但見到燒烤桌及廚房尚算整齊乾淨。我們一行14人,3人先到‧在大堂坐下後,卻告知我們有客人訂了16人桌,希望我們轉到兩張7人桌用膳。考慮後都沒有問題便轉了。但到了桌附近,冷氣吹不到,用屏風間開形成房間的設計更將油煙「焗」在房內,立即叫服務員拿了兩杯熱水,將所有餐具洗過才敢食用。此方面保利店乾淨,抽風都好很多。當我們14人到齊,要開飯,又告知我要一邊房坐8人,一邊房坐6人,之後可能有兩個空位置有客人「搭枱」。當堂火起!失盡儀態罵人後,服務員才表示不好意思,不會有人「搭枱」。服務態度奇怪。廚師出場,即時取回分數。女廚師(021, 范小姐)十分有心,會記著那位客人不吃醬酒,那位客人不吃魚,預先告知份量,幫忙催菜(當日店坐不滿,但明顯服務員人手不足),告知我們快將下班,要儘快點菜,否則要等外面師父煮會更耐,又替服務員解釋是語言不通(雖然明知好假,但好過無),才發生誤會,又會推介菜式,十分貼心及有禮。其他服務員的態度亦不錯,只是好些時侯要等。此方面,保利店則黑口黑面,給予10%的服務費總覺得物非所值。食物方面,依然新鮮。是次點了希靈魚刺身,吞拿魚壽司,夠涷,味道好,美中不足是拿不到wasabi伴食。鐵板食物新鮮,好味與否則視乎廚師點煮。點了多款魚,牛肉(推介牛仔骨及牛扒)、羊排(推介)、菜、豬肉、我覺得初食時感覺不錯,繼續吃時則感到太鹹及太膩。家母則覺得非常好吃,其他人則覺得不錯。我相信若拌飯/ 小量烏冬,效果會非常良好。熟食以炸物為主,炸湯圓,吉列琵琶蝦,吉列蝦,蒲燒鰻魚等都水準不錯,惟獨牛尾湯則遲遲未見人,開始時點,差不多食完才到,朋友說味道不錯。飲品方面,雖然飲得出係鮮榨,以西瓜汁最好飲(時令嘛)!但杯杯都唔夠涷,飲品種類不夠保利店多。(但上次家父母在保利店飲椰子汁飲到肚痛,不宜)甜品方面有hargen-daz雪糕,款式比保利店多,亦隨你點。最後水果亦以西瓜最好味。綜觀此兩次經驗,大漁集團食物採購水準不錯,食物準備過程則一般,按店而異;食肆環境則需要良好抽風及清潔,但仍要視乎店舖新舊而定。而一個煮得好食既廚師及良好態度的服務員是滿意與否的關鍵。…Read More
