I can’t even begin to say how disgusting their salmon & cream pasta tasted. The whole pasta was drenched in their “cream” sauce which tastes just like a combination of milk and heavy cream. For the pasta, maybe they were aiming for an al dente taste, but it was way too hard to be called al dente! I basically didn’t touch the pasta at all because of the awful taste. Besides the pasta, I also didn’t expect the salad to be drenched in Cesar dressing either. Literally every single piece Roman lettuce is covered with heavy dressing! By the way their salad doesn’t have any other vegetables other than lettuce. Might as well call it a lettuce bowl. We went during the lunch hour they were so busy they didnt bring out drinks till the very last minute when we were about to leave. There was also basically no A/C where we were sitting. The service is unbelievably disappointing. When we first sat down, the table was not wiped clean. Then it took us a long time to catch the waitress’ attention. We asked for iced water and all they brought were some dusty glasses and warm bottle of water. During the meals we wanted our water refilled, the staff did not pay any attention us at all! The staff were either spending time on their phones or hanging out in the kitchen or somewhere outside. It’s very rude and disappointing. It’s also very hot here in Hong Kong in June. The restaurant left their door wide open and we were sitting right next to the door. We didn’t cool down at all throughout our meal. Very comfortable experience.
