現在珍珠奶茶氾濫,到處都是,但有幾間真的做得很好喝呢?喝過貢茶,share tea, 幸福堂,老虎堂,喜茶的珍珠奶茶,我們一家都覺得品臻這一間真的是最出色最好喝,而且最重要,是他價錢是最平的!鮮奶香濃,黑糖有焦糖的香味,而他們的比例剛剛好,混合一起便成了一杯香甜的黑糖珍珠鮮奶!我們一星期最少喝兩次,但可能地區性問題,很多時晚上七點以後就沒有珍珠了,有時去到空手而回,有點掃興!希望他們不要那麼早便沒珍珠啊!…Read More

我家對呢間鋪頭嘅評分係唔合格,差差差。首先環境,佢懶係好比海景枱我哋坐,但係因為海景窗,本身間餐廳啲燈已經唔光,仲要我哋頭頂上邊兩盞射燈又唔開比我哋,黑到咩都睇唔到,餐牌啲字又細。我們七個人,五個大人兩個細路,比一張長枱,唉,好難打邊爐,五個大人逼埋坐。D爐火好唔掂,一係個煱底唔平,一係個爐唔得,其實一張長枱有兩個爐,第一個發現等好耐都唔滾,同侍應說,佢叫我們等喎,諗住叫我地等到佢浸熟為止?所以我們換了枱的第二個爐。之後基本上四格得兩格滾,其餘兩格係小滾。小朋友唔打邊爐食熟食,點知炒飯都無,跟著炸雞軟骨和豬頸肉好難吃,得雞翼勉強可以食得落口。炸魚皮無味,牛肉普通,蝦丸和墨魚丸和小企鵝普通,D桶蠔超腥唔新鮮,鴨紅唔好食,無味嘅。得貴花蚌好食,冰豆腐和薯粉都OK。食物基本上係無甚特別。講飲酒,一早問咗開瓶費,話幫佢地叫一支酒免開一支,否則收$200開瓶。所以帶一支紅酒去。點知紅酒得唯一的House wine,有無搞錯!無酒比人揀仲要收$200開瓶費?!通常有好多酒賣嘅飯店,你收咁貴都make sense。但得一支红酒選擇咯,仲要$290一支,仲係好渣嘅。唯一讚嘅嘢就係四份一格嘅麻辣鍋!我地要求加勁麻勁辣,夠麻夠辣!好味!…Read More

這間粥店是我最喜愛之一, 原因是味道好之餘, 吃完後不會很口渴, 有些粥店味道也很好, 但就勁多味精, 所以這会是入選在我再去吃的店!首先, 我很喜歡他們的生滾粥, 鲍片雞粥和牛肉粥是我常吃的, 雖然雞件很小磈, 但粥底夠绵和好味。接著, 必吃的便是炸両, 牛脷酥, 或油炸鬼, 炸得剛剛好, 又香又脆, 但不会過脆。最後, 我媽媽喜愛的芝麻糊。 沒錯!是芝麻糊!在粥店竟然有甜品, 至於炒麵和炒米粉:(, 我就覺得不太好吃, 雖然在那裡有很多人吃這個。還有, 那裡冷氣不夠涼, 夏天吃住熱粥会流汗呢!冬天去就perfect! …Read More
