每次想食中式甜品都會想起海記合桃坊甜品,有傳統口味中式糖水,又有西式甜品。今次我與友人試左最多人點和最出名的合桃糊($27)。吃得出合桃糊內有大量合桃,啖啖都充滿合桃香味。合桃糊質地濃厚幼滑,食完半碗之後有飽肚感,都是同朋友一齊分享較好。芝麻糊芝麻味濃郁,顏色是深黑色的,可見是真材實料,不是用粉開水而成。其中一位友人要了凍的合桃糊,令香味大打節扣,整體味道都變淡,原來養生糖水都是熱食最好,而且更能發揮養生的功效!…Read More
